This private villa, at your exclusive use, is set in the countrside adjacent to a park lined with pine trees and olive groves makes this house a perfect location to unwind and enjoy everything the area has to offer. In the Terni province and close to Monteleone D'Orvieto where you can explore the local restaurants and shops. Close to the Tuscany border offers you even more places to visit.

Kitchen with table and chairs, cooker with hob and dishwasher. Steps leading to the upper floor (mid level) with twin bedroom, bathroom with small tub and toilet. Stone stairs leading to the first floor.

FIRST FLOOR
Frescoed living room with dining area, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bedroom with small double (French bed- suitable for one adult or two children).

Swimming pool 11m x 5.5m with sun loungers, covered porch with washing machine and drying rack. Terrace with dining table and chairs, perfect for Al Fresco dining overlooking countryside. Large fenced garden with trees and shrubs.
