Great place walk out to the beach !! Quiet, clean plenty of room for 1 or 2 people !! Everything you need is in the house ! Enjoyed my stay

The home looked brand new. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, knives, ninja blender, everything to allow you time to fix food there and enjoy constant access to the beach all day long. No lugging your beach supplies around. We walked out for the early morning. Back in for coffee and breakfast on the back porch while a direct view of the beach. Back out for swimming and tanning. Back in for a smoothie for lunch. Back out for a cool swim. Back in for supper on the back porch again. Back out to swim during the sunset. The beach chairs available were a sweet surprise as well.We will be back again! A beautifully peaceful stay!

This place was a special gem! Perfect for the two of us. I loved the breeze off the ocean right off the front porch. I would totally recommend this place to other couples.

Beach Front Property

We enjoyed our stay. We definitely would have given it a 5 star if the couches weren’t stained and it had a little musty smell. You’re literally right on the beach and listening to the waves crashing and being able to watch the sunset was worth everything. We would definitely stay again. It was like having your own piece of paradise.

Great little condo.

This condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is also perfect and there is a trolley stop right at the end of the road if you wish to ride it. The condo is on the bottom floor, and if there is someone staying above you, you will be able to hear them walking from one end.of the condo to the other. Overall though, a great spot and we would stay again.

Booking with no reviews

Perfect place to decompress and find peace on the beach. Nice to have beach front but also have privacy with bushes and trees in front. Quiet and pretty private due to only 1 other unit that is available for rent. I hope the entire building gets remodeled and updated as nice as the place we stayed. It would be a great location for entire family to get together and have separate spaces. Not a space for someone with mobility issues due to split floor plan.

Two for sea

We loved that we were the only ones in the building so it was very secluded. The couch was extremely uncomfortable, and the morning we were leaving there was tons of bugs all over the couch, not sure how they got in. You could also smell faint smoke when going in the residence, but when I got home I could smell it ALL over my clothes. Other than those things we had a wonderful vacation. Bed is very comfortable.

Great Location

The location is perfect, steps from the beach and the condo is decorated cute. My only complaints are, there was no TV in the bedroom as stated. I had to go buy one, because I can't sleep without a TV and you can hear every movement in the condo above. There is some water damage & mold in the bathroom by the shower, behind the toilet. You cannot see the sunset from the condo at all, because the plants/ bushes out front are so overgrown and tall.

Our Unit was very clean and comfortable which is most important. However , there was no laundry facilities and our unit's parking spot required us to maneuver around a cluster of page trash bins. Not cool. Also, we were not aware that there would be a rental unit above us,( no promotional photos pictured two stories of the building.) There were times when the group above us became very heavy footed.
