We had a very pleasant stay. The Apartment is new, clean, and conveniently located near the beach, with a nice view of the sea. The place looked modern and well maintained, and all the cooking/kitchen utensils were in good condition. Communication with the hosts was smooth and clear, which made everything easy. The only minor downside was that shampoo and soap were not provided, but this was not a big issue for us. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful view and exactly as shown in the pictures. Host was helpful and responsive providing baby chair and cot. Location is very good in front of very pleasant walk next to the sea. Well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, etc. all in working condition.Not recommended for light sleepers due to closeness to bars and clubs with late music and poor sound insulation in the flat (common in Spain).

A restful week

briefly summarized. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The equipment and the location fully correspond to the description. Checking in and out is absolutely uncomplicated. The tips from the landlord were very helpful, especially the suggested restaurants. We can highly recommend the apartment and would consider it again for future vacations in Gran Canaria.

What a great property, with a great view, 30mins drive from the airport. We’re a family of 4 (2x Teens) and the property was very neat, clean. The second bedroom was small, but adequate for the duration. Each room had its own AC controller, which was appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was powerful too. The kitchen was well equipped for such a minimalistic design. However, I could not find a chopping board. Otherwise, it had everything we needed. The WiFi speed was good too. The pool was sparkling and maintained daily with loads of deck chairs for sunbathing. Our host was very friendly and polite and was ready to assist in any way he could. He was at the property when we arrived and he provided a good introduction to the flat and showed us around.The location was good too. Close to beach, shops and bars. The property doesn’t have a dedicated parking bay. Though free on-street parking is available. 5mins drive from big supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

👍 The location and the view are amazing. It was very clean - outside as well and the staff is very friendly and reacts fast when contacted. The bed in the primary is very comfortable, smart tv and wifi work perfectly. The washing machine, iron kit and fan were a great add on! 👎 The bathroom smelled and we had to clean the drain in the shower a couple of times. There was also a problem with the shower door, that didn’t close well (wasn’t tight), so one had to shower very carefully, otherwise there was a flood in the bathroom. There was an issue with small ants in the kitchen, but as song we kept everything clean, it was manageable. There is a build in clothing rack which looks cool, but is not very functional, since wet clothes are hanged in a kind of a closet and need very long to dry. Closets in the primary - big, but so heavy and unpractical. The bunk bed - upper bed is really ment for kids, since it is very close to the ceiling - one of my daughters was scared to sleep up, so i had to a couple of times - wouldn’t recommend to an adult.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich, gut erreichbar und ist auf unsere Wünsche schnell eingegangen.Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die gepflegte Anlage. Der Pool war jeden Tag sauber und die gesamte Umgebung machte einen sehr ordentlichen Eindruck. Obwohl sich die Unterkunft in der Nähe der Promenade befindet und während unseres Aufenthalts sogar der spanische WM-Sieg gefeiert wurde, war es überraschend ruhig – wir konnten uns jederzeit gut erholen.Das Apartment wirkt auf den Fotos etwas größer, als es tatsächlich ist. Außerdem gibt es keinen Balkon. Die schöne Aussicht aus den Fenstern, die sich vollständig öffnen lassen, macht dies jedoch ein Stück weit wett.Insgesamt haben wir unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen.

👍 Wir sind schon mehrmals dort übernachtet, die Appartement ist top, die Lage toll und ein grosser Pluspunkt ist die super Klimaanlage. Das Appartement war sehr sauber gereinigt und die Anlage gepflegt. 👎 Das Appartement ist wirklich grosse Klasse, jedoch kommt die Einrichtung langsam in die Jahre. Die grossen Sonnenblenden fielen dauernd herunter, ich mag in den Ferien nicht die Einrichtung reparieren.

👍 Das Einchecken klappte reibungslos, auch wenn wir aufgrund der Flugzeiten bereits am späteren Vormittag ankamen. Alles Wichtige wurde uns erklärt.Die wöchentliche Reinigung wurde stets einen Tag vorher angekündigt mit der Möglichkeit, eine Änderung zu erreichen. Besonders positiv ist die Lage direkt am Paseo. Es ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Einzig am Wochenende kann es bis tief in die Nacht wegen einer Disco auch mal lauter sein. Die Ausstattung ist sehr großzügig. In den Küchenschränken findet sich allerlei und noch mehr in den Schränken unter der großen Fensterfront. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Dusche mit vier unterschiedlichen Varianten. 👎 Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war nach unserem Empfinden noch im Lot, wenn auch an der Grenze. Für den gleichen Zeitraum im nächsten Jahr wird allerdings ein Preis aufgerufen, der völlig aus dem Rahmen fällt. Daher werden wir dieses Appartement nicht nochmals buchen. Schwierig fanden wir auch den Umgang mit den schwergängigen Schiebetüren der Kleiderschränke.

👍 Die Unterkunft ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. An Einrichtung und Ausstattungsgegenständen hat nichts gefehlt. Alles ist vorhanden (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wachmaschine, Staubsauger, Spülmaschine, Föhn, Safe, Putzmittel, Spülmittel, Fernseher, Netflix, Badetücher usw) Sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut und der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und ruhig, mit einem Pool ausgestattet. Die Bewohner waren alle sehr nett auch der Gastgeber. Sprachlich war es dennoch etwas holprig, was aber nicht negativ war für die Abwicklung der Reservierung. Uns wurde immer schnell geantwortet und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. 👎 Das Bad ist allerdings etwas klein, und auch die Dichtungen/Silikon könnten erneuert werden, da die vorhandenen schon ein wenig abgenutzt sind.

Tolles Appartement in super Lage.

Wunderbares, kleines, schickes Appartement direkt an der Promenade. Für 4 erwachsene Personen vielleicht etwas zu klein, was aber nicht negativ klingen soll. Der Pool war wunderbar und auch beheizt. Lediglich die fehlende Mülltrennung hat uns etwas gestört.
