Weekend at a South Cerney lodge

Wonderful property in a lovely location. We needed somewhere that was pet friendly and space for a family get together. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to book again.

Perfect property for family long weekend in the Cotswolds. Well equipped house in a good location with a fabulous outside area that gets the sun most of the day. I would totally recommend booking this property.

Perfect retreat for a few days of study with friends

The property was nicely laid out and very clean, you instantly felt welcome and relaxed, the kitchen was really well equipped and there was a very useful folder with instructions for all appliances.

A comfortable lodge, beautiful lakeside situation

A perfect location for exploring the cotswolds. Lots to do on site for all ages. The lodge has everything needed to stay in and enjoy the wonderful surroundings. It's a much loved home and perfect to return to after a day exploring. Thank you Stacey, we will return and highly recommend this charming lakeside lodge.

Fabulous place

We stayed at the property for my 60th birthday celebration. The property had all we needed for our long weekend. We had fun with the equipment in the sheds. The property is in a good location to explore nearby attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Paddle boarding

This was a group of six friends coming away for a paddle boarding weekend. Property was excellent and just what we needed. Right by the lake clean tidy and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay again

Ideal for our family reunion

Beautifully presented property in a fantastic location . Very spacious and clean with an unusually well equipped kitchen. Lots of ( flat) cycling and water sports opportunities from the door. Great communication from the owner. Would recommend for all ages.

Lovely property and location

We had a wonderful stay this week! The location on Windrush Lake is beautiful, particularly when the weather is nice enough to enjoy the large well furnished decking area overlooking the lake. The site has several activities available: 3 great tennis courts, games rooms, a play area and a small football pitch. The house is clean, well furnished and equipped, and light and spacious. Very pleased we chose to stay here!

Family get together

The property was exactly as described and the setting is perfect. We had a friend visiting from USA and we wanted a girls (3 daughters, 2 dogs, 1 granddaughter) weekend. So many amazing villages and places to visit. The house is well equipped and beautifully appointed and very clean.

Beautiful place

We have stayed at another property in Cotswolds waterpark this year and enjoyed it so much we booked again. This one was even nicer! Stacey’s property is immaculate. Everything you need available - sharp knives in kitchen ( pet hate of mine), board games, welcome tea, coffee,and biscuits, table tennis bars etc. Great info in the welcome book. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Getaway with Friends

from the moment we found Stacey's property online and enquired whether it was available, Stacey has been absolutely wonderful and efficient in supporting our stay at her property. The property itself was absolutely wonderful, spacious, modern, clean and in the most beautiful setting on the lake in the heart of the costwolds. It was such a peaceful location where we were able to make the most of being outside in the country air. I could not recommend this location more to others and Stacey has been absolutely wonderful throughout our experience.

The perfect lodge on the lake!

The lodge was beautiful, the perfect location to either sit on the deck with a glass of bubbly, watching the paddle boarders and kayaks on Windrush Lake, or walk 2 meters and join them! The grandsons enjoyed playing on the enclosed deck, tennis and pool, even Izzy dog enjoyed watching people walking past. Lots of places of interest to visit within 30 minutes. We enjoyed it so much we’d like to return next year. Thank you Stacey.

Lovely holiday home in a brilliant location

The house is in a lovely gated development that's peacful, safe for kids and all round wonderful. The house itself is perfect, with every amenity you could wish for. It's bright and airy with lovely views over the lake. There's so much do both in the development and outside it. Stacey is a great host providing clear communication. If you're looking for cotswold holiday then this house is a great base!

Windrush Winner

Located in a great spot -- direct Windrush Lake access and view plus an easy walk to facilities for sailing and water sport action on other lakes. Very well equipped and maintained home. The property was spacious, with a functional layout that works well for a holiday home; a balance of private and communal space. Spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. I felt very at home here. Definitely on my list for a return visit.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was lovely, spotless, and exactly as described in the listing. It was very well-equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable holiday. When we ran into an internet glitch, the owner was fantastic—while the issue took a little while to fully sort out, they communicated brilliantly and did everything they possibly could to get it fixed as quickly as possible. The nearby fishing spot was a great bonus too (even if the fish weren't biting this time!). Highly recommend

Amazing Home

This property has to be said it’s got to be the best we’ve stayed in & very cosy. Beautiful home & beautiful location, the view of the lake from the house is to die for! Didn’t need for anything fully equipped Stacy was also very helpful & responsive You won’t be disappointed
