Nauti ilmaisesta golfista, ilmaisesta kalastuksesta, ilmaisesta purjelautailusta, ILMAISEKSI Baytowne Wharfin seikkailualueen passista ja ILMAISISTA elokuvien vuokrauksesta loman jokaisena päivänä. 1 aikuinen passi toimintaa kohti päivässä. Tutustu SoWal-pakettiin ei sisällä yli 14 yön oleskelua. Tiedustele sääntöjä ja rajoituksia.


Upea merinäköala tervehtii sinua astuessasi sisään! Ovet ja ikkunat on vaihdettu ja uudet mukautetut pellava-ilmeiset ikkunanvarjostimet on asennettu kevyemmäksi, ilmavammaksi. Posliinilattialaatat, joissa on luonnollinen kalkkikivi, lisää siirtymäkauden sisustusta. Lisätty on myös upouusi vuodesohva-olohuoneen sohva (toukokuu 2019), joten voimme nyt nukkua jopa 6 vierasta!


Näkymä makuuhuoneesta on uskomaton! Kuninkaallisesta, muhkeasta ylimmäisestä W-sängystä alkaen, katso suoraan ulos Persianlahden turkoosi vesille ikkunoiden seinän läpi ja nauti "rannasta", joka tuntuu sisätiloissa. Kaunis päällikkökylpyamme sisältää moderneja kalusteita, kvartsitasoja, Kohler-kalusteita, erillinen turhamaisuus jakkaralla, runsaasti pistorasioita laitteille ja iso suihkukaappi, jossa on lasikotelo, lasi laattakoristeet ja ylimääräinen käsin pidettävä suihkupää. Vieraskylvyssä on myös moderni kaluste, työtasot ja kalusteet, ylimitoitettu lääkekaappi lisää varastointia varten ja kaareva suihkutanko. Kaapissa on mukautetut hyllyt ja laatikot, jolloin pakkauksesta purkautuminen on helppoa. Tee olosi mukavaksi yhden ja kahden makuuhuoneen rannalla sijaitsevissa asunnoissamme, jotka sijaitsevat Beachside II: ssä. Voit nauttia Destinin kuuluisista pehmeistä ja hiekkarannoista vain muutaman askeleen päässä oveltasi. Rentoudu ja pelaa lempeässä suolaisen veden uima-altaassa tai polta stressiä toisen kerroksen kuntokeskuksessa. Grillaa hampurilaisia uima-altaan grillillä tai täytä jäähdytin ensimmäisessä kerroksessa sijaitsevalla valtavalla jääkoneella. Meillä on myös loistava Persianlahden edessä oleva aurinkoterassi jotain kaivattua hiljaista aikaa varten. Parkkipaikka ja pääsy rannalle ovat turvallisesti aidattuja mielen mukavuuden vuoksi. Beautiful views, spacious rooms, secure, safe, & best condo!

Our first time to Miramar Beach & we were pleasantly surprised at how nice and quiet the area was. The check in process was simple, the codes were all in a text which made it easy when trying to get in & out of elevators & gates. The property was secure, clean, quiet, & gorgeous. The condo is the most beautiful place we’ve stayed in all our trips and travels in different areas of Florida. The huge windows from the master bedroom were breathtaking. To wake up & see the Gulf out of the window, made it feel like we were literally over top of the water. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, the rooms were spacious, & there was plenty of seating for our family. The primary bathroom was nice & roomy & the shower was so dreamy. The only cons to this stay was I had to buy batteries for the remotes. Not a big deal though! And the skillet was a 10” skillet, so not very big when making a dinner for 4. And the resort set up a ton of chairs, so if you didn’t rent any & wanted to get a good view of the water and/or kids at the beach, you have to get there early. The people at the local stores and restaurants were the friendliest we’ve ever encountered. The area near the mall & Publix was so nice. I am so glad we decided to take a last minute trip to Miramar Beach & stay at Beach Towers II! Gibson vacation rentals were very easy to work with and very accommodating when I accidentally booked our stay 1 extra day and needed to cancel it. They had our room ready early!!

Great condo just not enough info such as where to enter this condo to unload. The guest bath looks like something was left in the tub but was not clean. When packing up at 9:00 they changed the code so i was locked out luckily i had my phone so we could call for a new code.

Clean and Convenient

Condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean and an amazing view. I will give some constructive feedback: Unit: Know that none of the beds have blankets. Just sheets and a light comforter. Master bedroom windows do not have curtains. Only sheer shades. Made for an early morning wake up and I could see the flashlights of people crabbing on the beach at night. About the complex: Construction began each morning on the stairwell right outside the unit. They were literally using jack hammers by 9am Friday and Saturday. The entire unit vibrated. We spent most of the time by the pool or beach but if you want to nap in the A/C make sure to ask if construction has ended. Waiting for the elevators was very time consuming. At times we waited 15 minutes for an elevator with room for my family. The elevator closest to the unit was out of order during our stay. The day of checkout the code to enter the condo was deactivated by 8:30 making it difficult to make trips to the car. Had to text the manager for a code just to be able to access the unit prior to check out. Overall great memories for our long weekend. Would stay again if the complex could assure us no construction and all elevators are operational.

Anniversary trip

Great place to stay even with little ones. Had everything we needed to cook with etc. plenty of towels. Very clean and updated. The only down fall which is where I over looked was the public beach access right beside it. It got crowded quick on the weekends. And if you like taking naps or sleeping in the shades are thin so they let all the light in. But other than that we had a wonderful trip and will definitely look at staying here again.

The building has had some nice updates to the public areas. Just wish they had the heat on in the pool because the water was too cold to swim! We will look for this unit on our next visit!

Great property with nice finishings and decor.

The bedrooms could use fans. Enjoyed access to the in unit washer and dryer as well as the large capacity drying rack on the patio. Missed having a hot tub. They lock the pool restrooms at 6 so if your at the pool after 6 you have to walk to your room just to use the restroom. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were nice since it was less things to pack. The beach service the resort offers takes up WAY too much space. It would be nice if they condensed that down a section to accommodate guests choosing not to participate in that service. The grill at the pool is nothing to be excited about. Just a roadside park BBQ grill. The beds were ok. Not great but not terrible. Had a love/hate relationship with the window blinds. It was nice to be up early to get our spot on the beach. But, there wasn't an option to sleep in due to the brightness.

Perfect vacation!

I can’t say enough about Beachside II. The condo was absolutely beautiful-even better than the photos! It was immaculately clean with every possible convenience. The beach was steps away and the pool area was terrific as well. Check in and out was a breeze. Parking was plentiful and we felt very secure the entire time. My only very slight criticism is that it’s difficult unloading one’s car because of several flights of steps. Rolling carts aren’t any help because of the stairs. That one slight criticism brings the property down from a 100 to a 99.9!!

Needed more hot water

We did not have hot water in the kitchen and the pressure in the first bathroom was barely usable. I turned in a work order on the second day we were there and they never showed up before we left after being there five days.

The mattress that was fading fast

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time. Great location. Great view. All was very good in the condo except the master bed mattress. It appeared to be flattening out and getting wider. The metal support around the mattress was still inside the mattress itself but that metal support stuck out from the body of the mattress. Reported it but the owners wanted to be here and pick the replacement mattress. We completely understand that but hope it will be replaced by next year as we would like to return.

We had a blast and even ended up staying an extra night. Can’t wait to return!
