Interior Features
The open living and dining areas create a relaxing space to gather after a day exploring the island. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals at home, while the private lanai is ideal for morning coffee or sunset dinners.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony. Upstairs, both guest bedrooms offer California king beds and share a full bathroom.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club with lounge chairs, cabanas, snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, ancient fishponds, and beachfront dining.
Located along the Kohala Coast, the townhome is also close to Hapuna Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, shopping, restaurants, scenic walking paths, and several championship golf courses including Mauna Lani North & South.

Very nice property, comparable to the other excellent properties we've stayed at in the Mauna Lani community. However, if you're planning on cooking, be preprared to supply everything including salt and pepper.
The place looks exactly like the photos and actually a bit larger than we were expecting. The community is quiet and well cared for. Honestly an absolutely stunning location that was perfect for a family of 6 with teens.
We loved the property with enough room for the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids age 12, 15, and 17). The three bedrooms were large with plenty of towels and beach gear. The Mauna Lani beach club was another perk, allowing us to have flawless beach days with no hassle at all, and drinks and food available at the on-site beach restaurant Napua.
We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious condo. The only thing lacking was a pack n play for our grandchild which we bought cheap enough at Target and donated to a local family.
We are happy we rented.

Overall, a very nice unit. Some pros and cons: Pros: corner unit was very clean and everything was in working order. Kitchen has lots of appliances, dishes. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beach club is always the best although restaurant has gotten even more expensive (lunch for 5 was $200). Cons: very small garage (could not fit our minivan) so parking was a walk away. No parking in front of unit. Total lack of items in the pantry (no spices/condiments which meant we had to fully stock the kitchen to cook meals). No extra linens which became an issue over a 2 week stay. Lack of blankets . Only 1 pool key which was an issue as you need it to get in and out of pool area. Overall nice unit but missing some items you would like in your home away from home. Note that there is a primary bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs for those with mobility issues. A/C was very cold upstairs. Mgmt company was responsive.

We apologize the unit was lacking in some items, as most of our stays are less than a week we do not leave extra sets of linens as they are laundered offsite. However, we are available 7 days a week for any guest requests/ help. These items could have been brought over for your stay.
We do not leave any opened perishable items for the safety of our guests.
