Uusi ohjelmassamme, tÀmÀ hiljattain rakennettu kuuden makuuhuoneen / kuuden kylpyhuoneen ylellinen koti, on noin 50 askeleen pÀÀssÀ sokerinvalkoisesta hiekkarannasta ja smaragdinvihreÀstÀ vedestÀ Pensacola BeachistÀ. Uskomaton rÀÀtÀlöity koti, jonka on suunnitellut omistaja Kevin Hubbard. Se mahtuu 22 vieraalle, ja siinÀ on ylelliset mukavuudet, kuten yksityinen gunite-uima-allas ja kattokerros, joka on tÀydellinen paikka katsella rannan upeita auringonnousuja ja auringonlaskuja. TÀmÀ talo on suunniteltu suuria perhetapahtumia varten elÀmÀnsÀ muistojen luomiseksi.

Paradise Beach Homes johtaa ammattimaisesti 5 Calle Traviesaa.

(paikkaa neljÀ) ja iso ruokapöytÀ (paikkaa yhdeksÀn). TÀmÀ olohuone tulvii luonnollista valoa ja avautuu kauniille katetulle kannelle.

PÀÀkerroksen makuuhuoneessa on kuningas, jossa on mukautettu kylpyamme, mukaan lukien kylpyamme ja lasisuljettu suihku. PÀÀkaapissa on kaksoisvuode kahden hengen yli. Myös pÀÀtasolla on ”salainen” piilopaikka (kaapin alla), jossa on kaksois, plus kaksoset yli kaksinkertaisen kerrossĂ€ngyn, tĂ€ynnĂ€ kylpyĂ€ aulassa.

Toinen makuuhuone sijaitsee ylemmÀllÀ tasolla kaksi kuningattarta ja kaksi erillistÀ kahden hengen vuodetta sekÀ tÀysi kylpyamme. Kolmannessa ja neljÀnnessÀ makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja Jack-and-Jill-kylpyhuone. Viides makuuhuoneessa on kuningas ja oma kylpyhuone. KÀytÀvÀn sipulissa on kaksoisvuode kerrossÀngyssÀ.

Kuudennessa makuuhuoneessa on kuningatar parvi, jossa on kierreportaat.

Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on kivi- ja graniittitasot ja -allas.

Massiivinen gunite-ulkouima-allas tarjoaa helpon pÀÀsyn puolihauteeseen. Yli 6000 neliömetrin oleskelutilassa ja kansihuoneessa, mukautetulla maisemoinnilla ja ulkovalaistuksella, tÀmÀ on upea paikka viihdyttÀÀ perhettÀ ja sopii erinomaisesti hÀÀihin ja kokouksiin.

TÀmÀ koti sisÀltÀÀ hissin, joka vie sinut kaikille kolmelle tasolle. Siihen kuuluu myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, kaasugrilli, ilmainen langaton internetyhteys ja pysÀköinti 10-12 autolle (viisi on katettu).

2025 Family Vacation Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for our stay, easy access to the beach, away from the crowds. We booked for the 6 bedrooms, but the '6th bedroom' was not really a bedroom, it was a small room on the bottom floor near the parking and a little creepy to stay in so we had to make it work with the other 5 bedrooms, which turned out fine due to all the other built-in bunks available for the kids. The space is great, it does need some upgrades to the furniture, but overall ok for a beach vacation home. The pool and putt-putt kept our grands busy for hours. We would for sure stay again.

The grandchildren had a blast and they loved all of the bunk beds in all of the cubbyholes. The beach was only a two-minute walk so it was easy going back and forth to the house and the beach to replenish supplies or grab lunch. Nice area, nice sidewalks for a morning run. No complaints. The beach was beautiful and big enough to fly kites.

Awesome Accommodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place for big families to stay. We had 4 families with ages ranging from toddlers to senior citizens. The older crowd were very thankful for the elevator to go up and down in throughout the house. The beach is such a quick walk from the house. The pool was such an added bonus for the kids to entertain themselves with. The only recommendation I have is the need for more towels and blankets. We look forward to renting this place again!

Great Beach House!!

There is ample space, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and lots of decking for sunning and relaxing. Bring your putter and some golf balls for use on the mini putting green near the pool. Short walk to the beach. Nice gas grill and pool area to enjoy. Widow’s walk (crow’s nest) near the roof to enjoy the sunset. Kitchen was spacious but could use more plates and utensils, other than that it was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for Family or Group Vacation

5 Calle Traviesa was a super location for our multi generational family vacation. The walk to the beach was short with easy access. It was extremely helpful to have the elevator in the house to lug luggage, groceries, and people to all levels of the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was very nice and we were glad to have some outside covered areas to sit while it rained. The family room area could use new couches ( not in great shape and not comfortable). TVs were in every bedroom but the only ones that worked were the family room and one bedroom (bedroom only got about 5 channels). There were lightbulbs that needed to be replaced( especially downstairs elevator area- was pitch black with outside door and elevator door closed
I should have called and had that that replaced). We appreciated the easy check in ( not having to come by office was terrific). Overall this is a fantastic place to stay and my family would happily stay here again.

Nice Property...overall I give it a 4 Stars.

Property in good condition...some light bulbs needed to be replaced and some furniture in living area needs to be replaced or recovered, all beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of dishes, sitting area, towels and kitchen well stock with everything you need. Beautiful home.

This home had everything it advertised for a large family plus close proximity to the ocean. The property was very clean and the kitchen extremely well supplied with cooking utensils and numerous cooking pans. The extra cubbies were a great sleeping area for our little ones. The pool was a refreshing break in the afternoon and evenings.Paradise Beach Homes is a terrific company to work with. We’ve used them on all of our visit and have been extremely pleased with their service.

The only things I would think needs to be addressed are the lack of patio furniture on the decks and some of the bedrooms could use room darkening curtains. But otherwise, the home is very clean and not far from the beach.

The house had excellent sleeping accommodations The kitchen was big enough for our family. However, the elevator caused daily problems for my 94 year old father who is confined to a wheelchair.

Pool was awesome. Could have used some outdoor chairs and furniture on decks as there was no where to sit on any of the decks. Also could have used more poolside chairs too. Overall great house I would rent again.

Convenient location. Don’t forget to go up the Widows walk and watch the sunset.

Our party of twelve had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the house and each other’s company. The beach was a very short walk. The accommodations were very attractive and comfortable.
