Vista’s Best

We have stayed at Vista’s on the Gulf several times before but first time in this unit. The building is wonderful, heated pool, hot tub, right on beach. The unit is excellent. All appliances and utensils are top quality. Spotless. Everything you need. Host welcomes you the minute you check in. Answers all questions. The best. Great location near everything. Best sunsets from balcony every night. Will return.

Anniversary Trip

Our stay in this condo was beyond perfect. We wanted for nothing. Updated, clean, well stocked with items. We don’t have one complaint. The owners are remarkable. They do care about their guests. We are already looking forward to our next Anniversary!

Perfect trip to St. Pete Beach

Our family of 5 has an absolutely perfect vacation to St. Pete Beach thanks in large part to Chris and this wonderful condo. The location is perfect - literal steps away from the beach - and the view of the Gulf of Mexico is pristine. My wife is a stickler for cleanliness and she remarked the entire week that this was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The condo has all needs covered from appliances and cookware to bathroom towels and toiletries. Without a doubt, my favorite amenity was the air mattress which was so easy to inflate/deflate each night and store easily in the hallway closet. We also greatly appreciated (and used every day) the beach supplies - chairs, umbrellas, balls and toys. The check in process was smooth and easy. And best of all, Chris was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any questions. St. Pete is a special place for our family and we made even more special memories this year. We hope to be back soon and this condo will be at the top of our list!

Great Condo

You will not find a better place to stay on St. Pete Beach!! Condo is always stocked with everything you will need and very well kept and cleaned. The owners are very responsive and always try their best to do anything they can to make your stay more enjoyable. Would defiantly recommend, when we come to St. Pete, we always stay here:)

Perfect Stay

Absolutely beautiful condo that we would not hesitate to stay in again! The condo was extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated all of the beach gear provided. We cannot thank Chris enough for the wonderful communication starting from when we booked and throughout our stay.

Fun At St. Pete Beach

We had a wonderful time at the Vista. The unit exceeded our expectation in every way. The furnishings are all first class, and the beds, chairs, and couch are all very comfortable. The location is ideal close to everything you need at St. Pete Beach.

Amazing Beach Getaway

This property was amazing! The condo was great, was right on the beach, and had everything you could possibly need as your home away from home! Nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and an ice chest were all included. When we come back to St Pete, I’ll stay here if it’s available, and will be highly disappointed if it’s not! I’ve stayed at St Pete several times, and this was by far the best place I’ve stayed! And the others were great, but this condo was excellent!

The condo was updated and very clean with easy beach access and close parking. The owners Chris and Ali were so nice and very helpful with recommendations for places to eat! They also had everything you could need in the condo which was very convenient. We hope to visit again soon!

This place is great. It’s got an incredible view, is spotless, comfortable, and attractive. To top it all off, the kitchen is very well stocked and the beach chairs that Chris provides are the really nice kind. We had a great trip and will definitely stay here next year. Thanks Chris!

EXCELLENT VIEW & VERY CLEAN

Chris is a wonderful host, he kept in contact with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, even luxury beach chairs and a cooler. The best is the view, we saw many beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Cant wait to book again. The Hills

Great spot!

We have stayed at this unit in the past and once again, it did not disappoint! It is in a great location, has all the amenities you need and is super clean! Beach chairs, umbrella, all appliances and cooking necessities and.....you can't beat the view! Love the balcony! Perfect location to everything but not too crowded. We'll definitely be back!

Best Condo Ever!!!

This condo was fabulous! It was furnished with everything you could possibly need. The interior is beautifully decorated and neat as a pin! It has a nice, spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean! Our whole family enjoyed it. We will definitely be staying there again!

St pete beach condo

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the property and the owner. The condo was the best equipped property I have ever rented. Chris was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was impossible to beat.

Best Beach Condo

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, well appointed, and the view was by far the best one we’ve ever had while on vacation. The white sand beach in front of the condo was not crowded at all and the gulf water was absolutely stunning. We spent most of our evenings on the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets, but we could’ve easily watched from our top floor SPACIOUS balcony. The condo has 4 beach chairs you can use and there are plenty of beach toys you can borrow from an area down by the pool. When returning to the condo from the beach, there are a couple of outdoor showers to rinse off before stepping into the pool or hot tub. There are also plenty of pool toys and floats for you to borrow near the pool! You can walk up the 5 flights of stairs if you’re trying to get your steps in, or just take the elevator. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, but we also loved riding bikes (we brought our own) down to Pass-a-Grille. Publix is super close and we used Instacart to order and pick up our groceries when we arrived. We typically visit a different beach every summer, but after this trip, we know we’ll definitely return to St. Pete Beach AND this condo.

This was the first VRBO I ever did. I was nervous that the pictures were enhanced. Not true. It was clean, cozy, comfortable and we loved every minute there. The sunsets we gorgeous.

Wonderful Vacation!

What an amazing vacation! This property is right on St. Pete Beach. So even on the few days it was rainy or cold, we could enjoy sitting on the patio and watching the beauty of nature. This unit is nicely decorated and has all the conveniences of home. The kitchen is FULLY stocked all the way down to the pizza cutter. The Publix is within walking distance as are a multitude of restaurants. Chris, the owner, is so helpful. From restaurant suggestions to explanations of the property, he is a ready source of information. We can’t say enough good things about him and his lovely property.

We Would Stay Here Again

The condo was terrific. Great location on the beach. This unit is dead center, top floor looking right at the beach. You can tell Chris takes great pride in offering a top quality rental. He was very gracious, helpful and communicated very well. We had one small issue with the tub and he came to repair it that day. The unit is well stocked with supplies. I wish every condo we rented was this well stocked. It seems just common sense, but it typically is not. Very clean and updated. I can recommend renting this unit without reservation.

A friend told me about St. Pete Beach so I visited there and absolutely loved it! I bought a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath concrete block ranch home that is about 60 years old. This was purchased in 2004. It is about 2 blocks from the sandy beach. The area feels so much like home. Such a safe friendly feel. I thought this is such a great place to visit and probably retire....why not start buying some investment real estate? So I did...but instead of 2 blocks from the beach, I wanted to do it RIGHT! I bought the best unit in the building! Top Floor, FULL Gulf Front! Nothing can ever obstruct the awesome view! St. Pete Beach is such a beautiful white sandy beach. The waters are so calm, clear, and warm. Come see for yourself.

This means you can walk to either end of the beach with about a 20 minute walk. Total access on foot to everything!!
