This beautiful modern 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located very close to everything. Enjoy Downtown Palm Springs, a foodie dream with all its restaurants and bars, incredible local and national events at the Palm Springs Convention Center, and one of the oldest and most popular Indian casinos in the Coachella Valley.

The Coachella Music Festivals are an easy shuttle ride away, and those shuttles leave Palm Springs multiple times a day.

The Hacienda Hideaway is all original on the outside and newly renovated with all modern conveniences and comfortable furniture on the inside.

The Backyard is spacious with a Dining Set and a wonderful relaxing pool. With BBQ and pool floats a good time is mandatory

Great location

Loved our stay! Our granddaughter loved the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. Lovely view of the mountains from the pool,too.

Beautiful property, great location

We had a wonderful time in the Modern Hacienda- conveniently located close to amenities including a nice park. The atmosphere at the home was so pleasant we were happy to stay home to enjoy the pool.

This property was not in walking range to down town. House is very mid century modern. Very cute inside. Pool nice but didn’t use. Kitchen equipped with plates for 6. Lots of gadgets.Only real drawback. Extremely busy street at high speeds. Be careful with kids and dogs. Issues at house fixed immediately.Airport planes not an issue for us. They start at 7 quit at 10.

Location! Location!Llocation!

This darling house is located within minutes of everything in town town Palm Srings. It’s a lovely home with a wonderful, relaxing backyard. It is perfec after a busy day of shopping, hiking and eating to sit back, have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. There a beautiful pool to relax in. It’s very private and quiet. You can’t go wrong choosing this centrally located, well appointed home.

Palm Springs perfection

We had a great time and would definitely book this awesome house again. The location is perfect, the house is charming, the pool area and yard are amazing, and the communication was timely and helpful. Our first time in Palm Springs and we are so glad we chose this spot!

Palm Springs Paradise

Convenient to activities. Nice quiet neighborhood. First impression with lights on was very welcoming. Pool and patio were very enjoyable. The set up was very comfortable.

Super house

Two teens and parents. Pool was great, place was just as per pictures. Very spacious and great beds. Short drive to shops downtown. Some traffic noise but minimal. Would definitely recommend!!

it was OK

It was ok. House had a few gremlins including small things like toaster only toasted one side, en-suite tap when on leaked all over, bbq broke, garage door didn’t function properly, gardener woke us twice during our stay at 7.15am with his leaf blower and admin didn’t seem too bothered when we said how unhappy we were ….Such a shame as overal house was nice

Beautiful home and great location

Our family had a great time and really enjoyed the pool! The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to make a nice holiday dinner and cook for most meals during our stay. We also appreciated the onsite laundry.

Lovely stay

The house and pool were clean and well kept. The location is perfect. Close to airport and downtown Palm Springs. 45 family members gather in Palm Springs for Thanksgiving, so we rent 7 different homes. They are all within 2 miles of each other. There is a wonderful park a few blocks from the house, where we gathered for our Thanksgiving flag football games. Wonderful playground for the kids. This property had everything my family needed and would rent again.

Great location

We were very pleased with our experience at this property. It is close to downtown and the airport. The living area is open and bright, and the kitchen contains everything we needed to enjoy a few nights cooking and staying in for dinner.

Perfect spot!

We enjoyed this place. The location was perfect and close to downtown. The house was clean and stylish. My only complaint is how loud the plumbing is throughout the house when the shower is on. Besides that, it was perfect.

Peaceful Stay in the Desert

Had a great weekend staying here with some friends. The house came with everything we needed to ensure we had a relaxing weekend. The house was only a 5 minute drive from Downtown as well.

Great time at Hacienda House

Great house close to downtown Palm Springs and local grocery stores. Very relaxing house great for family gathering. Pool and patio i Was where we spent most of our time. Pool excellent. This is our second time staying T this house. Will definitely rent again.

Rest and Relaxation at the Hacienda

The heated pool and beautifully manicured yard was a dream. We had perfect views and the mountains. We had a wonderful time walking to nearby parks and old town with our dog.
