This was a fantastic, cozy apartment in a great location by Mercato Centrale! Otas was extremely kind and helpful and the apartment was perfect for myself, husband, toddler and my mom. Easy check-in and check out! Highly recommend!

Loved our stay. It was a perfect apartment with a kitchen. We loved the location and were able to walk to most attractions around Florence from the apartment.

The apartment was smaller than the photo's suggested. That said, it met our needs. The location was excellent. We loved the proximity to restaurants and amenities.

Clean, comfortable, compact apartment. Not super luxury but has what you need. Very central. Right by the market. We got the tram from the airport to Valfonda station (approx 30mins) and it’s about a 10mins walk to the apartment.

Third trip to Firenze, and this has to be among the best locations in town. Easy walking distance to everything, and on a nice, quiet side street. The mattress desperately needs an upgrade; but other than that; eccellente!

A wonderful stay in an excellent location!

Closely located to many amenities and an easy walk to many of the main attractions. The apartment was lovely and well supplied, and the hosts were very informative and made check in smooth and easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the property. Loved that is was close to everything including the Central Market which is phenomenal. The person checking us in went above and beyond to give us info.

Nice and cozy apartment

Close to every thing and walkable to almost all the attractions. This is really warm, cozy and rustic apartment in the historic quarters of Florence. Loved everything about the place.

We loved this location. We walked to the Accademia, the Duomo and all over Florence. We found wonderful restaurants and gelato places close by. The beds were not as comfortable as in America, but I will say we slept like babies after all of the walking!

We had a great time right next to Mercado. Loved the truly hot shower! We had a mishap with the old lock and key but we got help immediately and a more detailed explanation of how it worked.

This apartment is in a great location, easy walking distance to all attractions. The location is quiet. The only downfall is that the apartment is smaller than the pictures appear, but isn't that all of Europe? We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Location is excellent and easy to walk to the train station. The apartment was very basic with extremely tiny kitchen and bathroom. For a few day trip this was certainly fine. Check in was straight forward

Excellent location and quaint apartment!

Loved our stay, literally steps from Trattoria ZaZa and Mercato Centrale! Few minutes to the Duomo and museums and longer but do-able walk to all the shopping and restaurants over the river. Very comfortable and quiet but just know that it is a few flights of stairs up so not for people with limited mobility. Will definitely stay again when in Florence!

This apartment was perfect fit for me, my wife and son. It’s centrally located in the city, so we didn’t have to walk far to see all the wonders of Florence. Communication with the staff was prompt and courteous. Highly recommend.

This apartment was in such a central location, it was perfect for our family. It is about a 10 minute walk to the train station, that was also a plus as we had our carry-on baggage.

Great City stay

We came for 3 days and the property was very central for the Cathedral and food market which had great food and wines. Property suited our needs in a traditional style with easy access by lift but stairs into apartment. All bedding was plentiful clean and warm. Bathroom was a little tight but we all managed, plenty of hot water for showers. Wi-Fi worked and kitchen covered what we needed for our short stay.
