À quelques minutes de la ville historique de Grand Lake et des 415 kilomètres carrés du parc national Rocky Mtn, cette propriété constitue le refuge ultime pour ceux qui recherchent une beauté des paysages et des activités adaptées à tous les âges et à tous les niveaux.

Niché au milieu des pins gris et des trembles, le Lakehouse in the Woods domine le lac Shadow Mtn, le lac Grand et le mont Baldy. Construit en 2007, ce magnifique chalet avec sa spacieuse plateforme enveloppante offre un design ouvert exceptionnel et un savoir-faire haut de gamme.

À l'intérieur, vous aurez beaucoup d'espace pour vous détendre et vous étendre. La grande salle offre un mobilier en cuir confortable, une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et une immense cheminée en pierre naturelle. La cuisine ouverte comprend un grand îlot de quartz pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et offrant une vue sur les lacs et les bois environnants. Il y a 4 salles de bains, beaucoup de savon et de serviettes, et une buanderie à utiliser si nécessaire. L'entrée avant carrelée comprend un banc complet et de nombreux crochets pour suspendre vestes et équipements de loisirs.

* Remarque - Le tarif d’hiver correspond à une occupation de 6 personnes et la chambre avec lits superposés de 5 lits est verrouillée et inaccessible, ce qui laisse trois chambres king séparées. Invités supplémentaires autorisés (en utilisant la chambre avec lits superposés) moyennant un supplément.

The views of the lake were wonderful. Access to RMNP was close and easy. Downtown Grand Lake provides a little of everything. The property was just the right size for our group of seven.

Absolutely wonderful location and Krystal was a gem to work with. We stayed during 4th of July and walked into town to enjoy restaurants, putt putt and, of course, the lake. Highly recommend for building family memories!

Beautiful all around

We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful cabin overlooking the lake. It was a dreamy winter wonderland and we loved the coziness of the cabin. It was a perfect cabin for our family time together.

Great Location

Place was amazing. I would add humidifiers to this place to help with the dry climate. Othe than that I would Highly recommend and would stay again.

Lovely Home

Wow! Beautiful home, well laid out, several living areas on each floor. Kitchen well stocked and all appliance worked great. Great communication with the hosts from check-in to check-out. View from the large porch was beautiful in the morning facing east and beautiful at sunset too. Enjoyed the town of Grand Lakes too.

Grand Lake Retreat

Grand Lake house

The house was well stocked in the kitchen and all rooms. Certainly a beautiful view off the front porch with the only negative being the road noise from the highway. Thanks for such a great place to stay in Grand Lake.

Best Family Vacation!

This home is outstanding! My husband is hard to impress, but this place really wowed him. The homeowners were very easily contacted for questions. The best view in the area! Comfortable, clean, and absolutely wonderful.

Wonderful home

Our family (3 generations) had a great time during our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We were able to go on several beautiful hikes in RMNP and the grandparents enjoyed the nearby golf courses. Sitting on the deck looking out on the lake was perfect for drinking coffee in the mornings and relaxing in the evenings. Would definitely stay there again.

We are Matt and Krystal Flynn. We were married in Grand Lake in the summer of 2016. We have always loved the beauty and small, mountain town feel of Grand Lake... not to mention the abundant wildlife that seems to enjoy the heart of Grand Lake as much as we do.

We bought this property from the man that built it and wanted to acknowledge his hard work, attention to detail, and the desire to share this property with visitors from all over. We have traveled to this area for quite a few years to enjoy the beauty, wildlife, and recreation that it offers. Krystal and I loved Grand Lake so much that we decided to be married here. In the summer of 2016, we shared our marriage vows in front of family and friends from all over the country. We'd like to continue to share the beauty of this place with our family and friends, and all the new friends that will come to stay at this house. Not only is the Grand Lake area very near and dear to us, but we found that with this house in particular, that the views from the deck overlooking the lakes and mountains are absolutely second to none in Grand Lake.
