Bienvenue au 1602, notre morceau de paradis! Récemment rénové. 1933 SF

Bienvenue à l'Unité 1602 au Fairways de Mauna Lani! Cette luxueuse résidence fermée est située entre le Fairmont Orchid et le Mauna Lani Bay Hotel. L'unité vient d'être rénovée avec tous les nouveaux tapis, peinture et mobilier. Tous les nouveaux matelas avec une literie de luxe Tommy Bahama. Il s'agit d'une unité lumineuse et ouverte dans un cadre semblable à un parc. Se sent comme votre propre arrière-cour. Accès facile à la piscine. Il se trouve à quelques pas des boutiques de Mauna Lani où se trouvent de nombreux restaurants, dont Tommy Bahamas et le marché gastronomique Foodland Farms.

En tant qu'invité, vous aurez accès à l'exclusif Mauna Lani Beach Club, deux parcours de golf de championnat de 18 trous, le Mauna Lani Sports and Fitness Club qui dispose de 6 courts de tennis. Le club de plage privé est magnifique et extrêmement pratique.
Prenez simplement une serviette et c'est parti! Il y a des chaises longues et des cabanes à votre disposition ainsi que l'incroyable restaurant, Napua. La belle plage de sable blanc offre une plongée en apnée de classe mondiale où les poissons se nourrissent et les tortues viennent jouer. Pendant la saison, vous pouvez apercevoir des baleines gambader juste à côté de la plage. Le Fairways possède également sa propre salle de remise en forme, une vaste piscine et un bain à remous avec une cascade. Des serviettes de plage, du matériel de plongée, des planches de bodyboard et des chaises de plage sont fournis pour votre usage.

Our family had a lovely time at this property. Well maintained, clean, and full of convenient kitchen appliances (rice cooker!) and pool/beach supplies. Would love to stay here again the next time we are on the Big Island.

Family Vacation

The place is so clean and very well furnished. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool area is lovely. Ron, the host was very responsive when I contacted him. The kitchen is well equipped and there are some great beach toys to use too.

Spacious, well stocked, good location.

Vacation home was well stocked with beach accessories, & kitchen essentials. Location was convenient to pool and main road. Hot tub wasn’t working during our stay which was a huge bummer.

I'm sorry that the hot tub was out of order when you were here. I understand how disappointing that can be. I was informed that the heater had broken and the HOA worked as quickly as they could to obtain the parts required for the repair.

a great stay in Mauna Lani

More spacious than the pictures indicate. Grounds are lovely, kids loved the pool and the fruit trees. Kitchen is well stocked- we made nearly all our meals in for the week. Beach club access is a definite plus, with calm water and good snorkeling. Boogie boards, beach chairs/umbrella in the garage are convenient.

Wonderful and well stocked home

Had a wonderful stay. Close enough to walk to the beach. Super well stocked kitchen. The only thing I thought was missing was a tea kettle…. But then I found it. Had everything we wanted for our stay - beach chairs, umbrellas, drying rack, plenty of paper products, dish soap etc. Owner was super responsive when we had questions.

Amazing stay on the Big Island!

Our family of 7 had the most incredible stay at Ron’s condo. Every possible little need was thought of and provided for at this place! We had a minor issue come up with the A/C and Ron immediately responded and dealt with it in a timely fashion. We will be booking this place again if we are fortunate enough to return to the Big Island. Thank you, Ron!

Wonderful unit

This townhouse is clean, spacious and very well equipped. The master bath and closet are quite large, as is the main living area. Bed is really comfortable. The A/C is excellent. We cooked about half of our meals over a 12-day stay, and every piece of cooking equipment I needed was there. The beach/pool equipment is plentiful and high quality. It's great having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, one of the best snorkeling locations on the island. It's quiet and peaceful at the Fairways, and we spent a lot of time on the lanai, having meals and reading/relaxing. We had a question about operating the gas grill, and the owner, a really nice person, came over in 2 minutes to show us what to do. I highly recommend this unit.

Flawless

Ron was the perfect host - home is comfortable and beautiful (lovely art & furniture with an Aloha vibe). Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Townhome is very quiet, despite being a short walk to an amazing pool. All appliances functioned well - including Viking BBQ. The garage has boogie boards, which we borrowed. As well as furniture, snorkel gear and even two different sizes of coolers. Trust me, this host thought of every detail. Soft towels that color coordinated...it was a perfect home and my first time on the island. Loved the beach and snorkeled almost every day. Also, plenty of golf options not too far away. I will be back! Thank you!

Perfect spot for a family!

We have been to Hawaii about 10 times now and always stay in a condo/town home because we have 4 children and need the kitchen, laundry and space. Our kids are now teens and one is married so there are 7 adult sized people and sometimes it can be hard to find a place that can accommodate us all. This worked perfectly! There was a large king master with a beautiful bathroom on the main floor and a king bedroom upstairs along with a room with 2 twins. There was plenty of room for a queen aerobed in either room or the main floor living area, which the owner provided and inflated in about 2 minutes. My son said it was comfortable also. The town home was also really well stocked and Ron sent me a photo of what condiments and extra things they had which saved me some packing space so that was great, so I would just ask before you go to see what they have on hand. We made about half of our meals in and there wasn't a time that I went to reach for something to cook with and it wasn't there. The patio was great to relax on for a meal outside and the pool was only a few steps away out the back door. Will definitely stay here if we come back to Mauna Lani!

Family In Paradise

This place is ideal for families with young kids. There is plenty of room to spread out and not hear every early morning wake up or disrupt naps with noises from the kitchen. Plenty of towels, beach gear, and pool toys. The property and lanai are fantastic and the pool has a great little kids pool within it. The Beach Club is incredible, with shallow water and mellow waves perfect for littles. Plus, there’s an on-site restaurant with delicious food and smoothies. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation!

We rented two condo units for a family vacation on the Kohala Coast and the units were both fabulous! They are spacious, modern and well appointed, and the owner had them stocked with everything we could possibly need, even including snorkeling gear and beach toys for the kids. The units are located close to the large swimming pool and within walking distance of the Mauna Lani Beach and Beach Club to which we had full access. Our family of ten (6 adults and 4 children) had a fantastic time on the Big Island and these wonderful condos made it all that more pleasant. We can’t wait to return!

Awesome Location at Beautiful Condo!

This was the perfect spot for our family of five! Lovely condo in a beautiful area...every possible amenity you could think of was stocked in the house. We all loved the beach club access and used it several days. Excellent location and wonderful stay overall; we'd absolutely recommend this site. Thank you for the amazing visit.

Wonderful Family vacation

The house was so comfortable for the six of us. Had everything we needed to just kick back and relax. Loved the snorkeling at beach, great early morning hikes along the beach and a waterfall hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. Ron made our trip so easy and took care of so many little details in the house. We will most definitely be back.

Simply Paradise

This truly was the most amazing experience! The pictures cannot possibly capture how magnificent this home is. So spacious, clean, well stocked, awesome community, very nice pool which was never crowded and so much more! The discount card for supermarket a mile away and access to beach club unreal! My husband and I and 3 adult kids enjoyed every minute. The owner Ron made it all simple and thorough; thank you for such a wonderful vacation we will never forget and hope to be back!

Paradise Indeed

This is a very spacious townhouse, perfect for our family of 5. It was well equipped with kitchen appliances and lots of toys, chairs, etc. for the beach. We ate most of our meals on the lanai, listening to and watching the birds in the private "backyard". The house stayed cool and comfortable, even without using the air-conditioning. It is located close to several beautiful beaches, and within walking distance of a great little grocery store. Highly recommended!

Excellent in Every Aspect

We've been coming to the Mauna Lani Fairways for 13 years and this was among the best, if not THE best experience. The unit was well stocked inside and out. Lots of equipment for the beach in the garage, too. The owner was responsive before, during and after the stay. I can strongly recommend this.
