Beautiful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Sayan. The condo was beautiful and had amazing views. There was plenty of room. We loved sitting outside on the large balcony. The staff and bartenders at Sayan were friendly and we enjoyed the pools and going down to the beach. We all highly recommend.

Best VRBO experience I’ve ever had

I usually shy away from rentals. They never seem to live up to the listing description, and they’re never as nice as a luxury hotel. This place is unlike any non-hotel rental I’ve stayed. The property is gorgeous, spacious, and well appointed. The restaurant and pool service is so convenient and solid. The staff at the complex is truly service oriented and welcoming. The location is the perfect mix of close to the action and just removed enough to be relaxing. There is only one negative, the easily accessible walking route to town is inaccessible because of construction. But the walk along the beach is fun and the Ubers plentiful and very economical. I would stay in this place again in a hot second!

Great NY Trip

We had a great time in PV staying at Sayan Condominium. The location was perfect and it was a short trek over the beach to Mantamar. The views were beautiful, the restaurant had better meals than some local restaurants, and it was never crowded so we could enjoy our vacation in peace. The only small complaint about the place is that it is located off of a major highway, so walking into the downtown area was a little intimidating. However, it was a breeze to take a cheap taxi into town.

Our stay at this property was better than we expected! The condo accommodated our family of 6 members, it was supplied with everything we needed including beach towels and snorkeling gear. The location was very convenient to everything but still used Uber to get to some locations but was still only a 15 min walk on the beach to the Melecon. The cleanliness of the establishment was excellent. The restaurant had excellent food and very affordable. Definitely recommend!!!

Excellent stay - Great experience

This unit is much better than shown in profile and pictures. Decorated with good taste, best provisioning ever, what ever we needed was available. Host, Paulina, was excellent, very responsive and immediate action. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Building is in excellent condition, well located, with secured exit to the beach.

Fabulous Sunsets

We truly enjoyed our stay! The views were amazing. We utilized all the amenities such as beach towels, laundry, workout area, stocked food and spices. Also had everything we needed to make great cocktails. Kitchen fully stocked for those that like to cook and entertain. We made ceviche and seared tuna without having to purchase too much! Walking to the beach was so convenient
 just a few steps away! The pool area and hot tub were not only beautiful, but very well maintained and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming! Security helped with arranging transportation and we felt very safe. Highly recommend !!!!

An amazing condo with one of a kind views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. You have waves crashing over rocks continually while you can watch whales frolic from the balcony . The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was completely furnished to cook. The building is lovely and very secure. Poolside ( at all three pools) is very quiet - a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of old town. Guests enjoyed the gym facilities and the restaurant is consistently good and reasonably priced. Building staff is super friendly and called for cabs when needed-the building is flawlessly maintained. We walked a short path over the rocks to Los Muertos beach. Walking into town is about 20 minutes but it’s along a busy highway. Will definitely return next year !

Great Location

Great property. We go to PV quite often, and this was our favorite rental. Very accommodating and helpful. The property is very nice, quiet, great grounds and pool area. It even has a restaurant that is quite good. Would definately go again!

Family holiday

A fabulous condo with the most amazing views. The pool area is lovely and right next to the bar/restaurant with super friendly staff delivering drinks and food to your lounger. The location is perfect being a few minutes walk to a couple of different beaches as well as a convenience store. With the side road currently closed, it’s a 15 minute walk downhill along the main road to restaurants in the Romantic Zone. Uber or local taxis were inexpensive for the journey home. Paulina, the lovely local property manager, greeted us when we arrived at the condo and was available throughout our stay for any questions. A fantastic time had by all.

Amazing Experience

From the start to the finish, our week at this property was an amazing experience. Extremely easy to check in and check out. Lilly is local and able to assist with anything you need. The property was better than the pictures. The condo is extremely well equipped. The balcony gives you views of the pool, ocean, PV and mountains. There is a beach just steps from the property. The 2 gentlemen working the bar were so attentive and kind-they would bring drinks to wherever you were sitting in the different pool areas. We were surprised at the high quality if food and drinks for such low prices. The security and ground crew were nice, always smiling and greeting us. The gym on property was well equipped with free weights, benches, and machines. My family and I have stayed in many properties around the world and I would rank this experience at the top. Amazing condo. Amazing views. And everyone made us feel like family.

Perfect.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us (and most anyone, I'd think). The building and grounds are lovely, the pools are great, the restaurant/bar was surprisingly awesome, the location was perfect for the ease of getting into town but being just enough (5 minutes) away for a little space from the action and a gorgeous view, and the condo itself was wonderful! Of course the first thing you notice when you walk in is that view through the wall of windows that open to the balcony. The balcony has nice furniture, comfortable for sitting out with morning coffee or for meals (I guess? We were super lazy and didn't cook one thing). The kitchen was very nice, and very well stocked with not only all the pans/cooking utensils you could ever need (and attractive dishes too, which is not always the case with rentals), but also with coffee, spices, etc. and a LOT of alcohol that presumably others have bought and left behind. Three large bedrooms each with their own bath were nice to have, although the toilet in one bath was not working while a replacement part is being ordered. This was apparently due to the destruction of some water pipes when a nearby road collapsed during excavation for construction, which I mention only because the collapse means that the previously existing more scenic road to walk into town is not passable. You could walk along the main road 15 minutes or so into town, but we took taxis which arrived very quickly and ranged from 60 - 80 pesos per trip (100 coming back on busy evenings). Also, nothing else about the plumbing in the condo seems to have been affected - everything works great, showers have normal water pressure, etc. The restaurant in the building is open every day except Monday, and the waiters are SO nice! They also make great drinks, including indulging one of my kids' love for extra cherries in his Roy Rogers... they were very accommodating. We tried lots of stuff on the breakfast menu and everything was very good, and we also had lunch by the pool most days (also good). We did not try dinner there because there are so many great restaurants in PV, and I didn't see anyone else doing so either. The complex was quite quiet at night, which to me is better than the alternative! Overall, I can't recommend this condo highly enough. It was clean, beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family of 4 to have space but also the amenities of nice pools and food/drink of a hotel. Would 100% rent again!

Relax to the sound of the ocean

Large apartment with plenty of pans etc and great appliance set up if you plan to cook (which we did). Three good size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a huge sectional couch that one of our kids slept on. The pool & gym are great and the building staff are friendly & helpful. But the thing we loved is being able to open up the entire wall facing the ocean to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves.

Excellent stay in great location

Condo unit was lovely and owner and/or manager dealt with minor issues. The on site facilities were good with a few issues. *pool area lacked morning sun * restaurant closed 1 day a week and were understaffed a large part of time. Staff itself was excellent. * children under 12 not allowed in hot tub even when accompanied by parents * washrooms in pool area need upgraded and kept cleaner (auto flush toilets and urinals like rest of units would help)

Casa de Danielito

Super comfortable, perfect location with a breathtaking oceanfront view, we enjoyed the stay immensely. The property manager was helpful in so many ways, bringing in wine and snacks and food as we had requested, and having it there when we arrived, as well as making recommendations. We also love this location because there is an oceanfront outdoor restaurant and bar on the premises of the condo building, and everything is accessible and easy. We had many friends and family saying in homes and villas nearby, and were all there for the occasion of my daughters wedding. Everything was perfect.

Absolutely Beautiful! Premium property in a great location!

First time staying at Sayan Tropical and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. We had a group of 6, but the size of the unit worked very well for our group. We were surprised it had a 3rd bathroom as we were expecting only 2, but having 3 worked out perfectly. The restaurant on-site was very good too! We ate breakfast there a few times and loved it! We walked to town daily and at first thought it was going to be further away than expected, however it was much closer both to the beach and center of old town. On another note we used Uber to get home at night and we were all amazed how much cheaper it was averaging only a few bucks a time and taxis were also very affordable as well. I’ve been coming down to PV for several years now and first time staying this far out, but the ocean views and sounds were awesome especially since being at this location we had no traffic/late night noise from outside the condo which is common if you are in the center of old town. The unit had nice furnishings and the beds were extremely comfortable, slept well each night! The pool area got plenty of sun and we all loved having a hot tub! Very relaxing! Overall, we would definitely consider booking this unit again and as far as Sayan Tropical goes, I have a feeling most units are worth considering as this building is one if the nicer places to stay! Outstanding Condo

This was the best condo ever! The property manager Lilly was super accommodating with our early arrival and late departure issues. She was prompt, efficient and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean, well maintained and stocked with all the essentials to get you through our stay. This was a first for us. The facility is top notch as is its employees. Thanks for the great stay.
