This is an affordable location where you can walk to the sugar sand beach and stay parked at the house. Sun drenched rooms with bright cheery decor. Cable and wifi are included. Recently renovated with hardwood floors and new appliances. Retreat to the spacious master bedroom with flat screen television. Enjoy the sunset with an afternoon libation from the widow's watch or relax with a morning cup on the screened in front porch. New landscaping designed to give the most privacy.

Really great place for family to gather! Had an excellent vacation despite some rainy/stormy weather. The porches are a great place to enjoy a rainstorm - and we did.

Great location and the house was plenty for what we needed for the week. Easy walk to the beach everyday. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were well stocked. The kitchen had all the things needed to cook and prep any meals. Ice maker was slow, so if you were like us and packing a cooler either go to one of the 1stores and get ice trays or just grab a few bags of ice.

Great Family Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a great fit for our family of 6 and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We loved this quiet and relaxing neighborhood. I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the deck in the rocking chair.

Mom and Daughter with adult children popping in

My 85-year-old mother and I stayed here for a week, and my adult children and their partners joined us for part of the week. Later in the week, my 91-year-old aunt came to visit. Not the best place for elderly disabled folks, but great otherwise. The aunt's visit was a surprise.

Perfect family vacation

The property owner and his sister are fantastic to work with. The check in and out process was super easy and we were all impressed at how clean the house was. We will definitely be back!

Family Week at the Beach

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the Dawg House! The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet, the house is exactly as described, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We walked to the beach every day. Just a really great trip!

Good Beach Week

Home was priced very well for a weeks vacation. My family and I enjoyed the location which was very quiet and relaxing. We all enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. We would rent this home again in the future

Loved Sunset Beach

Great experience, close to the beach access, all amenities. A grill would have been nice, but they do have them for rent on the island. Beach was clean and well patrolled. Great relaxing vacation

Relaxing stay

Easy access to the beach. The house was clean and spacious and the property manager was very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. Tip: leave one key in the lockbox so you don’t get locked out. ;)
