On the beach in St Pete Beach

Beautiful view from this condo. It is very well equipped - you don't need to bring anything. Management company on-site if you have issues.

Perfect Stay

Absolutely beautiful condo that we would not hesitate to stay in again! The condo was extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated all of the beach gear provided. We cannot thank Chris enough for the wonderful communication starting from when we booked and throughout our stay.

Excellent place to stay right on beach

Excellent place to stay right on beach with gorgeous view of sunset. The whole condo was spotless and included everything we needed plus more. So glad we chose this place to stay for our family vacation.

Great Condo

You will not find a better place to stay on St. Pete Beach!! Condo is always stocked with everything you will need and very well kept and cleaned. The owners are very responsive and always try their best to do anything they can to make your stay more enjoyable. Would defiantly recommend, when we come to St. Pete, we always stay here:)

2023 WINTER VACATION

Chris was wonderful host, the property was as advertised. The views, sunsets were really great. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and things to do.

Fun At St. Pete Beach

We had a wonderful time at the Vista. The unit exceeded our expectation in every way. The furnishings are all first class, and the beds, chairs, and couch are all very comfortable. The location is ideal close to everything you need at St. Pete Beach.

Oh what a view!

The view from the balcony is spectacular! The condo is beautiful and clean with attention to every detail. The beach is gorgeous and watching the dolphins in the ocean was a bonus!

Amazing beachfront view

The condo was amazing! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you could want and more. Beach chairs, books, games and of course a breathtaking view. The owner lives close by and is very helpful. We will definitely come back!

Best Condo Ever!!!

This condo was fabulous! It was furnished with everything you could possibly need. The interior is beautifully decorated and neat as a pin! It has a nice, spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean! Our whole family enjoyed it. We will definitely be staying there again!

Vistas on the Gulf

We had a great time in St. Pete Beach, Fl. Our condo was wonderful!! We were on the 5th floor overlooking the Gulf. The condo was clean & we felt right at home there. The pool was heated and very nice. We really loved our time there & will be going back next year.

This place is great. It’s got an incredible view, is spotless, comfortable, and attractive. To top it all off, the kitchen is very well stocked and the beach chairs that Chris provides are the really nice kind. We had a great trip and will definitely stay here next year. Thanks Chris!

Beautiful Condo

Chris's condo has everything you will need for a wonderful vacation. It is a beautifully updated beachy condo. My family and I enjoyed it from coffee on the balcony at sunrise to the beautiful sunsets. We would definitely return

Amazing Vacation

Absolutely the best place to stay on St. Pete Beach! The views are breathtaking from the spacious balcony. Wether waking up to them or enjoying lunch/dinner out there was enjoyable for our family - truly beautiful. On top of all this, local owner Chris goes above-and-beyond to make your stay the best it can be. EVERYTHING our family of four needed to enjoy the perfect beach was there waiting for us. A friend told me about St. Pete Beach so I visited there and absolutely loved it! I bought a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath concrete block ranch home that is about 60 years old. This was purchased in 2004. It is about 2 blocks from the sandy beach. The area feels so much like home. Such a safe friendly feel. I thought this is such a great place to visit and probably retire....why not start buying some investment real estate? So I did...but instead of 2 blocks from the beach, I wanted to do it RIGHT! I bought the best unit in the building! Top Floor, FULL Gulf Front! Nothing can ever obstruct the awesome view! St. Pete Beach is such a beautiful white sandy beach. The waters are so calm, clear, and warm. Come see for yourself.

This means you can walk to either end of the beach with about a 20 minute walk. Total access on foot to everything!!
