The unit was very clean and nice. Beds are comfortable. The bedrooms should have some full length mirrors maybe inside each closet or one in the hallway between. The pool and pool area could have been cleaner. There was no code provided for the indoor pool until our last day. Location is good.

Beautiful Townhome

Home was great. Close to the beach, great oool and the townhome was very clean and well kept.

The condo is gorgeous- right I the beach! Indoor pool was perfect for off-season week. Highly recommend

Beautiful condo

After a small hiccup with the door code that was rectified quickly, we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and clean condo. Plenty of space and right on the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo and plan on visiting again.

Exceptionally clean, excellent communication with host. Plenty of room for 4 adults. View was not a direct view of ocean, as it is a side unit. However, you can definitely hear the waves. Love the decks & the view from the Oceanside board walk is beautiful! Pools & hot tubs are great! No beach for us this time as a Nor’Easter was coming in (double red flag days) We have stayed at this complex before, this unit is exceptional. So much to do & see. Huge dining options. Hope to return!

Great Location/ Terrible Communication

I had to wait outside of the condo with an infant and 9 year old after a long trip for a decent amount of time because our code/ codes didn’t work. They gave us no welcome letter or email. Just a short text. We never got the pool code. Never got access to a WiFi password. There was a parking garage with numbered spaces - what space is ours? Where do we park? Will we get towed? The floors were dirty. Couch cushions with the pull out were dirty. Luckily the location and weather were Terrific!

As for the Wi-Fi and pool access code, had you reached out for these, we would of been happy to have given this information over to you. Clean, Spacious Condo Stay

We enjoyed this condo during April with our two teenagers. It was as pictured, very spacious and clean. The overall property is great - and our family especially enjoyed the private access to the beach and the outdoor pool/hot tub area. Outdoor pool area was very relaxing! The section of the beach was pretty, clean, and easy to use. Nice to have the indoor pool access for rainy days. Condo location had quick access to grocery stores and things to do, without the immediate street not being too loud or busy. Property outside was well maintained and very pretty. Parking was easy, especially once we realized there was no specific spot required. A few things to note - for a family stay some basic needed items were lacking. For example, only one trash bag for the whole week wasn't practical. We also liked the access to charcoal grills, but there were no grill tools. Pots and pans were limited as well. Families planning to use the condo property more than go out may want to bring a few extra things. Additionally, in other rentals we are used to there being information inside the condo about expectations around cleaning, trash, check out procedures, etc. While we got some of that via text, other things we had to figure out on our own (including the code for the pools and beach areas) and the hours of different common spaces on the property. Would be great if that information could be easily found in the condo.

We do only supply one trash bag per trash bin in your starter pack and do send out an email stating to pack additional. We will bring up the suggestions to the correct people and see what we can do. I loved this property and was very satisfied with my stay. Minor complaints are lack of the wifi network name before arrival. There were at least 10 different options that came up when I tried to connect and the name of theirs was obscure so the password I had was useless. I had to call and ask and it was the next morning before they responded. There were no written instructions for use of anything in the condo or a checkout final check list. I think we did everything necessary. Overall a great stay in a wonderful location.
