Tämä yksityisellä aidatulla Las Gaviotas -yhteisöllä sijaitsevalla pohjoismaisella meksikolaisella Casitassa, jolla on moderni tunnelma, on uskomattomat näkymät vesivedelle. Molemmissa surffaustaukoissa näkymät sopivat täydellisesti surffailijalle meissä kaikissa. Nauti yhteisön upea tontti, mutkitteleva rantatie, merinäköala uima-allas ja spa ja yksityinen hiekkaranta. Las Gaviotas sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla lähellä Rosaritoa, K38, Puerto Nuevo, La Fonda ja Guadelupe Valley. Tunne olosi turvalliseksi tässä yksityisessä aidatussa yhteisössä, jossa on paikan päällä oleva turvallisuus. 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen kodissamme on panoraamanäköala merelle, holvatut puupalkkikatot, 55''taulutelevisio Apple TV: llä, päivitetty keittiö, mukavat vuoteet ja moderni ripaus meksikolaista sisustusta kaikkialla.

Voit käyttää koko taloa, pysäköintipaikkoja, uima-altaan ja porealtaan, tenniskenttiä, sekoituslaudan, pienen leikkipaikan ja yksityisen hiekkarannan. Nauti kävelystä koko yhteisön mukulakivikaduilla ja luonnonkauniilla rantatietä.

Perfect spot for the area

We had a fantastic stay at Matt and Ana’s place! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The ocean views from the deck were incredible—we loved watching the surfers with our morning coffee and evening drinks. The neighborhood felt super safe and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and great amenities like the private beach, pool, and hot tub. Communication with the hosts was fast and helpful. We’re already talking about coming back for another visit!

Beautiful visit

All was lovely and effortless at Matt and Anna’s place in Las Gaviotas. The views are beautiful from the open sliding door wall, bringing the sounds of the ocean into the living room. Space was clean and comfortable. The community has easy beach access to several surf breaks right out front and is a great jump-off point to head south into Valle de Guadalupe or north into Rosarito, or just stay put and enjoy the serene comfort of this home.

Nice little getaway

This is the third time i have rented this property. I really enjoy it. It has the perfect setup for two couples. The two separate bedrooms with adjoining bathroom/shower allows privacy. My wife’s complaint is that the decor is not Mexican like so many places for rent in Las Gaviotas. To me it is the very reason that I like it. The modern contemporary look is right up my alley. The entire west wall opens up to a very panoramic view of the sea. I open it as soon as i get up. Make a cup of coffee and just sit on the patio and stare and ponder about what i want to do that day. I think that the unit is very reasonably priced compared to what I would have to pay for something similar in San Diego. The place is clean, close to numerous restaurants, there is a brand new Calimex market opened up right next to Puerto Nuevo , 45 minutes to Valle de Guadalupe. All the appliances are new looking and top notch. I can get here in less than two hours from my house. Always a go to when I want a mid week get away. If I have one complaint it is there is no shot glasses for my tequila. At least I couldn’t find any. Next visit i will donate some to the house. Love this place. If you rent you will not be sorry

Magical Stay

Our family of four had a magical stay at Matt and Anna's Modern Casita! Beautiful home. Extremely clean. AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS. Peaceful atmosphere (felt very safe). Great HOA community with wonderful amenities (private beach, pool, tennis courts, playground, etc). Quiet neighbors. Excellent surf (with perfect views from their deck while drinking morning coffee and afternoon margaritas). Matt and Anna responded very quickly with our questions and were helpful hosts. We definetly are looking forward to future visits!

We booked this place for our wedding weekend and we loved it. Very modern and the view is spectacular. This is one of the nicest homes we’ve seen at Las Gaviotas and it’s perfect with two full suites and a huge kitchen!

Perfect for two couples!

We were very happy with our "top side" rental home as it was modernized, clean and comfortable. The view from the back deck was incredibly nice so that we could see the surf conditions instantly. Although the kitchen did not offer an oven, there were a couple of terrific restaurants nearby (Ollie's pizza and a relatively new brewery/sushi spot across the street). The surfing break was just a short walk down the path. We found ample parking next door and on the street for our 2 cars. We would return again to this nice home.

Everything was great!

This was our first time at Las Gaviotas. The community is awesome, nice, clean and safe. The house is very nice, modern and very comfortable! We wouldn't change a thing about it. The sliding glass door allows for a full view of the ocean and the surf spot. The entire Kitchen/living space is open making the space very 'big'! Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are nice and clean.... The pool was very nice, the beach even better! We'll be back!!

A Dream Specious Casita!!!

We absolutely loved this Casita. Las Gaviotas is a perfect getaway and staying at this beautiful, welcoming home made everything more enjoyable. You can feel that it was created with love. The design is modern; while filled with authentic charming local flair. Everything is so well thought out! The view is incredible . . . the glass doors sliding open all the way, give the feeling of outside living while enjoying the relaxation of being back home after a long day at the beach. We never felt like we were missing out when we wanted to rest at the house. The owners Matt and Anna are great at responding right away with any questions. Thank you! (Bravo)

Las Gaviotas is such a pretty and clean community. The house was recently demodeled and looks amazing. It was very comfortable and clean (my allergy ridden husband had a great time). Huge opening doors to balcony with ocean view. We had a great stay.

Very clean, comfy beds, open floor plan, and a great deck with 180 degree views of the ocean. Anna and Matt were very easy to connect with and answered every question we had. I highly recommend staying here.

Great property, the photos just dont do the amazing view justice. Once you look out the front you will immediatley start to relax. Loved the property and Las Gaviotas. Everything is so clean and well maintained. The property manager Alexei was fantastic, totally went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable, and perfect. Dont hesitate to book this property! Amazing how great the weather is just an hour and 45 min from San Diego. Parking was easy, property was clean, great cable tv service and Apple Tv was awsome. The private beach here was really nice, our 3 year old loved it! This place is safer than just about anywhere I have ever been! No worries at all when you are on yhe property!

From the famous Surf Taco at K38, to lobster in Puerto Nuevo and wineries in "La Valle," there's plenty of great food and fun to explore. With full resort amenities, a private beach and world class surf break, there's no need to leave paradise.

An easy 1/2 hour drive south of the border on the newly built toll road directly to Las Gaviotas. You can feel comfortable exploring the local favorites in your car throughout this cruise-y beach area of Northern Baja.
