Very cute, extremely well decorated 1 BR condo with a balcony which includes views of the ocean. The condo is a very short 1-2 min walk to the beach. The condo was very clean, check in was a breeze, and communication with the owner was easy. The owner was very helpful and informed us on our way that the condo was ready and we could check in early. That was a nice unexpected surprise. Everything in the condo worked as expected and we had no problems. This is a great unit for a couples getaway. Highly recommend! We hope to stay again when visiting the Wrightsville area.

Loved our stay at Summer Place. The condo was clean and equipped with all we needed. Location is perfect as it is near Johnny Mercer’s Pier. Quick walk to the beach. The owners were fabulous to communicate with and made check in easy.

Greg and I have been married for 35 years and have 3 children. Our family has always loved the beach and visited many beaches along North and South Carolina. We knew we would want to buy a place by the beach someday because of the great memories we made there!! There is nothing like listening to the ocean anytime of the day.

We loved this unit because of it's location of course. We love being on the 2nd floor so we could see the ocean and love to walk to the beach in minutes!! No loading up the car when you can just walk there and back with ease.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We liked this unit as it's small but has everything you need to enjoy the beach. It's so close to the beach for walking anytime of the day/night. The way it is set up is nice because of the king bed and two singles for young children.
