This incredible condo has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Centrally located in Orange Beach, walking distance to Publix, Starbucks, and the Coastal restaurant and bar on the beach. Summerchase 303 was recently renovated. Beautiful views of the sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico await you. You'll love watching the dolphins from the balcony. Free Wifi throughout. There are lots of little touches to make your stay more enjoyable, like board games, throw blankets, books, puzzles, a pack and play, and a booster seat for little ones.

The spacious and well-stocked kitchen offers everything you'll need to cook an exceptional meal for you and your guests! Appliances include a stainless fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, and all the small appliances and utensils. The dining area seats six, and the breakfast bar has four additional seats.

All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs, extra pillows, and throw blankets. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and offers great beach views, balcony access, and a private master bath with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two full beds with bright and fun decor. The third bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet.

Summerchase is one-of-a-kind complex offers enough amenities to keep you busy throughout your stay. This amazing resort has everything a traveler needs to enjoy an exciting yet relaxing vacation, including a sparkling beachfront pool and children's pool, an indoor heated pool and hot tub, gym, ping pong table, BBQ grills, and a poolside gazebo!

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, on the Alabama Gulf Coast, the area features amazing activities and recreation that you simply can't miss! It is just a short drive from the best restaurants, shops, and nightlife on the island. Perfect condo in the perfect location

We loved our stay here and will definitely put it in our favorites to return to. We’ve been coming to the area since the early 90s, and we couldn’t have been happier with this location. It was close to everything we normally drive 15 minutes to get to. And on top of that, Coastal restaurant is literally walking distance. We went there twice without even getting in the car. I simply loved it! You can’t go wrong with this one!

Great condo!

The condo was clean, decorated great and furniture was really nice. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. All four is our party said they would definitely come back here again.

Fantastic

We have taken many trips to OB over the past 25 years, however this trip found us in the best condo we have had the pleasure yo use. Everything was better than we could have wished for, from decor, to the outstanding kitchen, great functionality and location. Our hope is that this will not be the last time we are able to visit this unit.

Girl’s Getaway

Summer Chase is just the right size property and the condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need. Only suggestions would be to consider purchasing better bed pillows and maybe replacing the low rattan loungers with Adirondack type table & chairs.

Orange Beach 2024

Nice condo, ocean front view is great. Beach is wonderful and very large. No high rises on either side of property which made so much room for the beach goers. We were able to bring a canopy and an extra umbrella which some places do not allow. This is very important to us. Also no steps to beach is a plus. However, the walkway is a little steep.

Vacay Family ‘24

First time in Orange Beach. We booked thru VRBO but then was told it rented with the owner. We had several issues with air conditioner, washing machine and just overall cleanliness. I will have to say once contact was made with the owner about the issues and we worked to get things resolved but for a vacation to be restful and relaxing, I don’t want to have to be on the phone getting things lined up to be fixed. Unfortunately this condo needs some major maintenance and upkeep changes. When someone else cleans and owners aren’t around, things get broken over time and not repaired and a deep cleaning never happens. It was a nice location and would be a great place but it really needs some attention. We had a fun trip with family but would like for it to have not been so much taking care of business and more just sitting back and relaxing.

Mother’s Day weekend!

My daughters and I had the perfect girls’ trip to celebrate Mother’s Day! The condo was wonderful, thoughtfully and beautifully decorated! So convenient to the beach and to nearby restaurants. We loved it and definitely hope to return!!!

Fabulous condo

I would definitely stay here again. The location was great! The condo was very nice. The beds were comfortable It was very convenient to have an umbrella and beach chair included. A few utensils needed to be rewashed which was not a big deal, otherwise would give all 5 stars. The host was very responsive to questions.

Beautiful ocean view

We were very thrilled with our stay. You cannot beat the ocean view. The rooms very beautiful decorated and was clean and comfortable. The condo has easy access to the beach and the pools were great for the kids. There is a 1ft deep kiddie outdoor pool, as well as a standard outdoor and indoor pool. Our host was super quick to respond! There are several great restaurants close by including Coastal, Moe’s original barbecue, and Zeke’s landing restaurant. We definitely can’t wait for our return trip to Orange Beach!

Family vacay

Some basic maintenance issues are holding the ratings down. Moldy shower curtain in main, bath towels smelled like smoke, living room area rug needs to be tossed. Lights out in master closet and vanity. Kitchen was clean and all appliances worked. Location was nice. Views of ocean very nice.

A wonderful Place

Andree", the host was very prompt at answering questions and resetting the lock code a few times when my 6- and 8-year-old grandsons somehow locked us out. Balcony overlooking the ocean was really nice. After a day at the beach, we would look out on the ocean and watch the sun going down We went to several of the local restaurants. They were very good but pricey! Well that what happens in tourist towns. Brought a bunch of shrimp home with us. Boys did the Pirate Ship and it was fun but once is enough. Saw dolphins every day from the balcony and just the beach. Pretty cool! I'll be back!

Relaxing and Quiet

The condo was exactly as described. Well stocked and incredibly clean. Location was fantastic! The building was away from large condos so beach wasn't crowded. Loved having chairs and umbrella provided. Being on 3rd floor there was a great view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the early mornings and evenings. Thank you for a great vacation!

Our family of 5 love Orange Beach for it's clean beaches and family friendly atmosphere. After many years of vacationing here, we decided to purchase condo right on the beach. I have worked in hospitality most of my career and love that I get to do it in my personal life as well.

The condition of the property and this condo, is immaculate! Plus the location, you are on the beach, walking distance to restaurants(Coastal is next door), state parks, and so much more! The condo has its indoor pool located right inside the same building as the condo, which is so nice!

We provide a complimentary beach chair rental for guest staying from Mid March to Mid October! We are centrally located directly on the beach and within walking distance to the Coastal restaurant as well, grocery stores, shops, etc.
