Maluhia Hanalei est une belle maison de style hawaïen située à un pâté de maisons de la magnifique plage en croissant de trois kilomètres de la célèbre baie de Hanalei.

Les meubles, les commodités et le cadre en font une merveilleuse maison de vacances pour profiter des merveilles de la côte nord de Kauai.

La magnifique baie de Hanalei et sa célèbre plage de sable blanc se trouvent à deux minutes à pied de la maison. Une courte promenade vous mènera au pittoresque et historique centre-ville d'Hanalei, qui regorge de restaurants, de boutiques et de galeries. À dix minutes en voiture, vous trouverez de nombreuses plages magnifiques et une grande variété d'activités pour vous occuper.

La maison se trouve au bout d'un cul-de-sac, en retrait de la route et dans une longue allée menant à un magnifique terrain aménagé d'un demi-hectare, adjacent à une zone de conservation. Le cadre est luxuriant, vert, privé, calme, très isolé et pourtant à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage et à cinq minutes à pied du centre-ville. Un emplacement idéal.

Maluhia Hanalei est une maison unifamiliale pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Les groupes de jusqu'à 6 personnes peuvent louer séparément la spacieuse partie principale de la maison à trois chambres et deux salles de bain. Voir les notes sous le tableau sur la page des tarifs pour les tarifs. Il y a aussi un bel appartement au rez-de-jardin avec deux autres chambres, un salon, une cuisine complète et une salle de bain complète pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes supplémentaires. La maison est joliment décorée et entièrement équipée. Les groupes plus nombreux trouveront que toute la maison se combine pour en faire une maison de vacances idéale pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Les suites individuelles donnent aux groupes plus petits au sein du grand groupe leurs propres espaces séparés et l’étage supérieur a un plan d’étage très ouvert et spacieux avec beaucoup d’espace pour que tout le monde se réunisse pour les repas et les visites.

Les clients apprécieront la merveilleuse douche extérieure, la myriade d'oiseaux dans les arbres, les magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil, le feuillage luxuriant et les fleurs partout, et les superbes vues tropicales depuis les vastes terrasses et terrasses.

Comfortable Stay in Hananlei

We enjoyed the stay the property was comfortable and well equipped. A/C in each room allowed for specified settings. Requested repairs we performed immediately. Plenty of beach equipment was available. Parking suited our needs, however most things, meals, stores beaches were all walking distance.

It was wonderful to have a home well stocked with beach supplies for the kids - and wagons to make the short trip to the shore! The kitchen was great for cooking, and family room was perfect for gathering together. The location was safe and quiet - although we could have used a bit more airflow. But the jungle feel was lovely.

Great Hawaiian Property

Our stay was awesome. Marney is a great host. We had no issues and really enjoyed the seclusion of the property surrounded with beautiful tropical plants and trees. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to eat just like at home. On our next trip to Kauai we will stay in this beautiful and comfortable home.

Best house we’ve ever rented!

When we looked for a rental I knew the general area I wanted to be in because we love Hanalei so much. This house is a super easy walk to the beach and is the most impressively appointed house we’ve ever stayed in. They’ve thought of everything! Wagons, coolers, beach chairs, body boards, beach towels….about the only thing they didn’t do is pack it all for us. Marney and Jason were so wonderful to work with…super responsive and very pleasant. Thanks for making our trip even better.

Peaceful Perfection

Our stay and accommodations for the nine of us was absolutely perfect. Marney was very quick in responding to emails and Jason could not have been more accommodating on site. Both suites had everything we needed from several basic cooking supplies to wagons for hauling beach equipment to the short walk to the bay. Also within short walking distance is downtown Hanalei. Property is well maintained and beautiful! I highly recommend this property and would stay again in a heart beat.

Fantastic house for extended family Christmas

Just stayed for a week over Christmas with my family of four, my brother's family of three, and my parents. The house was absolutely wonderful. The set up was perfect for us: 3 bedrooms in the main upstairs section with large open kitchen/dining room/living room. Then my brother and his wife and daughter stayed in the two bedroom apartment downstairs (with it's own kitchen/living area). And my parents stayed in the one bedroom apartment. Everyone had their own space but could come together upstairs--either inside or on the lanai. And as is described on the website, the house feels truly private because of all the lush vegetation around it. The kitchen is great and has everything we needed--and we did a fair amount of cooking there. The house really has everything, included two washer/dryers. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons to cart everything to the beach, which is a very short walk down a quiet street. And it is a lovely, quiet neighborhood (other than the roosters--welcome to Kauai :) ) Hanalei is a lovely town with a great beach. Surf not too heavy for little kids, but people are also out taking surfing lessons. The little downtown area is also walking distance through the neighborhood (a little too far for my 82 year mother to walk, but easy for the rest of us). We'd walk to get coffee and pastries in the morning. What else to say about the house? It does rain at times on Kauai and the house was a wonderful place to hang out and play games on the lanai with some tropical rain coming down. Plenty of room for us all to hang out in the evening and talk or watch a movie. Wifi works great. We didn't have any problems with the house other than a moment when I couldn't figure out how to put the keys back in the lock box, so I called Ken, the maintenance guy, who answered immediately and helped me out. Marney was lovely in our email exchanges. The check-in and out was easy as could be. The whole experience was really great.

Joint Family Vacation In Paradise

This property was exactly what we needed and it was perfect. We were two families of four with kids aged 5 to 20 months. We were walking distance to the village center, the farmers market and Hanalei bay was pretty much right across the street. About a 3 min walk. All the kids walked easily to the village center for shopping and dinner. We spent many afternoons in the beach and just enjoying paradise. The home was perfect for us to come together and enjoy relaxing meals together. The kitchen was well stocked and really the house was in general perfectly well stocked. All the beach things you could need; umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, beach toys. The house had board games, books ect. They had a pack and play for my 20 month old and a high chair. This is the only house we will rent. It’s just perfect.

Summer vacation Stay

Our family rented the entire property for a week in September and enjoyed it although it was very hot at that time of year. Best Stay in Hanalei

I rented the property for my family group of 11people. My high expectations for our stay were met and exceeded. The photos in the listing are wonderful but they do not do justice to this beautiful and comfortable home. The location was ideal for beach visits and town activities. There were loads of beach items conveniently located and both apartments were well stocked with kitchen items, linens and towels. The grounds were gorgeous -positive proof that we truly were in Paradise. Communication with Marnie was easy and thoughtful. She texted me on our arrival day to alert us to a traffic issue. Luckily we were not affected by it. I cannot give a more wonderful recommendation to the Hanalei Palms. Consider yourself very lucky if you arrange a visit to this charming property.

Privacy by Hanalei Bay

We were delighted to stay in both units in this beautiful home. It’s about 100 yard walk to the beach. The house is at the end of a short lane which is at the end of a cul de sac. Like set in a beautiful lush jungle. The place was immaculate when we arrived. It was completely well equipped for our family of 8. The caretakers Jason and More were unobtrusive in their unit but always available for any questions. We’ll equipped kitchen. Well equipped beach gear. Well equipped games and video. All channel tv to watch NBA playoffs. Super fast wifi. If you want to be near the warm gentle waters of Hanalei Bay and stay in a five star large home, grab this place before someone else does.

Every bit as nice as described

The comment from our adult kids was simple: "when can we go back?" The house is better than I expected and I expected a lot. The neighborhood is wonderful and beautiful. Two blocks to Hanalei Bay and five blocks from downtown Hanalei. We walked everywhere, even during the rain. The beds were all comfortable, the furniture as nice as my own home. An avocado tree is in the back yard as well as limes. We will stay here again, hopefully next winter. Loved it very much.

Great beach house in easy spot by the beach and close to town. Marney and Beaux scrambled and worked so hard to help us in a housing emergency. This house can be divided into two units, so contact the owner first because VRBO/Home Away can't accurately tell if the whole house is available or just half.

We had a 3 generation family reunion, ranging from 1 year to 74 years old, and the house was perfect

The house is beautiful, and well furnished. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, there are amble towels, comfortable furniture. Everything worked flawlessly. The house is well stocked with toys for kids, toys for adults (boogie boards, puzzles, etc). There are ample fans throughout the house. Walking, it is only 2 short blocks from the beach, and 3 or so blocks from Hanalei village. Very relaxing!

Well stocked and comfy beds!

We rented the upper and lower units for a family vacation with kids and grandparents. Grandparents took lower unit and we took the upper unit with our 4 kids. The house was perfect in the location, comfort and had everything we needed like pack n play and high chair and all the beach supplies. It's a short walk to the beach. Perfect quiet neighborhood home

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for tranquility and homey-ness from your vacation. The beds are comfortable and soft, the bathrooms immaculately clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cookware for any meal. We especially appreciated the view from the wrap-around deck on the second floor, which overlooks the small stream running behind the house. Be aware that the house has no air conditioning, but our family found the temperature & humidity very pleasant. The owner's advice for local restaurants, markets and activities made our stay very enjoyable. We can highly recommend staying here!

Like so many other visitors, I was entranced by the sheer beauty of the north shore of Kauai. It gives me so much pleasure to be able to share this paradise with others by opening my home to visitors from all over, so they too may experience the rare unspoiled nature of one of the most special places on earth.

My travels have taken me all over the world, but Kauai always drew me back. Hanalei and the north shore of Kauai will never change, never be developed, never have hotels, condos, or very much tourist infrastructure. This most beautiful spot is protected and secure in it's beauty and appeal. What better spot to have a home to come to and to share with others.

My home is not only beautiful, charming, comfortable and inviting, but also very private and secluded, surrounded by beautiful gardens, and adjacent to a tropical hardwood forest. The foliage, the flowers, the birds, the sunrise, the relaxation of this wonderful environment, combined with the beach at Hanalei Bay and Hanalei town both being a very short walk from the house make it the ideal spot for the ultimate getaway.
