The place was basic, but nice for the price! Our only complaint would be the later than average check-in.

Thank you for your feedback. Our check in time is standard within the industry we operate in due to extremely high turnover rates. Our team is always happy to offer early check in for a fee if housekeeping schedules allow for this.

Quick weekend ski trip

Perfect location for walking for food and to the gondola. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location!

This property is in a great location close to the gondola and shops/restaurants. There are three hot tubs to enjoy after a day on the slopes. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location in heart of River Run Village. Nice to have hot tub and pool on site. Loved the soft towels. Refrigerator was loud and blinds need repair. Other than that, stay was great.

Great view

We always stay at the Dakota Condos. Easy access to the slopes for skiing and 2 amazing hot tubs and heated pool.

Cozy Getaway

Ideal little 1 bedroom condo space. Convenient underground parking and ease to shops and nearby restaurants. Very close to the pool. We would come back and stay again.

This condo is in an excellent location, just steps away from the gondola and bars and restaurants! A couple things inside could use maintenance, but overall, it was perfect for our one-night, family of 4 getaway!

1. I didn't like having to drive around to one place in a small town to get check-in stuff. The folks were super nice, however. 2. I'm a coffee drinker but I came to ski, not search around for decent coffee. What was provided was thin and of poor quality. Next time, I'll bring my own.

Disappointing. Kitchen poorly stocked with everyday utensils & dishes. Appliances in need of repair. No condiments even salt & pepper grinders broken.Pool was full of rowdy kids & adults - often until midnight!We've rented a Dakota unit in the past so expected better.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the stay did not meet your expectations. During your stay, the only issue reported to us was the toaster, and we did offer to deliver a brand new replacement. We do stock many common kitchen items and extras at our office, and had we been made aware of any additional needs, we would have been happy to deliver those as well. The pool and hot tub areas are managed by the building’s HOA, so those spaces are outside of our direct control. That said, guests are always welcome to report noise concerns to us during their stay, and we can pass them along to Keystone Resort security or the HOA for assistance. We appreciate your comments and will share your feedback with our team. Thank you again for your stay.

Just put of the main street so you don't get the crazy hub bub of sound, 5 minutes walking to everything in the village, great pool and hot tub, dry sauna (no steam room) and underground parking so you don't have to worry about where to park. Highly recommend and would definitely go back

Great early season stay

My Fiancée and I did an early season trip to Keystone and Breckenridge and had a great stay! Easily walked to a few different restaurants and about 3 minutes to the gondola. The hot tub was down for maintenance during our stay, but they gave us access to a sister property’s hot tub/pool. The only downside is you have to drive 4 minutes down the road to pick up the key cards for access to the property, but it wasn’t enough to make us not want to stay again. They also sent out a very detailed guidebook with local recommendations for restaurants and property details, which was very useful.

Comfy condo that’s easy walk to gondola

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable one bed unit with nicely equipped kitchen and fireplace. 5 minute walk to gondola, and the restaurants in Keystone. Only issue is that there aren’t keys for the ski locker so you have to bring your skied inside each evening (or check it at the ski storage near the gondola for $5/night)

It was clean and what we needed for a quick weekend trip...easy walking distance to the River Run Gondola. Probably about 500 - 600 square feet total...not luxurious but it was fairly priced and perfect for what we needed.
