Family Friendly Home, avec un homme des cavernes!

Voyager avec la famille ou de prendre du temps pour vous, vous allez adorer rentrer chez soi pour cette belle maison. Trois chambres avec chacune leur propre salle de bains attenante en marbre personnalisé. Juste une courte distance à pied des falaises Makuu pour regarder les baleines passent. Le décor d'inspiration asiatique est magnifique. J'ai recueilli l'art dans toute l'Asie et vous êtes sûr de profiter des nombreuses sculptures et peintures. La "Cave Man" dispose d'une télévision géante à écran plat, table de billard, jeu de fléchettes et plus encore. La maison est sur un acre et je vis dans un chalet sur la propriété. La propriété paysager a de nombreux arbres fruitiers pour vous de "choisir" de. Je dois vélos pour votre usage pour explorer la région.
La maison est située dans la Hawaiian subdivision Paradise Park. Idéalement situé à l'aéroport, à 20 minutes, la lave couler 30 minutes et le parc national du volcan 30 minutes.

Everything was perfect! Well appointed kitchen was fantastic. 3 large bedrooms, all with ensuit bathrooms. Very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

I can’t say enough great about this house, property or host. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Each day after being out to explore all day we could come back and shower and still have lots of fun just spending the evening shooting baskets in the driveway, playing pool, darts, riding bikes to the shore, etc. Howard is a most generous, accommodating host!!

Great space to visit and have room to both gather and spread out. Great-sized rooms for each of us and beds were comfortable (bedding needs updating) and showers were perfect. Walking down a short distance to the ocean was great every morning. You can hear the waves (well, the strong crashing ones) from the house. The Kona Low had the weather raining a lot but we loved the warmth.

The house provided a lot of space. We loved the many lanais and its proximity to the ocean. Being outside of Hilo, it was peaceful but close enough to easily get to Hilo or Volcanos National Park. Our host was very responsive to our questions.

Howard is such an amazing host. Very responsive whenever we had questions and gave great advice on activities on the island. This place is even better than it looks in the pictures. We were blown away by the size of the bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The covered patios and decks is where we spent so much time in the mornings and evenings after exploring the area. We also enjoyed a few days just hanging out at the house, going for bike rides, playing pool etc. Our girls already asked when we can come back before we even checked out. We will absolutely be back and would recommend this home and host to anyone contemplating on visiting Big Island.

We had wonderful experience at this property. The home was big and spacious, and overall very clean—plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the beautiful fruit trees throughout the property. We also loved being just a few blocks away from a spectacular ocean view and sunrise spot. Everything went smoothly on our stay.

The host is great about communicating. I loved having the extra space for my family and it’s wonderful they have everything you need to take to the beach. We enjoyed having bikes to explore around the area. The only draw back, which is also a plus, was extra driving to get to places. I liked the quiet area.

The house is a palace, with tile done by a superb craftsman all thru the house. The bedroom and bathroom doors are stained wood with stained glass. The art in the house is incredible....with paintings done by an elephant (no lie), and wood masks and sculptures. Several fruit trees on the property too. We picked and ate starfruits daily.

We thank you so much for choosing to stay with us and your appreciation of our home. I personally built this house myself, with items gathered from my travels around the world. It's a life story I only wish to share. In all the years of owning this home, Jack you are the only one who has brought special attention to the pool table that sets in the middle of the recreation room, along with the bikes dartboard and small sports bar! The pool table, who's felt matches the house color! Thank you so much for your appreciation! Hopefully one day you can visit again and maybe do some ocean fishing! GOD BLESS!!

Loved the lanais all over the house. The yard was incredible with all the sites and sounds - loved the frog melodies. There was nothing else we could have asked for. Being close to the shore with two cool places to watch the sunrise and waves was a bonus. Host was responsive.

Just WOW! This is the best VRBO I have ever booked. The place was too great and was better than we thought it could be. Not only was the house magnificent, but the grounds were like paradise. The host communicated when necessary, but was never overbearing. The location was perfect, with beach cliffs just a short small and town and many attractions within a 30 minute drive. We are already talking about coming back.

We like to travel a lot and this was the best house so far. The house is amazing. Check-in was quick and easy. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in time which was very helpful. Bedrooms are very spacious. We were able to pick a lot of different fruits in the yard.

This is a beautiful home sitting on a beautiful property. Very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Wonderful porches and patio's to sit out and enjoy the day.With no AC, the house can get a little warm but cools off later in the evening.The house was nearly perfectly clean and the floors are beautiful; however, the floors need a thorough moping which I would image is due to the windows being open for airflow.We would certainly recommend this property for future stays and would stay here again ourselves.

My name is Howard and I am a contractor on the Big Island. I built this home for myself and 2 sons. The house was a labor of love and did almost all the work myself. My sons are now grown and have families of their own and I felt that it was time to share my home with other travelers. I live in a cottage on the back of the property so I can give my guests privacy when they need it and assistance with questions or issues that may come up. I want to make sure your time on the Big Island is special.

This area is the "sunshine belt" of the East side. Walking distance to the ocean and some great fishing spots. Mostly its quiet and private.

Each bedroom has its own custom bath. I bought most of the tiles and cabinetry and art during my travels in Asia.
