Love this place! Clean and beautiful, had everything we needed! Close to the beach, love having the outdoor shower. My family has stayed here a total of 3 times and we’ve loved it everytime! Thank you for another great stay!

Great location

Great location for my family of 4 - close to beach, restaurants, Hyannis ferry terminal, and in a wonderful residential neighborhood. We greatly enjoyed our time in Cape Cod!

Can’t beat the location!

Super quaint with all the amenities! Outdoor shower and washer and dryer are so useful! Will be staying again!

Wonderful location!

Lovely family vacation, bike ride to beach and short drive to multiple beaches and restaurants. Host was excellent communicating with us, very responsive, check in and out process easy.

Convenient and clean

We had a great stay. The space was just right for our family of four: parents and two young children. The indoor and outdoor spaces are enjoyable, and the location provides an easy walk or ride to the beach.

Perfect for families

The property was kept up very nicely, we would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to the beach with our kiddos in their wagon. Great location overall with easy car access for stores/dining. Owners were very responsive and made us feel welcome!

Great location

My family and I had great time at this property. The location was very close to Seagull beach, every night we rode our bikes there. The owner was very responsive to an inquiry that we had which was much appreciated.

Great for a family

We had a great stay. We loved walking to the beach. The path was helpful for pulling a wagon of beach stuff. The house was bright and the space was great for our family. It was convenient to get to restaurants and groceries.

We had a great stay. Property is as pictured on a quiet street. Short walk to Seagull Beach. For our first visit to Cape Cod we loved the location. It is an hour drive to Provincetown, but close to everything else we did.

Clean and convenient

This house is very clean inside and out. The space was perfect for my husband and I and our two young children. Great location for beach and downtown access. Safe location.

Great Stay

The house was great and met all of our needs as a small family. The area felt very safe, and was a short walk (~7-10 min) to beach. We enjoyed using the grill and found the beds to be comfy, and the rooms spacious enough. The lawn was well manicured and our kids enjoyed playing outside and chasing the bunnies.

Just as described

Fantastic location, nice quiet residential area cottage , easy walk to sea gull beach ( great beach , pure sand and really warm water). also 10 min hop to downtown hyannis. Fit the 4 of us very comfortably. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!!

Beautiful comfortable cottage is prime location

Jack was an exceptional host and his home was loved by our entire family. It is in a great location walking distance to Seagull beach (which saves you the $20 daily parking cost at that beach) and ideally located for short drives to most attractions throughout Cape Cod. Skipper’s restaurant and Mayflower beach (around sunset) were our favorites. We highly recommend Jack’s home and would book it again next time we visit the Cape.
