Great place

We have stayed in Surfside 6 times and this is easily the best place we have stayed. Walking distance to the beach.

Great property with everything we needed! Decorated with relaxing beach decor, TVs in every room, and cold a/c. The wine fridge was a plus even if we did not need it this time. Our favorite part was the relaxing living room. This property has both a beach view from the front porch and peaceful marsh view from the back deck.

It was the prefect place to stay! We felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in! Plenty of beds and plenty of space. We arrived at dark so it was amazing when we woke up to a beautiful view of the beach. The host had excellent communication with me. Any question I had they would answer almost immediately. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Nice Place for a Family Vacation

The house is in a great location if you want to go to the beach. It is clean and all of the essentials are included. People complain about the water smell and pressure but that is typical of any beach house. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay even though we were there during a tropical storm.

Host communicated well. Let us know about a maintenance worker that was working on the heater when we arrived. Location was well located - although on Blue Water Highway was only a couple of minute walk to the beach.

The host provided excellent communication. Very nice and cordial. I almost feel bad leaving this comment. But I checked out early and lost money. The place was surface clean. The living room furniture was very dingy with disgusting stains. My daughter almost fell off the bar stool. It’s severely broken and a safety hazard. One shower head was too disgusting to touch to adjust. The other shower head didn’t spray right. Both really need to be replaced. The beds were nice and comfy. I was going to cook but the flat baking pans were completely rusted out. There’s no way you could put food on them. My daughter checked out the day before the rest of us. The children had no place to sleep bcas of the dirty sofa bed. I took pictures of everything just in case. We weren’t comfortable.

We also haven't any other guest mention any of these items, but we would have gladly sent our crew to assist you had you contacted us during your stay on any of these items. The only communication we had from you was regarding smoking which we do not allow at this home, as you know. We wish you better luck in your next travels.
