Un appartement fabuleux au premier étage pour 6/8 personnes

Nouveauté 2019 - 6/8 personnes - Appartement récemment rénové situé au premier étage dans le centre de St Andrews avec une place de parking privée. Kennedy Gardens constitue un point de départ idéal pour explorer St Andrews et ses environs. Que ce soit un groupe de golfeurs cherchant à jouer les grands parcours ou une famille venant passer des vacances agréables, cet appartement est idéal. Un salon fabuleux, une cuisine / salle à manger entièrement équipée, deux grandes chambres doubles / à lits jumeaux, une chambre double avec compartiment à coucher et un lit double escamotable dans le salon. L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 ou 6 personnes, chacune dans son propre lit. Vous pouvez vous rendre au premier tee du Old Course en moins de 10 minutes et le centre-ville est à 5 minutes à pied. Dans l'ensemble, il serait difficile de battre Kennedy Gardens et vous devez vraiment venir l'essayer vous-même.

Great property. Fit 4 couples nicely with the murphy bed and doors to living room. The showers need some more glass. Water can go out onto the floor which has softened over time. Would recommend and stay again.

Perfect stay to visit my kids attending St Andrews. Host gave clear instructions to find and enter and was easy to communicate with. Place is homey, quiet but very convenient to the town and everything. Just a perfect stay in every way!

Perfect apartment in St Andrews

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and it’s fabulous. It’s clean, spacious and in an excellent location. The kitchen is well equipped. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Better location for students than vacationers.

The location is fine and the property good. The problem is that there are student rentals all around the unit and they keep much later hours than older travelers. The rental agent was VERY accommodating and responsive, however we would not stay there again because we did not get much rest honestly. The beds also need to be replaced, we found them unsuitable.

We are sorry that your stay was disturbed by others in the building. However, two stars seems a little harsh! It is a little misleading to suggest that the property is surrounded by student lets. The house is divided into three apartments two of which are holiday rentals and the top floor is let to two students. The students were NOT the source of the disturbance. The noise came from the ground floor which is a holiday rental, not a student flat. We contacted the agents for the property as soon as you made us aware of the issue and they sought to address it. This is not something that has happened before at the apartment and is very much a "one-off" occurrence. You were in St Andrews as the students returned after the summer break and although this doesn't excuse noisy behaviour it does explain why this is not a problem experienced by other guests. The beds in the apartment are brand new, as are all the furnishings, and were specifically described in an earlier review as "very comfortable" so there is a clear difference of opinion here. We will look into this as we appreciate just how important beds are to the enjoyment of your stay. Once again apologies for the elements of your stay that were less than ideal.

Excellent for two bedroom needs

This property is well maintained, well laid out, and very close to the St A dorms as well as the old course. Kitchen is spacious for Scotland, and the balcony is a great place to have coffee in the morning. Only two cons: 1) the third bedroom is extremely small, and more importantly, the mattress isn't near the quality of the other two rooms. We only used two bedrooms, so it didn't matter. But if there were three buddies going to golf, it will be a problem. 2) No clothes drier; it is a washer only set up. No big deal most of the time, but if it is warm and humid out, it can be very hard to dry clothes. Overall, the place is fantastic, and we plan to stay again when we visit our child at St A.

Fabulous Thanksgiving holiday

We enjoyed very much - the location is great, lots of space, liked having two bathrooms. Very fun to stay in an old house centrally located.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen !

Sehr gepflegte, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung :-); ruhige Lage :-), dennoch zentrumsnah :-) ! Balkon mit Gartenblick und Nachmittagssonne :-) ! Anregen möchte ich lediglich einen Austausch der Federkernmatratzen! Derzeitige sind nichts für empfindliche Gäste, die bereits Rückenprobleme haben :-( !

Wonderful Easter Break

A wonderfully appointed and stylish apartment in a perfect location. The centre of town is a short stroll offering all amenities and an assortment of bars, restaurants and shops. Off the kitchen is a south/west facing balcony on which we enjoyed several early evening G&T’S! Beds were very comfortable which is always welcome! Will most definitely be returning.
