We all enjoyed our time together at this large family home. We were in town for a wedding and al stayed together. We had kids ages 1-10 along with adults. The backyard was big and all fenced in. The beds were comfortable. The in-law suite was a nice added space for a more quiet retreat for the babies. Overall, it was a good stay and we’d stay again.

Beautiful Grounds and Space For Everyone!

We had a group of 10 in town for our daughters wedding at 12 Corners Vineyard. The home was perfectly laid out giving everyone their own space. Although we weren't there too much, the grounds were beautiful, everything was very clean and would 10/10 stay again.

Very nice home, the rooms are bigger than the pictures lead you to believe. We would come back here for Thanksgiving next year if it is available. I was very impressed that the host team door dashed us flash lights when the power went out due to high winds. It was a blessing and they were very proactive and helpful in our communications. The kitchen has basics for cooking, so if you need anything specific, bring it (for instance we only could find 1 mixing bowl and no medium size sauce pans).

We loved this place! It was comfortable, clean and on a beautiful wooded lot. This was a great place for us to get together with friends. It would also be great for family reunions. Plenty of space and it is supplied well. We hope to use this location again some day. The host always communicates within the hour before and during our stay. Great service all around!

Exactly what we needed

Our daughter was married at the Blue Dress Barn, 3 miles away! It was perfect for us to be so close! The property management company was excellent and their response time was very fast. We would stay there again if ever needed and we will recommend the house and the property management company.

Wedding weekend

We attended a Saturday wedding at a venue in the area. This property was conveniently located just a couple minutes away. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and well appointed. The owner was courteous and prompt with communicating before and during our stay. I highly recommend this home, and if we need to stay in the area in the future I would definately book this property.

Our welcome started with cleaning up trash from previous renters that was strung all over the side yard behind the outdoor trash bins. Upon entering the main house, we were greeted by numerous click bugs in both the kitchen & living room that we killed. Our daughter has a fear of bugs so the management company offered to bring bug spray that never came. These bugs must hide when people are around. We only saw them initially upon entering the house. There is a strong musty smell in the main house but especially in the in-law suite. The garage definitely has mold because you can smell it. We were a rather large group & ended up having to hand wash all the dishes due to the dishwasher not working, which wasn’t fun. Management said it had been fixed once & they would report it to maintenance. Nobody showed up during our stay to fix it. A large tree fell during a storm onto the property, which is surrounded by woods. It was way too close to the main house & bedrooms for my liking. Thankfully nobody was hurt & it did not hit the house. I reported everything & the management company did message back rather quickly but without follow up. This property really lacks maintenance & could benefit from a stay by the owner or maintenance company to evaluate all that needs done. The house was in a great location & big enough to accommodate our family but we will not book this property in the future.

Thank you for your review! We're happy the home provided plenty of space for your family. As the property is nestled in a forested area, occasional insects are to be expected. We appreciate your other comments and will use them to identify areas needing attention.
