Amazing condo in siesta key

We had an amazing time at this condo. Erika was super accommodating and helpful when our prior BNB was cancelled due to the hurricanes. The condo was gorgeous, right across from the beach parking and had everything we needed.

Our Two-Week Stay in Siesta Key Condo

We recently spent two wonderful weeks in a condo in Siesta Key and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to all the attractions and amenities we were looking for. The condo itself was fantastic—spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional communication with the owner, Erika. She was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, we had an amazing time and have no complaints whatsoever. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Siesta Key!

The place is beautiful,it is very clean, spacious and it has everything you need. Erika was very responsive and very helpful when we needed a few things changed. I would highly recommend to everyone!

Very Nice!

We had a great time and we were all very pleased with the condo. Beautifully decorated with plenty of comfortable seating inside and on the lanai. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was nice and had all the needed accessories. Lawn chairs were a great bonus! I recommend updating the screen doors as they are hard to open and close without coming off the tracks and the bed pillows are really uncomfortable. But those were small things and we would definitely rent again! Thank you for such a great home to stay in while we visited!!

Great Location, Awful Condo

Other than location, there was nothing to like about this condo. We have rented or stayed in several VRBO houses and condos, and this place was the worst. The carpets and couch were stained and dirty. The master bedroom pocket door to the master bath was broken and could not close for bathroom privacy. The master closet had one mirror door missing. The entire large master closet was filled with storage bins, old bedding, wood, tools, multiple vacuums. I had to move at least half of the items in the closet to the garage, to make room for us to put our shoes on the floor and our clothes on hangars and on the shelves. The front of the garage was filled with so much old furniture, our car just fit. The beds were awful in the spare room and bad in the master. The spare room box spring squeaked when just touching the bed, and the mattress sagged in the middle so badly that one couple visiting left 4 days early. The owner replaced the box spring after our first week, and most of the squeaking was gone, but a decent mattress didn’t show up until the end of our 4th and final week. The master bath was terrible and needs a complete renovation. All of our guests were disgusted by the cleanliness, decor, upkeep and lack of so many usual amenities. This place must be owned by absentee owners who over-decorated with too much old furniture, and who are taking advantage of a great location. Not up to VRBO standards, or any standards. The owner offered us a refund to leave, but go where?

Great stay

Very confortable unit for us. The owner was very very responsive as we had a couple of maintenance issues. She quickly responded and had the problem addressed. After staying for 13 years in the village, we really liked proximity to the beach and this quiet environment!

Perfect location and set up

This place was perfect for our family! I loved the large table and ample seating available throughout. The back lanai was so nice and peaceful, the kids enjoyed watching the turtles in the pond. Just a stones throw to the beach and the community pool. We’ve already rebooked for next year’s vacation :)

Love this location!

This is the second time we stayed in this unit. It's located directly across from the public beach. Downtown Siesta Key is about a 20-minute walk away. If you don't feel like walking, there is a trolly stop right outside the complex. The unit is spacious, light, bright and clean. I love the separation of space. If you choose to have guests, they are in the back of the condo with their own bathroom. I could not have asked for a more perfect unit for our vacation.

Sarasota Siesta Key Beach

I would rate this condo 5 stars as it was very clean and spacious. Also, it was right across the street from Siesta Key beach, a 3-5 minute walk. They provided beach chairs, a cabana and towels.

Location, location, location!!! Right across the street from Siesta Key Beach. Free trolly stop right in front of the complex to get to SK village with many restaurants and shops.

Great place, great location!

My husband and I rented this place for our 5 year anniversary. Here is the breakdown: Pros: -Location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. -There are beach chairs and tons of towels. It was so nice to not have to travel with those things -The unit is huge and very clean. We did not need that much space, but it would be great for a family or two couples. The layout allows for lots of privacy. -the deck is huge and has tons of seating to relax and enjoy the warm weather! -the check in and check out process was very easy. -The kitchen was really great. -Pool is awesome and there is a grill there. We didn’t get to use it, but loved the idea of being able to grill by the pool! Cons: There was really only one (and it was minor): the shower head in the master bath wasn’t great. We used the other shower because it was better. I would definitely recommend this place! If we ever return to Siesta Key, we will def stay here!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay! Couldn’t have a better location for a rental property. They have almost everything you need for your stay, except a beach umbrella, so if you’re driving you may want to pack one. They have chairs, kids toys, a cooler and much more. Community pool was great as well. If for some reason you’re questioning whether to book this unit, just do it, you won’t regret it.

Very Nice

Checking in and finding the office at midnight was a bit difficult, (our flight didn't arrive until late.) Communication with the property manager was excellent. She answered all my texts and emails immediately. The location is great and has beach access. The beach access directly across from the the condo is however a very long walk on the sand. Also, right around the corner are lots of restaurants and shopping areas. I would like to make a couple of suggestions. .. Having a wagon or cart to haul all of your beach accessories and needs to the beach would be great since since the walk on the sand is very long.. Also when a flight is arriving late and the people are not able to check in before midnight, it would be great to have some waters in the refrigerator for people to have since there are no grocery stores open.I thi k providing more toilet paper and paper towels would be nice for the price we paid..One more thing the area rugs really need to be cleaned, especially in the bathrooms, they looked stained and really could use a wash. We loved our trip and we loved our stay.

Clean, roomy, close to the beach

It was a nice unit, roomy, clean, right across from Siesta Key Beach, which is a plus and a minus. You can walk to the beach and not have to deal with parking. However, Beach Road is very busy, and you can hear traffic on the busy beach days, especially on weekends. Also, the fire department is right across the street. The condo unit could use some new living room furniture that is comfortable, and the side tables on the balcony are rotted out and should be replaced. One week we had some upstairs neighbors who stomped back and forth from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. like they were getting their Fitbit steps in. I called the property manager, but never received a follow-up call if they had contacted them. This unit is on the first floor. Everything you need for the beach was included in the garage--beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc., which was great, and there's a garage to park your car.

Fantastic VRBO

While this rental exceeded expectations and had great separation of space, it was the fantastic communication with the unit owner and the property management that sets this place apart. A couple issues came up regarding check in and a small maintenance issue. The responsiveness from each person I spoke with was very quick and resolved the issues immediately. It goes without saying that the unit was truly impressive and the location unparalleled. Unit was sparklingly clean. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

This condo/townhouse was a great size for our family. Pros- provided all linens, blender, coffee pot, beach towels, chairs, books to read, washer and dryer, and a cooler if needed for the beach trips. We drove to the beach across the street due to having many items to carry, but you could walk across the street and through the parking lot if wanted. The outside balcony was very relaxing at night to watch the turtles in the pond. Cons- our neighbors upstairs were very heavy walkers and we could hear every time they moved. You will need to buy dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, and laundry tabs for your washing. Dishes were dirty when arrived, so we had to wash the dishes prior to using them. Our large Expedition would not fit in the garage, so we parked outside in a parking spot. No biggie, but keep in mind if you have a larger vehicle. Pool also closes at sunset, but is heated. Overall we had a great time.
