Great location but house was dirty with some issues.

House was pretty dirty when we arrived and the pool was 74. Property manager got the pool heater on the next day. The A/C also malfunctioned and the temp dropped to 50 degrees in the house overnight and the water stopped working. The property manager was able to fix these issues the same day. There was a baby crib but no sheets. There were no extra blankets. The location was great - just a block from the beach. We loved the location but the house definitely had issues.

Location is great, house spacious but that’s it

The beds were very very poor quality, uncomfortable with sunkin in mattresses, extremely low quality linens and the head board is particleboard. The linens were so bad it was hard to stay asleep. There was not one extra blanket or throw blanket in the whole house. The master bath jacuzzi tub was dirty, I didn’t feel comfortable using it after I filled it up and black floaters lined the top of the water. One bedroom was missing blinds so it was hard to sleep in once the sun was up. Water stains on ceiling of master bath. I received a text at 1:00 on check in day that the rental was ready for early for early check in for $75/hr before 3:00. We arrived at our scheduled time of 3:00 and the cleaning crew was fast at work including the kids cleaning the stairs and told us the house will not be ready until 4:30. So we had to carry our luggage back out, get an Uber and return in 1.5 hours. Location is great, house is big and pool was nice.
