Maison pittoresque de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain situĂ©e dans un quartier calme de Saint-PĂ©tersbourg. À distance de marche de l'Ă©picerie et du joli parc. TrĂšs proche de la variĂ©tĂ© de magasins et de restaurants. Courte distance en voiture de Treasure Island, John's Pass, St Pete Beach, Gulfport Beach et bien d'autres.
La star de cette maison est l'oasis de la cour arriÚre. Une clÎture d'intimité entoure toute la cour arriÚre. Piscine creusée au sel (chauffée). Terrasse extérieure et transats. Zone de confidentialité pour changer. Porche arriÚre 4 saisons avec siÚges et télévision.
L'intérieur a une grande cuisine avec salle à manger qui coule dans le salon. Plancher de bois franc partout. La chambre principale a un lit queen avec TV et lecteur DVD. 2Úme chambre a un lit double avec lit gigogne, TV et lecteur DVD. Le cùble et le Wi-Fi sont également disponibles dans toute la maison. Salle de bain simple a un combo douche / baignoire. Le garage abrite également une buanderie.

Great Vacation Spot

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this location in St. Petersburg. We found new restaurants, beaches weren’t too far away, plenty of shopping nearby, and enjoyed the neighborhood walks. Staying poolside in the backyard was a fun and relaxing time as well.

Another Great Stay

Second time to stay at this property and it was great again. Good location to several beaches (Treasure Island was our favorite). Would definitely recommend it!

Perfect Getaway!

This house and property were perfect for my little family. The pool was amazing and my kids had a blast. Quiet, safe neighborhood also. We would definitely stay here again.

Must stay!

Highly recommend this property! It is in a perfect location for beach, shopping, and Tampa Bay Rays baseball games! The pool was great and we appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys that were available to use.

Our home away from home

This was our second time staying at Ryan’s backyard oasis vacation home in St. Petersburg. We have enjoyed staying here so much that we will likely try to book another week next year. The pool area was the highlight of our stay. We swam in the pool everyday with our 4 year old. We loved that the pool was heated, and we just loved that the shallow area was larger for our child. It was so relaxing to have the entire house to relax after our days out at the beach/out in the sun. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meals, and there were plenty of beach toys, pool toys, cooler for us to use in the rental as well. We have thoroughly enjoyed our vacations here, and definitely plan to return for future trips.

What a place to relax!

Rirst it was easy to find and was so clean an cool when you arrived. location is near a lot of shops or restaurents and not far to get to Sunken Gardens or the beach. Obviously the pool was the highlight of the stay. This was kept clean and relaxed every day in it. Bed was so comfortable it made me realilize how bad I need a new mattress. Already discussing our next trip so we can get this place booked again.

Perfect for a young family

The house was immaculate and only 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of St. Pete! We loved having the pool on days we didn’t feel like going far, and it was perfect for our three year old. We especially appreciated the beach and pool toys and the alarms on the doors and windows that gave us extra piece of mind. Ryan was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we get a chance to come back to the area!

Short getaway

We had a 4 night getaway here. Me and my girlfriend. We loved the stay here. Excellent value. The pool is heated. Has some beach things in the garage to use. Many things in the house were supplied that aren't normally at other places we have stayed at. TV's are in the bedrooms. Used the propane grille and it was very nice.
