Licence de tourisme BCN: HUTB 006770 Notre appartement spacieux et confortable est très bien situé, à proximité du Paseo de San Juan, une des avenues les plus élégantes de la ville et aboutissant à l'Arc del Triomf.
Il se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied de "EL BORN", avec ses rues étroites caractéristiques et ses places pittoresques couvertes de cafés, mais suffisamment loin des sentiers battus pour maintenir un peu de calme, de charme et de dignité.
C'est aussi une station de métro de LAS RAMBLAS et 2 stations de métro de LA SAGRADA FAMILIA

Spacious and bright in a central location to all areas, this was the perfect place for our family. King size beds and two bathrooms were appreciated and hard to find in most rentals and spacious seating as well made for a welcome rest after a full day of touring. Light sleepers may want to bring a mask as there is glass at the top of each room.

Staying here was an all-around fantastic experience. We loved the neighborhood, which gave us a taste of the 'real Barcelona,' while also being in easy walking distance of Barcelona's 'must sees.'

Liked the location and felt secure

Family visit to Barcelona

Great location, close enough to touristy stuff to walk, but just far enough away to be quiet at night. The flat is very nice.

It is also located 10 minutes walk from the Born (old quarter of the city) and: - one metro stop from Passeig de Garcia - 2 metro stops from Las Ramblas -2 metro stops from the Sagrada Familia -3 metro stops from Barceloneta beach

Wonderful stay

Excellent apartment - everything was perfect. Location, very clean, spacious. Host was amazing and provided very clear instructions on the day of the check in. Overall very nice property in a very central and safe neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, roomy apartment in a great location. Away from the craziness of the tourist area in a vibrant neighborhood that’s an easy walk from all the highlights of Barcelona.

It was a location and easy to get around from there. The bathrooms could use some sprucing up but otherwise it was a very comfortable apartment.

Great location!

We stayed for four nights with 2 adults and 2 teens. Easy to get everywhere and we felt safe coming back at night. Lots of space to relax in. We didn’t cook but kitchen appeared well appointed.

Great place to stay in Barcelona

Very comfortable apartment with 3 bedrooms and large beds -- important when you have very tall family members! The hosts and check-in manager were super helpful and responsive. The neighborhood was lively and safe, near many attractions and with lots of nice restaurants. Would love to come back!

We would definitely return to this apt. it was everything we needed-large communal space, comfortable bedrooms and beds, great location and able to cook if wanted. Luis was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Hope to return!

Perfect location

The flat was just as described. It was well stocked. The location was perfect to get to anything in the city. Cute organic market around the corner. Would stay again next time in town.

Excellent Barca Apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to many sites and close to bus station with buses directly to Montmelo racetrack. Check in was very prompt and owners were very helpful along the way. Air conditioning turns off at night, but otherwise a great stay.

Perfect jumping-off point for sights snd walking

Just as described and as in pictures, it was a beautiful, very comfortable place to stay for sightseeing in the city. So many things are a short walk from the place. Beds are so comfortable. The kitchen met all our needs to meals and snacks in to keep our costs down. Thank you!

Great Stay In Barcelona!

We loved our stay in Barcelona. The apartment had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Short walks to many restaurants, the metro, and grocery shopping. The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything we needed for a few dinners and breakfasts during the holidays. The owners were fantastic as was the property manager.

Great apartment

Our family of four stayed at this apartment for four nights. It was very spacious and clean. Great location that is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and tourist attractions. Luis was a wonderful host that was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.
