Tilava uusittu (2014), 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuonetta, 8. kerroksen pääyksikkö sijaitsee suoraan rannalla Breakers Eastin porteilla. Kaikki uudet huippuluokan kalusteet ja upea suuri avoin keittiömestari, jossa on graniittiset ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Nauti kauniista valkoisista hiekkarannoista smaragdirannikolla. Rentoudu yksityisellä 30ft parvekkeella, josta on upeat näkymät rannalle.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode; 50 tuuman taulutelevisio; kattotuuletin; pimennysverhot.
Master-sviitiss�� on ylimitoitettu suihkukaappi ja yksi turhamaisuus graniittitasoilla.

Breakers East sijaitsee kadun sydämessä Big Kahunan vesipuistosta. Kävele pikaruokaravintoloita, kuten Pizza Hut, Wendy's, Chic-fil-a, Waffle House ja Subway. "The Track" sijaitsee vain muutaman korttelin päässä condo, sisältää go-kärryt, minigolf, arcade, puskurin veneitä, benjihyppy. Sadepäivinä Rave-elokuvateatteri tai Buckin set�� Fishbowl ja Grill (keilailu) sijaitsee Destin Commons -ostoskeskuksessa. Lähellä golfia, maailmanluokan ruokaa, Silver Sands -myymälää, purjelautailua, delfiiniristeilyjä ja paljon muuta.

Surpassed Expectations

The property was ideal for our stay at Destin. The details within the unit that the owners had for their guests were very much appreciated (ex. beach toys, wide ranch of cooking items, & overall decor to name just a few).We had a great time and couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Destin Paradise

Look no further for a great stay in Destin! Breakers East is our favorite place to stay in the area. The views are unparalleled and the condos in this building are so accommodating and spacious! The check in was easy and any questions were met with a quick response and resolution. We will be back for sure!

Nice Condo & Great Location

Condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was close to restaurants, groceries and attractions. Also great to have a private beach with lounge chairs and umbrella. And the view from the condo balcony is spectacular! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location in Destin FL!

Great rental with amazing views of Destin Beach! We had a lovely visit in this spacious and comfortable unit, complete with relaxing sounds of the ocean. Additionally, communication with the property manager was timely and responsive. Hope to stay at this wonderful unit at Breakers East during our next visit to FL!

Heavenly Balcony

We stayed over Spring Break week and were greeted with one of the best vistas on the beach when we arrived. The unit is every but as impressive in person as it is online; perhaps even moreso. There was plenty of room for everyone and the amenities were of the quality that one expects for such a price.Our local contact was very responsive and helpful in correcting a mistake I made in the smart TV, and we were made to feel more like friends than temporary tenants. We will look to rent this same unit when we visit again. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing View

This condo was absolutely amazing and had the best view. Within 30 mins of being there we saw dolphins from the balcony. The pictures on the site do not do this condo justice. We will definitely return to 801! Also, the owner was easy to reach if we had any questions. Thank you Carolyn!

Family Vacation

This property is amazing for those who have young children and those visiting as adults as well because it is close to everything, water access is super easy and it is in a small enough setting to feel very comfortable and almost like everytime there is family. The pictures online were great and accurate but honestly its even better in person. The only thing we ran into was the A/C was struggling to cool but it was extremely hot outside during our trip so we believe thats all it was.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For over 20 years we have visited Breakers East biannually. The size of the condos are larger than average and the location great. This particular condo was very nice but the living room furniture needs updating. The patio furniture is very comfortable which is important to me since I love sitting outside enjoying the view and dolphins. Carolyn and her team are always wonderful addressing any needs that may arise.

Always an A+ Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year renting this unit and we were once again pleasantly pleased with our stay. The only comment I would make is the unit was not as clean as the first time we rented. The carpet had some stains and the kitchen area was dusty. Other than those minor things, we loved every minute of our stay, the location, service, etc. We will be back again next year.

Reviewer Comments: Have vacationed in Destin for several years and for 11 or 12 years have stayed in the Breakers East complex with Carolyn/Your Assistant at The Beach as my go to person. BE 801 is now my favorite unit! Love the end unit views! condo is very tastefully decorated and kitchen is well stocked. The pictures of the unit and the complex on the web page are spot on. Will return to Breakers East and go through Your Assistant at The Beach for future visits to Destin.

Perfect!

We could not have asked for a better experience with this property. We were provided with all the necessary information, the communication with our contact person was always very timely, effortless, and a pleasure. The condo is just wonderful. It was VERY clean - big plus. This may be the first rental we didn't feel the need to do some of our own cleaning on arrival. The remodel and decorations in the condo were very well done. It is open and uncluttered but still warm and welcoming. We entered with a sigh and big smiles. And it just stayed that way the whole time. Ocean view, good pool, beach chairs and umbrella. Yes. Yes. And Yes. We will definitely plan to return but maybe off season for a better price point. Thanks for a relaxing backdrop to spend good times with friends.

Our stay at 801 Breakers East.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We usually stay on the 6th floor but decided to try something different. I’m not mad that we did as always great location also Saul an staff are the very best people I have ever dealt with. I just felt like as much as we paid an everyone pays to stay there it should have updated furniture the couches an carpet were stained up. Nothin out on balcony to hang towels an life jackets on the tile on the balcony is cracked an looks bad. I kno these are minor things to some but I just feel like I didn’t get enough bang for my bucks in this room. We will probably try a new room next year. Don’t get me wrong the room served it’s purpose we had a really good time.

Fantastic location and view!

We loved the condo and the amazing views from the balcony, we even saw a sting ray and several dolphins. Everything was very clean and smelled great. There was new carpet in the bedrooms that was very nice and plush. The master bedroom was very comfortable and had nice bedding. Plenty of hangers in the walk in closet. Check in was a breeze as we had all the codes ahead of time, beach acces is only a few steps out of the back of the condo and the beach service was wonderful! Make sure and go down the first day to provide your information to the little shack that does the service. They will set it up for you daily, its not as busy as other parts of the beach. We were about 12 minutes from the Back Porch which had a great happy hour that starts at 3pm. We really appreciated the cooler and beach towels which we requested. These normally do not come with the condo as they seem to go missing per our host. There are carts at the entrance which are handy for getting your groceries up to the condo. There was a little construction but it was on an elevator and didn't last long. One thing to note, there is only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and there are no condiments so we had to purchase salt/pepper and additional TP. Overall its the perfect place to stay and we will be back!
