Amazing stay

This was an exceptional property! We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday as we have family close by, and it was perfect for our needs & then some! Property managers were fantastic to work with, providing recommendations for places to go and things to do, and checking in during our stay. Having a pool and canal access (plus kayaks!) was a major selling point for this property as well. Still wish I was sipping coffee under the tiki! We will absolutely stay here again.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Very clean home with a nice pool and great dock. The little tiki hut on the dock provided nice shade. Went there with my three boys to fish and swim. For those interested in fishing, there’s lots of variety as it’s brackish water. We caught everything from cichlids and gar, to sharks, tarpon, jacks, and redfish. There’s a good bait shop less than 10 minutes away. The only minor issues were the linens were old and not enough of them, and the master shower wouldn’t drain. Could be easy fixes. I’d stay here again.

I’ll start by saying that I almost didn’t book this house because of the lack of reviews but I am SO glad I went against that judgement! Our family stayed here for two weeks and loved every minute! Everything was exactly as it appears in the photos, the house was clean and well maintained, and there was a gate around the pool that we really loved having with our one year old. The host company was wonderful and very responsive and we had the easiest check in and check out process we’ve ever experienced. The pool was absolutely the highlight of our stay and the sun deck was the primary reason we chose it because of how nice that is to have with a baby. We met the neighbor while fishing on the dock (but bring fishing gear or expect to make a trip to purchase some!) and he was very kind and gave us tips for attracting turtles & spent the week trying to help my husband catch a shark! We truly enjoyed everything about our stay here and would absolutely love to come back someday!
