Great relaxing getaway from the Waikiki crowds and traffic. Penthouse was spotless and conveniently located to everything needed for a perfect vacation: great local restaurants, shops, and beaches.

Great view, wonderful property, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer also very helpful. Would recommend another chair in the living room area and another lamp in guest room. Property, pool and lagoon was well kept and clean. Would definitely come again.

Great location away from the hustle of Honolulu, but still close to everything. Great property with spectacular views.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Ko Olina penthouse! Stunning ocean views, immaculate and stylish space, and a perfect location near beaches and dining. The host was responsive and welcoming—everything made easy. Truly a dream Hawaiian getaway!

We had an amazing week. The views in this this unit were breathtaking. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The host was very good at responding quickly when we needed a couple of things.

Incredible views

Absolutely loved this place. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Incredible views of the ocean and sunsets. We were even lucky enough to see whales from the lanai and turtles in the lagoon.

Visited Hawaii for our son’s wedding! Property was perfect. Beautiful view, comfortable beds and perfect for the 3 of us. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Highly recommend

Awesome property and beautiful location! We can’t wait to come back. Beach villas are much less crowded than the surrounding resorts and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The grounds and property are well cared for and within walking distance to Paradise Cove, shops and restaurants.

Trip with grandson and his wife

This is our second time staying with you in Ko Olina. This was an easy, quiet, peaceful, enjoyable central location to all of Oahu experiences. Our room was a special lifetime memory with our grandson and his wife. The view, kitchen and facilities were first class.

Beach Villas Ko Olina

Our penthouse unit was fantastic as were the amenities and property. We were looking for less people and congestion compared to Waikiki and this was it. The on duty staff was awesome and very helpful. Parking for 2 vehicles was included and was great!

Great location and views

We love staying right on the beach in KoOlina and this place was great. As soon as you walk out of the bedroom, you have the ocean right in front of you. The property is lovely and the pools are great; plenty of good restaurants in the area but a full kitchen with all you need if you wanted to stay in and cook. We enjoy sitting on the beach so our only - quite minor - complaint is that some of the beach chairs were older and rather uncomfortable. But after a few hours, you are ready to move to the pool with one of the well cushioned lounge chairs!

Second time at Ko’olina Beach Villas and love the well kept facilities, beach and location. Check in was easy and parking a breeze. The unit we stayed at this time, while had a nice view, lacked charm and care that our first visit had and we missed that special aloha touch. Shower was awful and the couch set up made it difficult to watch TV after a long day of sightseeing. Coffee machine and pods were a bonus. I will not stay at this unit but certainly will come back to try out another unit.
