The only thing good about the condo was the bathrooms

The owners had furniture that was to big for living room. The second bedroom the closet door was padded locked shut. No table to set at to eat meals. The master bedroom closet had no room because it was packed with owners belongings. And there was a large cabinet in the entry way. Will not rent here again. And would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Great Location

Great location walk to beach and shops

I took my 11-year-old daughter and 75-year-old mother. It’s walkable lots of choices of restaurants, nearby and easy walk to the beach. The pool is a little small other than that great stay!

Close to the beach!

Large master bedroom. Both bathrooms were nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. Good location very short walk to the beach with a view of the water from the balcony. The traffic on the street outside was noisy/busy at times but overall not a big issue. Cars stopped immediately for pedestrians. Few minute walk to John’s Pass.

We enjoyed our stay. GREAT location, easy parking, quick elevators, clean hallways, but would have liked the place to be cleaner. Had a worn out look and feel😐.

Rest and relaxation at the beach

The condo was just what we needed to facilitate a nice getaway at the beach. Literally across the street from the beach. Had to contact the manger to get a parking pass, but overall this was a great experience and the property was awesome!

Great location, comfortable stay

It's a great location short walking distance to the public beach. Loved the amenities in the place. I would say it does need a little more TLC overall with deeper cleaning and upgrading or cleaning the couches. Bunk bed is too large for the room it is in.

Great !!!!

This was our first time renting a condo and it was wonderful!!!! Beautiful condo was clean and had everything we needed! Even beach chairs that we borrowed from the house! Would definitely rent again!!!

Taylor Swift Weekend!

We were in town for the concert and wanted to be at the beach! This condo was located across the street from a beach access… perfect! We walked to bars and restaurants and John’s Pass was almost next door! A great weekend!

Christmas at the beach

We loved our time over Christmas! The condo was clean and we enjoyed ourselves. I think this condo would be perfect for 2! My college age kids came and it was a little tight. One was on the bunk bed in the second room and the other on the couch! Great location, great pool and hot tub! My husband and I will be back!

Good Location

Overall the property is in a great location with the beach across the street and a short 5 minute walk to shopping, bars, and restaurants in John’s Pass. Check-in was very easy and we were able to get into the unit a little earlier than listed. The property is in need of a good cleaning (doors, baseboards, furniture, etc.), which is a theme in past reviews. Also, there’s a big locked cabinet that is awkwardly situated in the main hall upon entry into the unit which makes carrying large items in and out difficult.

Good value

The condo was good value for the money and easy to get to the beach. The water pressure in the showers were too low, The microwave did not work. The condo is in a good location, easy to walk to shopping and restaurants.

Great Location and Views

This condo is an excellent value for the price the owner's charge. Great location and good views of the gulf. Just about everything you would need is provided in the condo it self. I really like that its close to John's Pass. I really liked after I booked I was sent a list of local attractions and restaurants. I would have given this rental 5 stars, but the king bed mattress was like sleeping on the floor. With all that being said I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, eh unit

The location was amazing! A quick walk across to the beach and to restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the Airbnb was very poorly supplied. I attended this trip with 3 other people. We were only supplied 4 towels and not enough toilet paper to make it through the 5 day stay. The unit was very clean and organized but was significantly smaller than the pictures on Airbnb. The room with the bunk bed was so crammed it was difficult for 2 people to walk around comfortably.

This property is in dire need of updates. Only one of the elevators worked. The dishwasher didn't work and one of the two bathrooms in my unit had to be the original faucets and tile. The unit needed to be thoroughly cleaned and painted. One of the bedrooms didn't have a tv, lamp, or even a door for privacy. The only thing in the room other than the bunk beds was a small table with an alarm clock on it. While the Host was extremely nice and its in a great location, the lack of updates was unacceptable. For the amount of money you spend, you'd expect a lot better. I would definitely return to the area but not to this property. Again, the hosts were great, but the property was unacceptable to me.

Rainy beach stay

The location of this condo is fantastic! Even though it rained the entire weekend we were there, we still were able to enjoy the local sights!. My only complaints about the condo, there were no beach towels. When we went to the pool, we had to take bath towels which left us short for showers. Also, the king bed is rock hard and horribly uncomfortable. My email and phone call went unanswered. I would stay in the area again, probably not at this condo though.

We were woke multiple times nightly and every single morning by 6 am by barking dogs

I was unaware of dogs being allowed in this bldg. My family has allergies to dogs and I am deathly afraid of them let alone being woke extremely early as well as multiple times nightly by barking dogs. This was an every night occurrence.

Good but not great.

The condo was clean and had all the amenities one would want. The reasons for not rating five stars : The carpet out in the hallway is stained and this makes for a lousy impression. The sofa in the unit is quite uncomfortable. The cable channels were difficult to access and from it would have been very nice to provide a channel guide as one would find in any hotel room. The seating for meals is awkward. The counter top is not deep enough to accommodate the bar stools and the little table is too little for two people to enjoy a meal. We enjoyed our stay and the area but won't be back.

worst experience of our life

From the moment we entered this condo it was horrific. Not a way to start a vacation. Not clean at all. Cockroaches in kitchen by stove, in hall bathroom. Dead bugs when opened up the bathroom towels. Pub hairs on master bathroom floor and tub. Liz the rental manager never returns phone calls and could care less about your problems. Would never rent again. I had to pay a cleaning fee with renting the condo but it should of been clean prior to us staying there. Pictures are decieving. Condo is very, very small and second bedroom is a joke more like a walk in closet size. No where to put your luggage except in hallway by front door. There are far more nicer condos to rent in this building. Would not recommend.

Too many maintenance issues and poor condition of condo

I am very sad that I feel I need to write a negative review. I have stayed at vacation rentals 2 or 3 times per year for the last 8 years of my life and I have never left a negative review before. I booked this trip for 4 girlfriends from high school to have a 4 night getaway on the beach. When we originally arrived late in the evening, there were several items we noticed that needed to be fixed. The toilet in the master bath would not flush, the thermostat was locked at 73 degrees (a little warm for sleeping for one of our pregnant guests), and the glass door in the guest bath was broken and hanging from the hinges by a string of glue. So the next morning I made a call to the maintenance man. He was very prompt in arriving and worked to resolve these problems. Later that day we decided to use the pool and fitness center. We grabbed the keys that were on the counter and were instructed that these would work for those doors. They worked for neither. Instructions stated to check with the front desk for any troubles. We went to the front desk and they said that they did not manage this condo and therefore couldn't help us. In fact, they said they didn't think we were even allowed to use the pool. I called the maintenance man for a second time that day. He came and was able to make copies of a pool key. Unfortunately we forgot to ask about the fitness center key and I felt bad calling for a third time in the same day so we just went without use of the fitness facility. On our third day in the condo, we noticed that the temperature seemed to be increasing. I went to look at the thermostat and it was blank. This resulted in a third call to the maintenance man. He came and stated that the a/c was not draining condensation properly and had prompted a kill switch. He was able to fix it within an hour. At that time the thermostat had reached above 80 degrees. In addition to the problems for which we felt immediate maintenance were required, I was overall displeased with the quality of this condo. The beds were exceptionally hard/uncomfortable, pillows were completely flat, the flooring had water damage which resulted in peeling up near the slider and there were little bugs throughout the kitchen. I kept all open food in the refrigerator (like bags of pretzels and things) to prevent them from being infested with bugs. I decided to give this review a 2 star instead of a 1 star because they were so timely in resolving the serious maintenance issues. I have, however, never had to spend 5 or 6 hours of my vacation dealing with maintenance issues that should have been taken care of and/or noticed in the between tenant cleaning. I did contact iTrip in the middle of my trip to voice our concerns. I simply received an email saying they were glad the maintenance man took care of everything, not in the least bit apologetic. I sent another email to iTrip voicing my concerns upon the return from my trip which was left unanswered.

REUNION

My best friend, his wife, and I returned to the St. Petersburg area where we lived and worked and met our wives over 50 years ago. Clean and comfortable. Easy to relax in the apartment and on the patio. Adequate kitchen supplies. Adequate view of the Gulf. Meanwhile, the door to the washer and dryer dislodged at once. Also a handful of flea-like bugs in both bathrooms.

Overall good experience.

Clean and easy to access. A couple of things that could have been better with the master shower head (looks like a $5 that wasn't very good). I would like to see a working lock on the sliding glass door (on a private balcony but you never know when safety is at risk)

Thanksgiving getaway

Excellent location...steps from beach. Immediate action taken by management to fix cable issue so my husband could watch Michigan/Ohio game.... thanks again for that’s!!! Great experience over all.
