Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following: -As one of our initial guests, it was unexpected to encounter a few issues during your stay. We strived to resolve any issues as promptly as possible. -Regrettably, the cleaning team inadvertently forgot to reattach the water reservoir to the coffee machine, resulting in a delay before its discovery. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. -Moreover, an unforeseen appliance malfunction occurred with the washer and dryer. Despite arranging for repairmen, it was determined that the appliance was irreparable, prompting us to promptly purchase a replacement. Unfortunately, due to the timing coinciding with the presidential weekend, the earliest available appointment for installation was on Tuesday. We offered our guests an extended stay to accommodate their laundry needs, but unfortunately, they had prior flight arrangements. -Regarding the abundance of blankets, typically, Tucson does not require as many. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by these issues. -While the queen-sized bed is accurately depicted in the listing photos, we are committed to addressing and rectifying the other issues promptly. Regarding the other comments, addressing them is straightforward, and we are committed to accommodating them at the earliest opportunity.
