The property was perfect for our short stay in all aspects, especially its location, which allowed us to walk to most of our destinations. Very comfortable beds and bedding and very well kept and clean. Look forward to staying at the property again.

Condo is in excellent condition and very clean and comfortable. Location is within walking distance to all the shops and breweries. We had a great time!

Amazing, Downtown Asheville Flat

We had an absolutely, amazing stay in this downtown Asheville flat. It was steps from so many amazing sites!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect downtown location

This was a great stay! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic and walkable to so many restaurants. Each entry point in the condo had a pass code, making the place feel very secure.

Perfect Condo for a Weekend Getaway

We absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect for our sister's weekend. Great location, clean, easy parking (once you locate the correct garage). We highly recommend this condo!

Stayed with another couple. Great layout with 2 masters. Close to everything and we’ll equipped. Garage was very convenient. Hope to be back.

Girls trip

This location was perfect. Tons of things to see and do and enjoy within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Very safe — multiple security codes made us feel safe and sound. Awesome. Clean and perfect.

Perfect Downtown Location

If you’re looking for a spot in downtown Asheville, this is it. Walkable location to tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. 4 codes necessary to get into the apartment so we always felt very safe. Quiet building. Clean, comfy beds and large bathrooms. It had all we needed for a quick weekend stay. Bonus, you’re staying on the only cobblestone street in downtown Asheville. :) Management was also very accommodating about letting us leave luggage at their office before our flight. Much appreciated. Thanks for a great weekend Asheville, you did not disappoint.

Town house review

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 3 days at this condo. Everything was fine, place was roomy, comfortable, and modern. Some suggestions . Please add a couple of dish wiping rags to the kitchen. Parking inside was nice except for the tightness in getti g in and out of the slip.

Amazing spot with tricky parking

The condo is amazing. Super clean and modern and comfy. We loved having coffee there in the mornings and looking out on the city. The ONLY negative thing is the parking garage is pretty tricky to maneuver. We had a small rental suv that was difficult to get in and out of the parking garage plus the alleyway was pretty tight. Just something to have on your radar if you have a larger vehicle.

Asheville long weekend getaway

The condo is in a great location. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping downtown. It’s very comfortable and clean. The one tricky part was getting to the parking off the alley. Trucks were blocking access a couple times. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, Convenient & Secure

The flat was extremely clean, and well furnished with everything you would need. The location is extraordinary and walking distance to all of downtown Asheville restaurants and shops. It was very quiet and secure in the evenings; we loved being able to park our vehicle in the garage. I highly recommend this property and I would most definitely stay here again.
