Ski-in Ski-out condo with pool and hot tub! Located between Winter Park and MJ.
We think you are going to LOVE our Winter Park condo!!
-It's 60 steps to the slopes! Just walk out your door, grab your skiis, bikes or hiking gear and go!
-Brand new fully stocked kitchen and appliances and ready for you. You can even stop back in for lunch and be back on the mountain in no time.
-You and your kids will both love the pool and hot tubs! The pool is so warm you can swim in sub-zero temps while it snows on you.
-Walk, bike or ski to The Village at the base. The Village has shops, restaurants, and a Starbucks and you can walk, ski, or take the bus in under 10 minutes.
-Don't drive at all! You can take the Winter Park Ski Train to Winter Park from downtown Denver, and then the bus all around town. No need for a car, but if you brought one there is FREE garage parking for one vehicle.
-Rent mountain biking gear right in the village and try out the Trestle bike park.
-Rent your skiis downstairs! There is a Ski Depot on the main floor of our building. NO need to ship or haul gear.
-Don't want to ski? You can walk to the Winter Park tubing hill or to the Village. Other winter sports are available to you including Snowshoeing, snowmobiling, shopping, spas, and festivals.
-In the summer there is mountain biking right at the base as well as excursions and activities all over the mountain.
-Our property has everything you need for you and your family. Our unit is fully stocked with fluffy towels, bath robes, hair dryer, plenty of utensils and cookware, bedding and a cozy fireplace. We also have a pack and play, as well as a Keurig coffee maker and new smart TV's. There is a great work out room and game room in the building, and Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and HBO. Use the media center, take a dip in the pool or hot tubs, get a massage, and RELAX!

We are from Colorado and have always loved the mountains and in particular Winter Park. We take our families to the mountains year round and have always wanted a place up there that we could call home. We are excited to share this beautiful mountain town with you and your family!

We chose this property because it has everything we need to have a great vacation with our kids! The convenience of ski-in/out and the pool for the kids; the summer activities and Trestle biking as well as the gorgeous scenery will keep our entire family visiting year round. The people in Winter Park are truly some of the nicest and most down to earth you will find anywhere.

Of all the places you can choose to stay in Winter Park, we think this is the best spot because you can ski-in and out, there's a pool for the kids and you can walk to all the fun in the village year round! There is skiing and snowboarding, hiking, biking, tubing, swimming, shopping and dining all right there. The free parking is a great bonus and being able to stop back in for lunch helps families cut costs when they are skiing.
Our unit in particular is beautifully renovated with everything chosen both for style and convenience. Your kids will LOVE the cool bunk beds, and you can relax with a glass of wine by the beautiful fire as you watch people ski by out the window. It just doesn't get any better than that!
