Host was extremely responsive from the time of making the booking until checkout. Property was clean and well stocked with all essentials. Extremely quiet community and relaxing property with plenty of places (in/out) to hang out. Great pet-friendly property overall. Would stay again.

The property was absolutely beautiful.. so clean, inviting and well appointed in “every way”!! Nothing short of an amazing week in this lovely home! Kim and Steve's home is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay with our friends, kids, and dog. The house is a two-minute walk from the beach. Check-in was smooth. The kitchen was well stocked and there were two balconies and a backyard that offered lovely views. Everything was very clean, and the linens and towels were really nice. The surrounding area is gorgeous. It really felt like a magical place.

We loved our stay! The beach house is so cozy and comfortable, you feel right at home. The views from the front porches are lovely and the drive in through the reserve is beautiful. The walk to the beach is very short and it was perfect for our young kids and dog. We did a day trip to Rehoboth since it was only about 40min away. Kim was always helpful and responsive. It was hard to leave and we look forward to our next stay!!

We love this property! We’ve come multiple times as a family with 4 young kids. The house is clean and spacious, well-stocked, and has so many games, tvs, and extras to use in the event of a rainy day. We couldn’t love it more!

This rental truly gives a family everything they need for convenience. Linens, towels, toiletries, games, books, and a well-stocked kitchen made our week feel like a stay-cation. The owner was very responsive to emails before and during our experience. The walk to the beach was very short. Our only negative comment deals with the mosquitoes that come with winds blowing from the preserve into the backyard.

We had a great time and everything went very smoothly! Great location with views from the front and back of the house. Easy walk across the street to the beach and close to great birding locations. The house has everything we needed and more, and we loved that it was dog friendly.

Great time at a wonderful home!

We stayed here before and once again it did not disappoint. Our accomodations were excellent. Attention to details and communication with the Host were outstanding. We plan to return again next year.

Perfect getaway!

We had family visiting and this was tbe perfect space for all of us to get together. The house was perfect and my kids loved being so close to thr quiet beach!

Excellent Weekend Stay

This was our second time staying at this property and both times were wonderful experiences. Perfect location, comfortable beds, modern kitchen, and very peaceful. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay

Kim's home had everything that we needed and more. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the fact that we could walk to the beach, and having the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge nearby.

Great place to relax and get away. The house has a well equipped Kitchen which is great if you don’t want to go out to eat every night. It is also so close to the beach. The beach was very private. No crowds. I loved this place, definitely going back

Another Perfect Getaway

Another Perfect Getaway at our favorite Delaware rental. We visit after Christmas every year and are always grateful to stay at such a lovely home in such a georgeous natural location. The host is wonderful and the check in was very easy.

Comfortable clean family getaway

Primehook Beach has become a favorite destination and this house is a perfect spot to settle in for a relaxing family vacation. Plenty of space, very comfortable and clean. We had a great time!

Nice family vacation
