La maison a 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain, salon, cuisine, buanderie, terrasse avec jardin très confortable, avec une capacité de 6 personnes, hébergement idéal à passer en famille.
La maison est située dans un petit complexe confortable et très familier, est équipée de tous les appareils et équipements où le client sera à la maison.

Situé au sud de la Grande Canarie, sur la plage de Maspalomas
Si vous êtes un amateur de golf, vous pourrez profiter de l’un des meilleurs terrains de golf de l’île. À quelques mètres, vous pourrez vous rendre à pied à la magnifique plage de Maspalomas avec son sable fin et blanc qui forme les dunes de Maspalomas avec une beauté qui en résulte Irrésistible pour les touristes, ayant la possibilité de monter à dos de chameau.
Si vous venez avec des enfants, vous allez adorer les parcs d’attractions aquatiques et thématiques sans aller plus loin que le Palmitos Park avec son spectacle de dauphins, ses aigles et ses oiseaux exotiques de Grande Canarie.

Nice comfortable villa

Really nice villa with good transport links into town centre. Well furnished and comfortable. Nice and private. Great communication from owner Celina. Neighbours very friendly. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Would stay again.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Celina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus war wunderschön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der schöne Pool wurde auch intensiv genutzt.

Excellent holiday home in the sun

The house is absolutely as advertised and more. Every possible convenience. Very spacious and squeaky clean! Lovely private garden with great pool on site in this quiet residential complex. Although there’s a decent supermarket across the road, no restaurants or bars within a20 minute walk. However plenty of taxis readily available and bus stops just outside. We look forward to returning soon.

Lovely stay

Celina is such a wonderful host. We enjoyed staying at her greatly well located and completely equipped house. Will for sure recommend and return myself.

Sehr zufrieden

Schöne saubere Unterkunft, mit Pool der täglich gereinigt wurde. Der Garten liegt zur Hauptstraße, so dass der Straßenverkehr dort hörbar ist. Allerdings liegen die Schlafzimmer ruhig. Gerne jederzeit wieder. Celina ist ein super Host, hat so gar den Kühlschrank mit den nötigsten Dingen am Anreisetag gefüllt.

Mejor que en casa

A estado fenomenal , Todo. El bungalow está muy completo. No le falta de nada. Es muy amplio y cómodo. La zona de piscina también está muy bien. Volveremos a repetir.

Un alojamiento perfecto

Fuimos 4 adultos y dos niños y la casa estaba perfecta. Un gran jardín que agradecieron mucho los niños, toda la casa muy limpia, ordenada y con todo lo necesario. Además la piscina muy bien, es comunitaria pero se usa poco por lo que estaba casi para nosotros solos. La propietaria es encantadora y muy amable, nos dio todo tipo de facilidades. Desde luego volveremos en la medida de lo posible.

Fin de semana de lujo

Pasamos un muy buen fin de semana largo en la casa, se encuentra en un pequeño complejo de campo internacional con una piscina. Nuestro grupo era de 4 adultos y 2 niños y nos sentimos enseguida en casa. Teniamos mucho espacio, nos encantó especialmente la habitación principal con el baño reformado ensuite .... La terraza con su jardín privado ha sido un plus apreciable. Se pueden escuchar los coches pasar durante el día pero es una zona muy tranquila por la noche.... muchas gracias a la dueña por cuidar tan bien todos los detalles.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben einen schönen zweiwöchigen Urlaub zu viert bei Celina verbracht. Nach dem sehr freundlichen Empfang haben wir nichts vermisst. Es war alles vorhanden was man zum alltäglichen Leben mit einem kleinen Kind benötigt. Besonders gut hat uns die Terasse und die Wiese gefallen. Leider liegt diese an einer Hauptstraße und ist etwas laut. Das hört man im Haus aber nicht und hat uns auch nicht wirklich gestört. Die Lage war für uns der optimale Kompromiss aus Ruhe und zentraler Lage. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Den Pool hatten wir meist für uns alleine. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ideal place for us. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 5 adult family members who enjoyed a 2 week stay in this lovely bungalow. The location was ideal for us as we are familiar with the area. We found the property to be as described in the advertisement script and photographs. It was spacious, immaculately clean and had all domestic appliances, There was more than enough crockery , cutlery and utensils as well as a bountiful selection of herbs , spices and condiments. One of out group had special health needs and we found the beautiful en-suite ideal, providing privacy and space when necessary. Celina met us on arrival and introduced us to the facilities of the bungalow plus the workings of the appliances. We were also given contact details though we did not need them during our stay. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely stay again.

Comfortable but noisy.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Celina was easy to work with and quick to respond. Her neighbor , that helps her, is very friendly, kind and helpful.There were a few things we didn't like. 1. It is located on a very busy street and they were doing construction on house next door.. so it was always noisy! 2. All the drapes in Living room and dining area are broken..need to be replaced.3. It says 3 bedroom 2 bathroom on VRBO , but once you arrive , she has one bedroom locked with her things in it. I feel we paid for 3 bedroom and got 2( even though we didn't need 3 ).4. She says there is a garden, it is really a grass area with 2 lounge chairs and a few plants around the border.5. It would be nice to have written instructions ,in English(maybe other languages) for the dishwasher, washer, tumble dryer. WE are from the USA and yours are completely different from ours. Having information on buses, good restaurants, sights to see would be nice.

mooie en ruime bungalow met helaas een wat drukke ligging

De woning was uitstekend uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien! Voor dagelijkse kleine boodschappen een winkelcentrum (zwaar verouderd maar wel met een nette supermarkt) op loopafstand. De andere centra lagen verder weg. De stranden op ongeveer 30 a 40 minuten lopen, maar met de auto weer goed te doen. Erg jammer is de weg die vrijwel door de tuin loopt en waar alle bussen langskomen. Bovendien hadden wij de pech dat de buren aan het verbouwen waren waardoor elke ochtend om 7.00 uur het gedril en geboor begon. Maar dat zal over een tijdje wel voorbij zijn! Uitkijken voor ongure types die direct in de gaten hebben dat je nieuw bent en met een smoes, je van je tafel proberen te lokken zodat een ander ondertussen je telefoon of tablet kan wegnemen! De afscheiding met de straat is redelijk laag en er is makkelijk overheen te klimmen voor die knapen! Dit zou best wat hoger kunnen of wellicht afgewerkt worden met wat scherpe pinnen (zoals zo velen hebben gedaan daar). Gelukkig maakt het bungalowtje veel goed omdat het er comfortabel toeven is.

tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren toll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche und der HWR hatten eine umfassende Ausstattung. Die nette Vermieterin hat für uns sogar am ersten abend den Kühlschrank gefüllt, prima! Schöne Terrasse mit kleinem gepflegtem Garten. Der Pool ist für die angrenzenden Bungalows gemeinsam gedacht, war aber meistens leer. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, 30min zu Fuß zum Strand. Netter, sehr hilfsbereiter Nachbar!! Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft und ein rundum toller Urlaub!

Ottimo soggiorno!

Ho trascorso una splendida settimana in questo comodo e accogliente appartamento con mia maglie e una coppia di amici. Il soggiorno è stato ottimo. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita, fornita di tutto ciò che è necessario sia in cucina che nei bagni (veramente tutto); Bella e spaziosa la veranda dove si può comodamente mangiare e il giardino è molto curato e pulito. Molto utile anche l'uso di internet wi-fi gratuito. La struttura è ubicata in una zona tranquilla dalla quale si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti di auto le varie spiagge di Maspalomas. Tornerei volentieri in questo appartamento la cui proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile e simpatica. Un consiglio: Se siete due coppie, specificatelo e chiedete espressamente che vengano preparate due camere matrimoniali.

Siamo stati 15 giorni in questa casa e ci siamo trovati benissimo.Casa ben arredata e completa di tutto,con un bel giardino e una piscina quasi sempre a sola nostra disposizione, ben posizonata nelle vicinanze delle dune di Maspalomas.Consigliata l'auto anche per vivere al meglio l'isola.
