Great place to stay

We stayed here during our son's wedding. This place is spacious and clean and has ample room for us and the groomsmen to get ready the day of the wedding—tranquil development. The hostess is great and many items are provided. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stayed here while attending lacrosse games at Delaware Turf and had a great experience. The property is exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. I had a minor issue during our stay, and Rolanda was incredibly responsive, answering right away and following up later to make sure everything was resolved. Would recommend and stay here again!

Great Property Manager

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at the property. The property manager (Ms/Mrs. Rolanda) was outstanding to work with and I look forward to working with her again when I return to Delaware. She’s definitely a great representative for Team Evolve!

Great Stay for a Lacrosse Tournament

This was a great stay. Only 10 minutes from DE Turf field, perfect for two sports moms with teenagers. The garage was a bonus, no stinky cleats inside and lots of room to dry out gear. Full kitchen was perfect for early morning breakfast. Beds were comfortable, checkin and out was easy, guest contacts was responsive and helpful! Thank you so much!

My family and I were staying at Rolanda’s townhome for my daughter’s field hockey tournament. Rolanda was extremely accommodating and very pleasant to rent from! Amazing!!!

I don’t usually have time to complete reviews! Let me just say I found the time to complete this review! The only thing that I can say is that the pictures do the property no justice it is absolutely beautiful and one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in! The owner went out of her way to make sure we were OK! The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and well kept. The property Is very comfortable and has everything you need for a few nights stay! When in the area, I will always try to book this same property!

Excellent Stay. The townhouse is in a quiet secluded community area of Central Milford. The host(s) were/was prompt with information including answering of questions during the stay. The neighbors were welcoming. The house was clean and well decorated. There were appropriate additional items such as towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. It is located close to restaurants like Grottoes, Chic-fil-a, Applebee, McDonalds, and Hardees. Royal Farms and Wawa are also nearby. It is in a great location to access Route 1 to the beaches and outlet shopping. It was more economical than a hotel stay and much more comfortable. This will be first on my future visits to Delaware.

We recently stayed at this fantastic townhouse for a tournament at the DE Turf fields, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location couldn't have been more convenient, just a short drive away from the fields, which made our hectic schedule so much easier to manage. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. The host was responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The townhouse itself was incredibly spacious and well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, and there were plenty of towels and linens for everyone. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and the overall cleanliness of the space. One of the standout features was the garage. It was such a relief to have a place to store all the stinky gear outside of the living area. This made it easy to keep the house fresh and organized throughout our stay. Overall, this townhouse was perfect for our needs, and we will definitely be returning for future tournaments. Highly recommended!
