Very clean, cozy, with modern amenities. Absolutely loved the outside patio with the fire pit and the views.Location was perfect!

The unit was very nice (although the size was a bit exaggerated). Clean, plenty of space in Kitchen for storage, etc. (Not enough light for cooking at stove, though.)When we needed help, it came immediately!Patio space was wonderful. (Individual seats were uncomfortable, but sofa was excellent.)The only real issue is the street noise from the busy street below. So loud many times we could not hear each other on the patio.

Place was very clean and in a great location to walk to food downtown. There is some noise from the road but didn't really bother me at night. Great instructions for accessing the unit and would 100% stay again.

Was able to check in early. The place is immaculate! Comfortable beds, large balcony with plenty of seating and gas fire pit. Walkable to both downtown and brewery district. Very secure parking and entrance. Great communication from property manager. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Great location within 1-2 minutes walking to everything. The outdoor space with the double sliding doors allows for a great view of the autumn leaves.

Great location, great balcony

The condo is in a great location. We walked to many great restaurants, and an amazing food co-op is about a block away. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed.

Love the location. Close to the restaurants and shopping. The unit and building are clean and new. The outdoor space is amazing. Parking spot was great. Easy instructions from the property manager. Comfortable beds. Starter kits for provided all the little things you need for a weekend (plenty of tp, towels, soap, dish liquid etc). We used some nearby parking garages for the overflow cars (had 3 cars since it was a girls weekend) and had no problems. Will look for this place next time I am booking an Asheville stay!

2 miles from everything we needed. Walking distance to breweries, patio was a great view and the property had secured garage parking. Great place to book!
