Incroyable maison front de mer situé dans Neskowin avec vue superbe sur le Pacifique

Superbe maison face à l'océan située juste au nord du village de Neskowin. Perché au-dessus du Pacifique avec une vue imprenable et des couchers de soleil parfaits, la perche de Pelican est unique en son genre. Conçu pour une intimité maximum avec la chambre principale située au rez-de-chaussée et la chambre d'amis située au rez-de-chaussée. En entrant dans la porte d'entrée, vous obtenez instantanément cette sensation de calme et de détente de la vue qui se trouve en face de vous. Suivez le couloir dans le salon principal où vous trouverez la salle à manger, la cuisine, le salon et la chambre d'amis. En bas, dirigez-vous vers votre suite privée dotée de baies vitrées qui encadrent le Pacifique. Au troisième étage se trouve la salle familiale idéale pour regarder des films avec le groupe. Pelican’s Perch accepte également les animaux domestiques avec une petite cour clôturée. L'accès à la plage se fait à partir de 4 maisons situées au nord de la maison. Le chemin est indiqué par un panneau indiquant l'accès à la plage par une falaise escarpée avec une corde pour escalader les rochers. Nous ne recommandons pas l'accès à la plage de ce quartier. Neskowin est un court trajet en voiture vers le sud où vous pouvez trouver un accès facile à la plage accessible à tous les invités.

Les propriétaires sont très fiers de cette maison et cela se voit. Nous classons cette maison dans le luxe et une fois que vous entrez, vous comprendrez clairement pourquoi. Ne cherchez plus, vous avez trouvé le meilleur rapport qualité-prix pour la maison sur la côte de l'Oregon. Si nous n’avions pas à travailler, nous louerions la perche de Pelican et passerons la journée à regarder l’océan.

The house itself was ideal for our visit and we had a great time. The master bedroom (the one with the amazing shower) could use a nicer bed and mattress. The bed creaked whenever I got in it and I am not a heavy person.I do wish the community had paved roads. The gravel roads created a lot of dust so the car windows needed frequent cleaning.I am 77 years old and had no problem navigating the trail to the beach, although one did have to be careful.

Relaxing stay

Enjoyed our 3 night stay as the home was very clean and well appointed. Layout is a bit choppy and lots of stairs, but the view was amazing and a nice quiet location made for a very relaxing stay.

Amazing views and access to beach

Loved our weekend getaway with amazing views and great access to the beach! The huge couches in the front room were the perfect place to watch the waves and stunning views of Haystack Rock!

we had a wonderful stay :) the moment we opened the front door, we were greeted with stunning ocean views. the views were definitely one of the highlights of our trip! the decks on each level were perfect for soaking it all in—we loved the fire pit and watching the sunset.there isn’t direct access to the beach, but the drive to the closest beach was just 4 minutes away! itit was beautiful, quiet, and we hardly saw anyone else there - our pup was able to run around off leash :)the kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking super easy and convenient. nice bathroom on the top level. the only thing we missed was having a TV in the main living room—it would've been nice, but I know that’s just a person preference.overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’d definitely love to come back!

Oregon Beach house

Found this rental as quick weekend away for daughters 35 birthday and our 39th wedding anniversary. It was as described but the view from the living room was even more breath taking a picture could ever describe. The weather was gloomy and rainy, but we still enjoyed our stay. May I suggest that the owner's rental book be updated. The check out time does not match what is on the web site.

House is spacious, bright, and the view is incredible. The fancy shower in the upstairs bathroom is almost perfect...it needs a fancy water heater to go with it. Sharing the shower with someone will result in the hot water running out rather quickly. If you are alone, no problem

AMAZING VIEW!

Nice and updated beach house in the interior! Love the view of the ocean and each section of the house. The three level of the home gave my kids so much room to roam around and play during their spring break. Downside: Our check in time was at 4pm, and we didn't get to check in until 6:30pm.

The house is great for multiple families because there are many private spaces. The views are amazing. It offered everything we needed including wandering deer in the yard each morning. Furniture and beds are comfortable clean and new. Kitchen is well stocked but has a Keurig coffee maker we were unaware of so did not bring K-cups - not a good first morning find. In the main living area no TV or sound system so could not get morning or evening news and watch the ocean at the same time. TV room dark and is far from the beautiful view. Oven door does not close well but is usable. Path to the beach is treacherous and not usable so need to drive to the beach to go for a walk.

Beautifully stocked kitchen. Negatives if any....not very child proof (handles open even when locked, no safety gates on the deck). Could use some kids toys inside. Could use a furniture cleaning and whomever had cleaned did not even vacuum under the ottoman, or any other furniture and the cupboards needed a wipe down. Make sure to read the emails on beach access because we didn’t realize we could safely get down to the beach without driving until after we left. Also, there is a dangerous backroad that our phones took us to get to the house and there is another way to safely arrive.

Amazing Mid Winter Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just returned from a week at Pelican's Perch and feel so relaxed. We have spent many weeks in February on the Oregon Coast and decided to try Neskowin since we have never stayed in this area. So glad we did! Loved the comfy chairs and couch in the living room with the amazing views all around. Spent many hours in the chair by the window reading. The tv room was wonderful on the rainy days and evenings. And the hundreds of movies to pick from was great. The dishwasher is a little small as I was always doing a load after every meal but guess it was better than not having one. The path to the beach is not for everyone since you have to scale down a rocky area using a rope but it is very doable. Loved the fire pit and unlimited wood, walks on the beach and not running into anyone else, watching the seals at the end of the beach and just relaxing away from it all. My only complaint is that since this is a dog friendly home the cleaning staff did not vacuum the furniture from the prior people staying and we got dog hair all over our clothes. We did a quick vacuum ourselves and went back to enjoying our stay
