4 makuuhuoneen 2 1/2-kylpyammeella edessä oleva kaupunkitalo, jossa ulkouima-allas

Sijaitsee keskellä kaupunkia Ocean City, 71. kadulla, Beach Place North -ominaisuuksemme, ja se on 4 tason, 4BR, 2 1/2 BA: n merenrantakaupungitalo. Siinä on keskeinen ilmastointi, vuodepaikkoja 12 ja siinä on kaksi merenranta makuuhuonetta, kolme merenrantakannet ja se on täysin perustettu kahdelle perheelle tai yhdelle suurelle perheelle.

Hotellissa on yksityinen ulkouima-allas, joka on avoinna muistopäivästä - työpäivästä lähtien ja on käytettävissä vain Beach Place North -hotellin vieraille. Koska koko kiinteistössä on vain 25 yksikköä, et ole tungosta. Ranta Beach Place Northin edessä on yksi harvemmin asutuista Ocean Cityssä. Perheemme pysyy täällä kaksi viikkoa joka kesä, ja tämä on yksi tärkeimmistä syistä, jotka ostimme täältä.

Pysäköintitaso

Päätaso
Päätasossa on olohuone, ruokasali, keittiö ja puoli kylpy. Lattia on alkuperäinen keltainen mänty, hiljattain viimeistelty, ja seinät ovat alkuperäisiä 'rantamaisia' kieli- ja ura-mäntypaneeleja.

Olohuoneessa on seinälle asennettu, 46 'taulutelevisio. Siellä on queen-size Lazyboy-vuodesohva. Liukuva lasiovi avautuu rantatasolle. Kaksi askelta alas ja olet rannalla !!

Tilavassa ruokasalissa on pöytätilaa kahdeksalle ja siinä on liukulasiovi, joka johtaa takakanteen, jossa on suljettu ulkosuihku ja säilytystila boogie-laudoille, rantatuoleille jne. Lisäksi on letku, jolla voit pestä hiekan pois ennen suihkuun tai päärakennukseen pääsyä.

Keittiössä on Silestone-työtaso, jossa on aamiaisbaari, valkoiset kaapit, sähköliesi, astianpesukone, hävitys, kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin ja jääkaappi jääpalakoneella ja vedellä oven läpi. Siellä on kaapin valaistus ja upotetut kattovalaisimet, jotka molemmat ovat himmentimen kytkimissä.

Puolikylpy on uusittu uudella keraamisella laattalattialla ja uudella kuorenmuotoisella jalustaallasella sekä uudella Toto-wc: llä.

Toinen taso
Toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kylpyamme kylpyammeella. Oceanfront-makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja liukuva lasiovi, joka johtaa ulos omalta kannelta merinäköalalla. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on TV. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Tämän kerroksen kylpyhuone on kokonaan uusittu, ja siinä on uusi keraaminen laatta lattialla ja kylpyammeen ympärillä sekä graniittipintainen 57 'turhamaisuus ja vastaava peili.

Huipputaso
Ylimmällä tasolla on myös kaksi makuuhuonetta ja täysi kylpyamme kylpyammeella. Oceanfront-makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja liukuva lasiovi, joka johtaa avoimeen kannelle merinäköalalla. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on pyramidi kerrossänky, jonka pohjassa on täysi patja ja yläosassa kaksoset. Tämän kerroksen kylpyhuone on myös kokonaan uusittu, ja siinä on uusi keraaminen laatta lattialla ja kylpyammeen ympärillä sekä uusi jalustan pesuallas ja Toto-wc.

Great weekend away with my family. House was very clean and well maintained. Beach is right in your back yard and you can’t beat waking up and looking out your bedroom to the sun rising over the Atlantic. We will definitely be booking another getaway here in the future.

Excellent fall stay

Our family which included 3 adults, 1 8 year old and one baby stayed for about 10 days. The property was clean and well appointed. It is close to shopping, food, and right on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Also, the owner was very responsive with a few questions we had. Excellent service.

Outstanding Again

Returned again to this house, as awesome as previous visits. Great location, right on the beach, incredible views, close to everything. Covered parking at the door was really appreciated for loading car during rain day departure. Art provided all information needed very well run.

Amazing property with a great location!

My family of six and my parents had the pleasure of staying here for our vacation. Inside the home there were plenty of rooms and space for our large family and well as a fully stocked kitchen. Outside you step immediately onto the beach or are step away from the pool. Simply couldn’t not ask for a better location. The communication with the owner was fantastic!

Relaxing weekend away

This is our second time renting this property and it is set up perfectly for a larger family. The home is very well maintained and has everything you need to enjoy a nice relaxing trip to the beach. The views from all of the decks are amazing and there aren’t that many properties in Ocean City that you can take a few steps out your back door and your on the beach! Property owner has always been quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be booking another stay here in the near future.

Great place for a relaxing, peaceful vacation!

Cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s spacious and comfortable and just steps away from the ocean. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The location is close to a lot of good restaurants and stores and high up enough where it’s very quiet. Oceanfront views are amazing! If you like to sleep with the sound of ocean waves crashing, this is the place for you. The owner Art was very nice and the experience was super easy and convenient. Family getaway

We had a fabulous time at this place. The location was amazing. My grandkids love being able to walk out right into the sand. They played for hours while the adults were inside playing games while keeping an eye on them. The dunes was a great buffer to the main beach and ocean. The host was great and accessible when I had questions or concerns. We will definitely come back if available to us again.

Best Vacation

Loved our stay at the Beach Place ! Great location, great views! We walked in to the main floor and we're just overwhelmed with the view! As for the condo ice cold frig, with ice maker, LOVED the endless hot water heater! TV in every room with cable, great wifi! It was a pleasure dealing with the owner. BOOK NOW-Amazing All-Around Direct Oceanfront

The pictures don’t do this property justice. My husband and I celebrated our sons 2nd birthday with our other two munchkins (6 & 4). This is the perfect family friendly property. Fully equipped, very clean, the private beach is secluded & clean, private attached 2 car parking, great views of the ocean (watch dolphins from either oversized balcony on 3rd or 4th floor), very spacious (4 floors) and Art is extremely responsive and hospitable. We will be back a few more times this summer.

Great place if you don't mind all the sand!

Loved this place. The location and space to accommodate a family of 10 was pretty great. But, be warned - lots of sand. We kept sweeping periodically, made a outdoor bucket cleaning area and vacuumed. There is definitely lots of stairs, but my legs got a good work out. There were some small minor issues, but Art was on top of it and great at communicating with us ASAP. I loved that the kids could play in the sand right in the back deck. Hope to be back again.

PRIME LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS AND ACCOMMODATIONS

Five stars isn't enough. The pictures do not do it justice as it is a beautifully laid out condo in the optimum location. The location is perfect, just close enough to easily get to any of the local restaurants or attractions, yet far enough away to not be elbow to elbow on the beach. The views from every level were amazing, with just steps to the beach. The kitchen had everything that you would need and was roomy enough for the 11 of us. Art was an amazing host and was quick to get back to me with any and all answers. I would recommend this condo to anyone......just not for my week, we will see you next year!

Great location, needs complete cleaning and updates

Great location and loved the pool. The condo was very dirty, needed many updates. Faucet falling off in bathroom, bulbs out, old stuff everywhere. Owner was helpful and offered to send the cleaning company back. Thankfully we brought our own cleaning supplies and sanitized ourselves. Furniture very uncomfortable and old. But we had a great time with our family anyway.

Spectacular Views!

Although the location was perfect, views were spectacular, having three flights of steps proved to be a challenge at times, would not suggest older adults for this rental. We were surprised to find out the Televisions were set up for Roku. A streaming device we have never used so we were unable to view Live TV , or able to work any of the TVs other then movies on the living room television, which was Very disappointing. So if you are in shape and understand Roku Television, this is the perfect place.

A "Great" Place To Stay and Relax !

I have to tell you we have stayed at several places in Ocean City the last few years and by far this was the best place. Art's communication and feedback was both quick and very friendly. As you well know most of the places in that area are old and out dated ( even a lot of the hotels ) . This home is both newly redone through out and is bright and cheerful. Having a patio over looking the beach and ocean on all three floors ( yes three of them ) is really neat and a great place to relax through out the day. It is so cool to be able to step outside of living room and onto a deck and right on the beach. The kitchen comes with many things needed to make all your meals and is very easy to cook in. This is very nice if you like to save money cooking and not going out to eat three times a day. This was the only place we have stayed where it felt like "our" home away from home. Thank You Very Much and God's Best !

Place was clean and in a good location for ocean city… it was very nice to be steps from the beach. One thing that really bothered me was the fact that I had to buy all my own sheets and towels… there wasn’t even a hand towel to dry my hands off with. No shampoo, bath soap, etc….We came to the east coast on a plane and didn’t have much room for sheets and linens…. I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and have never encountered one that didn’t provide these basic needs. The extra $200 we had to spend on these items for my family was frustrating… it was disclosed in the description when I read more carefully….I just didn’t notice until after we had booked.

The cleaning service did a terrible job. It took us 45 minutes to clean our place and even then it wasn't up to par. We contacted Art and he apologized but did not offer to send the service back to clean or give us any reimbursement. The kitchen is NOT well stocked. Not even a vegetable peeler was to be had. Both coffee machines did not work and we ended up buying a new one. The furnishings are very old. The deck furniture is moldy and ancient too. We realized the A/C stopped working when we came back from the beach on Friday. Thank goodness it was a cooler evening and we could open up windows and sliders. The only plus to this place is that it is right on the beach and the pool is very nice.. It is time for the owners to invest in their rental so that clients feel it is worth the amount of money charged for a one week stay.

We have a large family with 6 kids and reside in Elkridge Maryland. We have tried to make this a home our guests would appreciate and have tried to add the small touches that make it feel like home. We have vacationed in Ocean City for years as a family and both my wife and I vacationed there as kids with our parents. We started renting in Beach Place North in the mid 90's. Since I'm a Realtor, each vacation I would take a morning and go up and down the beach searching to see if there was a place that we might like better. Each year I came to the conclusion that Beach Place North was the best spot for our family vacation and in 2008 we were able to purchase this home. This house needed a lot of work when we bought it. We gutted the kitchen and baths and started over. We pulled up the carpet on the main level and had the floors refinished. We replaced most of the furniture, added cable and internet, multiple tvs. We went through every piece of cookware, pots etc.. and replaced most of them.

We love the privacy the beach offers as there aren't any high rise buildings nearby and all the homes on the bay side have to use 67th street to access the beach. We love having the pool available for the kids. In 2009 we installed a tankless water heater and this is wonderful for large families because it supplies perpetual hot water.
