The apartment was clean, the King bed was memory foam, a bit hard to get out of. Other than that, we felt safe and secure. Walkable to music row which is so fun!Had a great stay!

The room was clean and had everything we needed but housekeeping only left one face towel/washcloth for two bedrooms. Other than that our stay was great. I would gladly recommend and use Cozysuites again.

Overall, I was happy with accommodations however the central AC was not operational and a portable window unit was made available. Outside temp was in the mid-80’s during day, so a bit warm in unit at night. Location of unit was very convenient.

Our stay at this Vrbo in Nashville was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. The space was beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy feel, and it had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close enough to downtown to easily enjoy Broadway, restaurants, and live music, but still quiet enough to relax at night. We especially appreciated how easy it was to get around and the convenience of nearby stores and coffee shops. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. They provided clear instructions and even shared local recommendations, which made our trip even better.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you’re visiting Nashville, this Vrbo is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!

It’s great the modern, cozy decor and amenities worked well, and that the location felt convenient for Broadway while still peaceful at night. Happy to hear check-in/check-out was easy and the local recommendations helped. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

The unit needs to be cleaned better. The kitchen appliances were not very clean. It’s like they had a film of grim on them. The baseboards need to be cleaned. The first bedroom had a stain on one side of the sheets.I will say the bed in the second bedroom was very comfortable for us.

We had issues with our room from the beginning. Although the property itself was nice and once we got into the rooms it was nice. We were supposed to be in a 2 bedroom and were changed to two one bedrooms and then couldn’t get into one of the rooms until the next day and then had an issue with the lock being potentially off line.

Unit did not have heat. Was 15 degrees outside and 45 degrees in apartment. Fifth floor unit and elevator was broken. Could not get our 50 pound suitcases up to the apartment.

Overall, the location was convenient and communication with management was prompt. However, we experienced several maintenance and cleanliness issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we were missing a blanket for the sleeper sofa and had insufficient washcloths, along with a dirty bath towel. Management did arrange delivery that evening, though the timing was uncertain and required follow-up.More concerning were the functional issues in the unit: the dishwasher did not work, sinks drained very slowly, the washing machine had a strong mildew odor, and the central heat did not function properly. The unit never warmed beyond the low 60s, and we had to rely on space heaters during a cold weekend (it was 59 degrees in the living room on our final morning). While management was responsive and requested photos, most of the issues were not resolved during our stay. With better maintenance and quality checks prior to guest arrival, this could be a much stronger experience.
