Tämä kaunis koti on ihanteellinen isoille tapahtumille tai suuren perheen kokoamiselle. Tämä kaunis Persianlahden puolella sijaitseva koti on 2634 neliöjalkaa, kuusi makuuhuonetta, kuusi kylpyhuonetta ja mahtuu mukavasti 18 hengelle.

Paradise Beach Homes hallinnoi ammattimaisesti 304 Ariola Drivea.

Front ovet johtavat valoisa eteinen portaat vievät päätason. Tämä avoin konsepti olohuone on valtava keittiö, jossa pitkä aamiaisbaari, tonnia counter tilaa, ja ylisuuria jääkaappi / pakastin combo. Olohuoneessa on paljon mukavia istuimia, seinälle asennettu taulutelevisio ja baarikeittiö. Ruokapöytä, jossa on penkki-tyylinen istuin, mahtuu koko perheelle aterian aikana. Makuuhuone 3 on myös kaksi queen-vuodetta ja kylpyhuone. Toinen kolme makuuhuonetta ovat vastakkaisella puolella taloa. Makuuhuone 4 on kaksi queen-vuodetta ja kylpyhuone. Makuuhuone 5 on parisänky ja käyttää sali kylpy, joka palvelee myös oleskelutilaa. Makuuhuone 6 on pääsviitti, jolla pääsee kansiin, parisänky ja iso kylpyhuone, jossa on poreallas ja suihku.

Päätason kansi on uskomaton, jossa on varjostetut ja avoimet oleskelualueet, täysikokoinen ruokapöytä ja kirkas akryyli kaiteet esteetön näköala lahdelle. Portaat kannesta johtavat suoraan sokerin valkoiseen hiekkaan ja smaragdivesiin. Talon alla oleva autokatosalue on suuri ja avoin runsaasti katettua pysäköintitilaa ja lisää viihdyttävää tilaa.

The floor plan was well thought out and we had everything we needed for our 12 guests. We hosted my wedding here and it was the most perfect venue for the most perfect day. We comfortably fit a dance floor, picture wall, decoration and gift tables, buffet tables, and tables and seating for 50 guests. It was PERFECT! No details were missed at check-in, they even gave us the sweetest frame with shells to hold one of our wedding pictures. We can’t wait to come back!

Great for our family vacation!

Wonderful property for our family vacation! We were so impressed with the property, the cleanliness, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. One note that might help others traveling with little kids, there is not a great spot for a pack and play because the rooms are all packed with beds but we made it work. We've already booked again for next year!
