The lakehouse is tastefully designed and set up thoughtfully, everything you might need is provided. The beautiful and tranquil lake view is the perfect escape from the otherwise busy life. The host is very proactive and attentive. We really had a great time.

Beautiful place! Perfect location for my husband and my daughter as we looked at college campuses. Beds were clean very soft. The location was absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful property with amazing views of the lake. The interior was inviting with a warm and classic decor. Exceptionally clean. The outside has everything you could ask for with a lake rental. The kitchen has all you need to prep a wonderful meal and sit and relax on the dock because once you get there, you don’t want to leave. Host was excellent in communicating every step of the way. Will definitely be looking to come back for a longer stay in the future.

perfect vacation

We were in Lake Wylie for a wedding and some R & R. The cottage was perfect. It was bright and spacious and outdoor space was perfect.

Fabulous location on lake with incredible views!

My whole family enjoyed staying the week here. We had a blast on the boat and kayaks! Kitchen was well appointed and everything was extremely clean. We will be back!

Lake Life

We had a lovely, peaceful stay. The house was clean and well supplied with everything you need. The views from both inside, and outside, were beautiful. We enjoyed our time very much.

The Cottage was awesome and well stocked with the basic essentials. Great place with perfect location to everything. David was super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend the cottage to anyone wanting to experience lake life! USA Boat rental.was super easy to deal with and they were great too!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This peaceful home is on a lovely finger of Lake Wylie. The boat traffic was minimal, the view was lovely, and the outdoor space was exactly what we hoped for. There was no noise from any of the neighbors. We made good use of the kayaks and SUP. The water is great for swimming. We loved that there were beach towels available for our use. The house is very well equipped. We always travel with certain kitchen essentials but this house had all the bases covered (though it had the usual dull knives). Bed was fine. Shades fully darkened the bedroom. Good lighting throughout the house. A/C worked great and we had full control of the thermostat. Very clean.

Picture perfect!

The property was just as pictured; perfect for our family of 4 plus our pup! The home is positioned on a quiet cove, but close to everything in town one might need. Adding a boat rented through Boat Rental USA made this the perfect vacation. We look forward to returning as soon as we can!

Hidden Gem

We loved our stay at this little hidden gem. It was beautifully decorated home, with an amazing view of the lake. Fully equipped with everything you need. We will be back again soon.😊

Wonderful !!

Like many families, you’re scrolling through to look at different properties. Well, you can stop scrolling and book this one if it’s available!! The only regret was we couldn’t stay longer. And yes, it really is that good!!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay and we definitely will be back soon !!!

Amazing Lake Cottage

This beautiful little property on Lake Wylie looks unassuming from the outside, but has a beautiful interior, well manicured property, great boathouse and amazing tri-toon boat with some get-up-and-go! Had a great three days on the river! morning views from the deck, wrapped in a blanket drinking my coffee were priceless!

Loved this Lake House

My family has an awesome time at the lake house. The property was beautiful and amenities were plentiful. We enjoyed swimming off the large sandy beach, kayaking, paddle boarding and just relaxing on the beach, the dock or house deck. The windows are hugh so everywhere you look you have amazing water view. The beds were very comfortable and the inside of the lake house was bright and airy and decorated perfectly. I would definitely recommend this lake house as you will definitely have an awesome time.

Peaceful getaway

Amazing place. Really relaxing. Brought our toddler with us and she was able to play in the water on the little beach they have on the property and she loved. The property management group was slow to respond, but I'm told they were on vacation. However, the we got in contact with the owner of the property, who was super nice and helpful. You can also rent a boat directly off of the property which is awesome. Highly recommend.

Amazing Property

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay (pups included) at this house. The property is as beautiful as the pictures, with a sweeping view of the lake that runs the whole length of the house. The cottage itself is adorable and beautifully designed, with huge windows, a comfortable living area, and a well equipped kitchen. The mattresses were really comfortable. David was readily available for any of our needs, and checked in with us when we arrived. We also took advantage of the boat rental, which I highly recommend. This place is truly a little gem.

So Peaceful

Location was great Loved the house and grounds. Only downfall was ants in the sand. I know its outside but they were everywhere. But everything else was top notch

Overall we had a wonderful time. House was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Having kayaks and paddle boards to use were a huge plus. Enough room for all to sit comfortably and watch movies or play games was also great. Location for us to visit with family nearby was perfect. Area has several grocery stores and restaurants within minutes. The only blip was that the sofa bed had what appeared to be dirty sheet/pillowcases and there were no clean ones to use. We contacted someone, they were very responsive, and it was remedied as soon as was possible. Other than that our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.
