This place is super clean and in the perfect location!! The views don't get any better!! The only thing missing would be an elevator if you have issue with steps as it's on the third floor. We will DEFINTELY be back!!! Next time without the Nor'easter would be great :)

The condo was very nice. The views were lovely and the deck was terrific. The place was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The toilets are very low for anyone who has trouble getting up and down, keep that in mind. I would also recommend bringing a big flashlight as going up and down the 3 flights of steps is difficult at night. There is lighting, but it is dim. There also isn't any lighting around the cargo lift, so if you are arriving at night, a flashlight will be VERY helpful. The host was very helpful and kind. I needed to make a contact after hours and left a message. I got a very helpful call back before my phone made it back into my pocket.

Large, well appointed condo on the ocean close to everything. We really enjoyed our time at this condo and would stay here again.

Beautiful location

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is cozy and nice, and it has everything you need. The view is amazing and the location, being on the top floor and with stairs directly to the beach, is just perfect. We would definitely come back next time we visit OBX.

Great location, wonderfully appointed and labeled. This is where you want to stay! Our first trip to OBX and we were just about in the middle of north to south. We went fromCorolla to Ocracoke on day trips. Beach was awesome and the residence is just fabulous on the inside. All pictures in listing are accurate and current.

We absolutely loved this condo and it was one of the best stays we’ve ever had! The views are amazing from the top floor, on the ocean side and the land side. The deck is spacious and being able to walk right down onto the beach was so amazing! The interior of the condo was immaculate. The overall location was great and everything we wanted to see and do was a short distance away. Goombays across the street has great food as well. We’d definitely stay here again!

We liked everything for the exception of 1 very important detail. Black mold around older bathroom AC ceiling vent, and black mold inside adjoining bedroom AC vents. Was not worth mentioning to the host as cleaning/removing it is not a simple process and we didn’t want it to be done when we are there. Big AC vents in common living area need cleaning as they covered in dust. AC goes to 77 only but not to 78 or higher, it was too cold for the child as AC blows directly on the beds when sleeping.

We do wish you had brought these concerns to our attention while you were in the home. We would have been happy to have the vents inspected and cleaned and to address the AC temperature issue if possible. Regarding the dark matter in the bathroom vent, this may be mildew related to condensation rather than mold, but we will certainly have it inspected to determine the appropriate course of action. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can have these items evaluated and addressed. Very clean. Everything in the cupboards and drawers was labeled which I loved! Kitchen was very well stocked! Lots of books, movies and games! Only issue was the air conditioner being broke. Owner reached out and was in communication about the issue but it did get very warm. Was 85 degrees in the main area every day even with all blinds continuously drawn and window air conditioners running and multiple box fans. This was the only disappointing part of the trip. No one’s fault, just frustrating. Otherwise the home was absolutely perfect! Great location with easy access to everything.

Fabulous, well appointed and updated condo with beautiful oceanfront views out of several large windows and from the expansive back deck. Contemporary yet traditional decor celebrating local artists which we appreciated. Like a mini art gallery! Easy access to the beach right out of the back. Shower stations on the property to rinse off after the beach, and a very helpful cargo lift were nice amenities. The central location made it easy to do all of the day trips to other points of interest and made our first trip to OBX one to cherish and dream of coming back next year! Property management team was easy to work with and extremely responsive. Nothing not to like here!!

The pirate's Best

I reported it the night of our arrival and no one came to fix it. It really needs to be fixed.

Beautiful Beach Escape!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very beach-y and clean. It's well stocked with all amenities for cooking in. Top floor has a perfect view of all surroundings. The deck has sunshine in the morning through mid afternoon. Three tv's can be watched at any times without interfering with each other. The elevator lift for suitcases is slow moving, but a perfect addition for bringing this to the third floor. Showers are great! Outdoor shower spot for cleaning off the sand is convenient. The couches are a bit stiff for long term seating. The layout of the condo is breezy and I felt like I was living in luxury for the week. I WILL go again.
