Unique property- great outdoor living space deck and river side deck. Tvs pick up internet for Sports.

We enjoyed our stay very much. With that being said, there were some issues. The tv/internet/remote situation was very difficult to operate & we just ended up casting from our phones to watch tv. We really took advantage of the outside space but would have liked to have been cleaned up better. We would choose it again.

The cabin was so cozy. The way the cabin sits with the river behind it makes it feel secluded. There is a lot of privacy. The hot rub is clean and gets really hot. Its really convenient to the little town of Helen.

Great cabin! The River House is the best!

Super amazing cabin on the river! Close to Helen downtown, far away enough to feel isolated from hustle and bustle. I will definitely return to this property!

River Getaway

Excellent location! Wonderful outdoor space at this home with large tv, hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of seating to enjoy the weather and sounds of nature. Secluded but close to the downtown area dining, shopping, and excursions.

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the property because the cabin had a serious mice infestation. During our stay, we discovered evidence of mice throughout the cabin, including mouse feces. The condition of the cabin was completely unacceptable and made it impossible for us to remain there. As a result, we had no choice but to check out of the cabin and find a hotel at our own expense. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation was instead disrupted by having to leave the property, find alternative accommodations, and deal with an issue that should never have existed at a rental property presented as suitable for guests.This was not a minor inconvenience. We could not safely or reasonably stay in the property because of the infestation. We paid for a vacation rental that we were unable to use, and we incurred additional expenses because of the property's condition.I have been attempting to resolve this matter and receive a full refund for the rental, but I do not feel that Evolve has been cooperating adequately or taking the seriousness of this situation into consideration. Given the circumstances, I believe a full refund is the appropriate and reasonable resolution.HORRIBLE with communication and customer service, and I never got my refund.

Beautiful, peaceful property with perfect location right on the river! Nice spot for fishing or playng in the river. Very clean and smelled great as soon as you walked in the door! Inside and outside amenities were just perfect!!

Great location to everything

Great location to town, attractions and the beautiful surrounding falls! Cozy cabin with great outdoor area to relax, cook and just look at the beautiful river below. Fishing was great for the guys and the kids enjoyed playing in the shallow areas and searching for rocks. Just so peaceful! Check in extremely easy and communication with owner was spot on

Mom’cation

This cabin was perfect for our long weekend of relaxation! It was right out of town on the river. The only thing we weren’t expecting was all of the people on the River out the back. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great place!

We loved the house. The back deck was where we spent a lot of time. The big flat screen by the hot tub was so relaxing. There are a lot of people that access an area across the river to fish and hang out so it wasn’t totally private feeling but everything else was amazing! We would definitely stay again.

Covered porch is everything!

House was nice and comfortable and very close to Helen. The covered porch was why we chose this property and it had everything you could want - view of the river, hot tub to relax in with privacy, fire pit and nice big TV. We spent all of our time outside! Nice and relaxing getaway!

Cabin in Helen, Georgia

Beautiful huge home! Walked down the deck to the river and did some fly fishing and caught several and released! Back porch is HUGE with a hot tub and grill. Owner was very sweet and attentive! Would love to stay here again in near future!

Great getaway to disconnect and re-charge

Beautiful property with nice amenities. All the comforts of home. Plenty of space for a family. Beautiful view of river and loved that our part of the river didn’t include tubers floating by. Easy access to town. You can’t go wrong with this property.

Fantastic Vacation Place

Cabin was just as advertised plus more. The ad does not do this cabin justice. IT was very spacious for a cabin. The person that decorated it did a great job. The beds were very comfortable and the cabin was very clean. They thought of everything to make our stay great. The view from the huge deck as well as the windows was very beautiful and we were only five minutes from downtown Helen. Would defiantly stay again.

Loved it!

We loved this house! The back deck is amazing. It was so fun to relax in the hot tub with the flat screen TV right there or just listen to the sounds of nature. The river area out back is beautiful! There were quite a few people at the public access area across the river and occasionally they came across but they seemed friendly.
