Nice property, in a lovely area of Baltimore. Close to the inner harbor and restaurants everywhere. Parking was a bit challenging but we were provided a zone permit which helped a lot! Thanks for a great place.

Awesome location and great hosts to work with. Beds are incredibly comfy. Parking was much easier than expected with it being street parking. The stairs are incredibly steep, so keep this in mind when booking. Additionally, we had to launder towels on our own upon arriving and only had one towel left out for us for 4 adults… Washing machine worked fine though! This is an older home as well, so the toilets require a solid hold down to flush.

Great location! Can walk anywhere or jump on the water taxi. The area is quiet but close to the heart of federal hill. Easy to find parking spots too.

This is a great little house in an ideal location! We spent a week working remotely between two weekend events, & it was perfect. Walkable, safe, comfortable. Lots of fun things in easy distance. Hosts were helpful & procedures were very reasonable. Would definitely book again!

Great location. Layout worked perfectly for us. Would definitely stay again! As in the description, spiral staircases might be challenging for some. Street parking in front of home was not always available and there is a prep school across the street which limits street parking on part of the street during the day.

The location was great for walking around Federal Hill. Parking was easy. The layout of the house was quite strange and could have used a little more cleaning but everything else was fine.

Positives:- Great location in Federal Hill. Near shops, night life, Inner Harbor, yet in a quiet street- Cool house layout- Host communicated promptly - Very well equipped house for cooking and everything else including laundry. Large HD TV- Parking was easy to find within a block and is free thanks to the pass provided by the host Negatives:- The carpet is heavily stained and a true eyesore. The rugs are filthy. There is dust on all vents, kitchen light fixtures, and we found dirt under the sofa bed. Overall it did not appear too hygienic- The bedrooms have skylights and windows without curtains or other blinds and so they are bright early in the morning. Plan to wear a sleep eye mask

My stay was fabulous. The host was very communicative and went out of their way to make sure I could drop my bag off early before heading to the convention center on the first day of my trip. When I first entered the house, there was a chirping noise (maybe a fire alarm with a low battery?), but as soon as I messaged the host, they came to fix it immediately. Everything was nice and clean and comfy. The sauna worked great. The neighborhood was very walkable and safe. 5/5. Loved it!

Wonderful location!

We were able to walk to many activities at the Inner Harbor area as well as restaurants within easy walking distance. The circular stairways were a little hard to negotiate, but we knew that going in, so it was OK. Very clean and neat.

Wonderful Baltimore Home

Stephen was the consummate host. Professional and communicative. House is precisely as advertised. Pictures represent the home accurately. Centrally located to everything you could need for your stay. Would highly recommend. Will stay here again.

Federsl Hill

Location could not be better. Walking distance to bars, inner harbor and cross street market. Felt very safe. Owner was very quick to reply to any of our requests. Love Baltimore and Fort McHenry is a must!

Baltimore June 2024

The Federal Hill hood was great. Plenty of eateries and attractions within walking distance. Federal Hill Park was a great space to toss the baseball or gaze out across the Inner Harbor. Camden Yards was the high point of our trip. Great venue. The American Visionary Art Museum was another fantastic outing. Charm City!

Old Friends Weekend

The location was convenient. The decor and general upkeep/cleanliness weren’t the best, if I’m honest. That said, the neighborhood was nice to explore and we had a nice time. Thanks!

Baltimore stay

The owner was extremely helpful and agreeable. We got to check in a bit early and also got to leave our suitcases in the house on the last day since our plane left later in the afternoon. Steve responded immediately to any questions. The location is excellent. The furnishings are a bit dated and it could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it worked well for us.

All we needed

Comfortable house and all we needed for several days to visit our new grandbaby 2 blocks away. Kitchen is basic but not enough space for preparing large meals. Area felt safe when walking back at night. Lots of restaurants nearby but the house is on a relatively quiet street.

About our stay

The location was great. Overall property was good. There were a few maintenance issues that the owners may not be aware of, the tub did not drain well, the upstairs toilet did not quit running unless the handle was jiggled, the downstairs toilet did not flush unless the handle was held down. The refrigerator was very noisy, sounded like it was going to quit. The carpet on the stairs and the bedroom was filthy. A full length mirror would be a nice touch. Thanks for the opportunity to review.

Not sure where to start. The property manager gave me 3 different addresses for the property. My niece fell down the stairs going into the house. The property manager said he was “busy “ getting his children ready for Halloween and was too distracted to give me the correct address and code to enter. We drove around for over 1 hour to find the house. The stairs were sooooooo unsafe for anyone over 60 or children. There were dirty sponges in the stairs from the cleaning crew. Said there was a parking spot and a hot tub, but it was for another property he managed. Terrible experience.
