This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
Beautiful privately owned condo located with-in the Olde Marco Inn and Suites in a historic setting with some of the oldest buildings located nearby. Located on the 4th floor you will be able to see beautiful sunsets from the screened balcony. The Pool and Spa are located in a garden setting with the Bistro Soleil Restaurant right next door.
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with access to the Porch. The Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. Laundry room is located near the main entrance to the Olde Marco Inn Lobby. Parking is located under the building; not assigned.
You can leave your car at the building since there are 8 restaurants located with-in a 5-minute walk from this condo and shopping as well. The Kitchen has brand new appliances (NOT Pictured)
Exit Clean may increase depending on length of stay
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
