Better than expected!

What a fabulous trip! The accommodations were just perfect. The location couldn't have been better. After a brief hiccup when we initially arrived, communication was top notch and the customer service was on point. We'll be back for sure!

Fabulous

We loved this property and would def come back. It was perfect for either a family or a group of friends. Beds were very comfy. View was fabulous. Enjoyed that it came with two beach service chairs.

San Souci at Pensacola Beach

Perfect size condo for two families of four with kids. Beautiful view of the beach at a great location right across from Peg Leg Pete’s and Tom Thumb (which is great because we went there about 8 times to stock up on stuff we forgot!). Book it, you won’t regret it!

San Souci was a wonderful condo right on the beach. We stayed in 707 and would definitely stay in it again. We’ll stocked, comfy beds, tasteful beach decor. Trolley stop right in front made easy access to all the island as to offer.

Gorgeous and Cozy

This condo has been our absolute favorite! The place is just gorgeous, but also has little details that make it feel so cozy. Quiet area and covered parking were awesome. We didn’t have to lug beach stuff in and out of the condo. They had everything you could think of including fans and extra throw blankets. We saw so many cool things from the balcony! The only bad part was having to pack up and leave.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was more than we expected! Actually, we were convinced the balcony was not beachfront as the picture wasn't clear and because of the price. We were so delightfully surprised it was a beachfront balcony! And having a wonderful restaurant across the street was very convenient!

The condo was great! Beautiful views and right on the beach. My family enjoyed the beach and pool. The condo was comfortable and had plenty of room for us.

Amazing stay by the beach

I couldn’t had it better, even though my stay was the last days of October; just waking up to the beach view and atmosphere made it all worth it! It was a 75th birthday celebration so at the same time that it was a celebration moment it was also full of relaxation and reflection site for how wonderful the Lord is in our lives. Thanks for the nice gesture of having this place as a rental stay for great memories to make!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

Condo is as described and even looked better than the pictures because the decor is well designed throughout the interior. Very comfortable beds and linens. Beach is not crowded and you can rent beach chairs and umbrella from Lazy Days. Due to pandemic we cooked or ordered takeout for the most part. The only negative is that the property management company is very sparse with supplies. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom is not enough for a three bedroom for a week. If you rent it, I’d recommend bringing toilet paper, Kleenex (none was given), an extra roll of paper towel, dishwasher soap (you are given two tablets and checkout instructions require that you fill and run the dishwasher when you leave so that leaves one for the whole week), and coffee filters (the flat bottom kind) since none are provided. Also had some trouble with WiFi going out and had to play around with the plugs and router and then it signed out of Netflix and there were no instructions given for getting back in. Netflix is the only option on the main TV unless you log in as yourself and we didn’t want to. Despite these issues, the condo is worth renting, and we really enjoyed our stay, the weather, and the location.

Good location for a family visit. Was able to watch the sting rays flying through the ocean. Loved the elevator to get our things to the condo and back to the car.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

This property was absolutely amazing! We are local to Pensacola and booked this condo for Blue's Weekend, however, they ended up cancelling the show so we decided to make the best of our beach getaway. The check in process was very easy- all keyless and keypad entry to the property which was nice. The condo is located on the top floor next to the stairwell so it's more private than the other units. This building is directly across the street from Peg Leg Pete's which is where the adults stopped in the evenings to have a drink/appetizer. We loved the beach decor and high end furnishings! If I had a beach house- this is exactly how I'd decorate it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the trip. The 2 mini wine coolers located in the bar area and master bedroom were very useful as well. We appreciated all the little beach signs and sayings around the house. The pool was great in the evenings after being on the beach all day. We also enjoyed the spacious hot tub. The only comments I can think of for future occupants- make sure you shut the sliding back door and front door all the way as it seemed to get stuck often. Apparently if it isn't closed all the way the air conditioning unit will not cool the place down. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous beach home! Many memories were made. We hope to stay here again in the future :)

Perfect Spring Break--Beautiful View

Everything was smooth, was surprised that technology advancement has created this seamless process where we did not have to call anyone or get stuck in any routines. Had gentle reminders of our trip, gate codes and room code, the text was answered promptly. The property was pretty and had quality. we enjoyed. Had an issue with shower water not draining got fixed rather quickly. Overall very satisfied. i saw a sign on the property Dogs needs to be on a leash. as i wanted to bring my small bird- i thought the property was pet free. dont know why.
